Claims (8)
- Hydraulischer Antrieb für eine Presse, insbesondere für eine Presse zur Simulation der Betriebsbedingungen von mechanischen Stufen- oder Transferpressen bzw. Großteil-Stufenpressen (GT-Pressen) mit wenigstens einer doppelseitig beaufschlagbaren Zylinder-Kobeneinheit (2) mit einem Druckspeicherantrieb (8,9) mit Hochdruckspeicher (8) und Motorpumpeneinheit (9) für einen Pressenstößel (1), wobei der Hochdruckspeicher (8) mittels der Motor-Pumpeneinheit (9) auf den maximalen Nenndruck aufgeladen und die Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit (2) in einem Simulationsbetrieb über Proportionalventile in einem Steuerblock (10) mittels des Speicherdrucks mit Hydraulikmedium betätigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Umstellung der Presse von dem "Simulationsbetrieb" mit hoher Stößelgeschwindigkeit und niedriger Hubzahl in einen "Produktionsbetrieb" mit niedrigerer Stößelgeschwindigkeit und höherer Hubzahl dem Druckspeicherantrieb (8, 9) für die Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit (2) ein hydraulischer Transformator (27) zugeordnet ist, bestehend aus einer ersten Hydraulikeinrichtung (28), die als schwenkwinkelverstellbarer Hydro-Motor (29) ausgebildet ist und einer mechanisch hiermit verbundenen Zweiten Hydraulikeinrichtung (36), die als schwenkwinkelverstellbare Hydro-Pumpe ausgebildet ist, wobei der Hochdruckspeicher (8) des Druckspeicherantriebs (8, 9) für den Simulationsbetrieb gleichermaßen zum Antrieb der ersten Hydraulik-Einrichtung (28) im Produktionsbetrieb dient.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Simulationsbetrieb der Hochdruckspeicher (8) über den Steuerblock (10) mittels einer Motor-Pumpenanordnung (9) aufgeladen und über den Steuerblock (10) die Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit (2) betätigbar ist.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerblock (10) zur Steuerung bzw. Regelung der Arbeitszustände der Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit (2) im Simulationsbetrieb dient, wobei Geschwindigkeitsbereiche des Pressenstößels (1) bis zu 500 mm/sek. bei 1 - 2 Hüben/min. einstellbar sind.
- Antrieb nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckbeaufschlagung bzw. Druckentlastung der Zylinderräume (6, 7) der Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit (2) über Servoventile, Stetigventile bzw. eine Proportionalventilsteuerungen im Steuerblock (10) erfolgt.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Produktionsbetrieb durch ein Hinzuschalten eines hydraulischen Transformators (27) zur Pressenanordnung nach dem Simulationsbetrieb erfolgt, wobei der obere Zylinderraum (6) und der untere Zylinderraum (7) der Zylinder-Kolbeneinheit (2) über wenigstens eine Absperrventilanordnung (42, 43) und einer schwenkwinkelverstellbaren Hydro-Motor/Hydro-Pumpenanordnung (36, 37) verbunden sind.
- Antrieb nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hydraulikeinrichtung (36) als Pumpen-Motoranordnung ausgebildet ist, wobei die Pumpe oder Motor in je zwei Strömungsrichtungen arbeitet.
- Antrieb nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hydraulikeinrichtung (28) als schwenkwinkelverstellbare Pumpen-Motoranordnung ausgebildet ist, wobei die Pumpe in einer Strömungsrichtung und der Motor in der entgegengesetzten Strömungsrichtung arbeitet.
- Antrieb nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikeinrichtung (28) ein Drehzahlgeber (32) zugeordnet ist.
