Claims (10)
- Trichterbeutel, insbesondere Topfpflanzentrichter aus thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie, mit zwei Seitenschweißnähten (25, 26) und einer sich zwischen den Seitenschweißnähten (25, 26) erstreckenden Bodennaht, die von einem Klebestreifen (29) gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Einfüllseite des Trichterbeutels (15) jeweils im Bereich der Seitenschweißnähte (25,26) weitere, als Einreißschutz dienende Klebestreifen vorhanden sind, die während der Herstellung des Trichterbeutels (15) jeweils als Endbereiche (31) der die Bodennaht bildenden Klebestreifen (29) zweier benachbart liegender Trichterbeutel (15) entstehen.
- Trichterbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodennaht von einem Hot-Melt-Klebestreifen (29) gebildet wird.
- Trichterbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebestreifen (29) transparent ist.
- Trichterbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Klebestreifen (29) im wesentlichen parallel mit Abstand zum bodenseitigen Rand (28) des Trichterbeutels (15) erstreckt.
- Trichterbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebestreifen (29) im wesentlichen V-förmig verläuft.
- Verfahren zum fortlaufenden Herstellen von Trichterbeuteln (15), insbesondere von Topfpflanzentrichtern, aus zwei flach aufeinanderliegenden Bahnen (3, 4) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, wobei die Bahnen (3, 4) jeweils von einer Vorratsrolle (1, 2) abgezogen und schrittweise einer Bearbeitungsstation sowie einer Quertrennschweißstation (14) zur Bildung von zwei Seitenschweißnähten (25, 26) und nachfolgend einer Aufnadelstation (19) zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Bahnen (3, 4) im Bereich der Bearbeitungsstation einer Bodennahtbildungseinrichtung (11) zugeführt werden, wobei die beiden Bahnen (3, 4) zumindest an ihren Randseiten auf gegenseitigen Abstand gebracht werden, auf die Innenseite wenigstens einer der beiden Bahnen (3, 4) mit Abstand zu deren Längskanten ein Klebestreifen (29) aufgebracht wird, der um ein geringes Stück über die beiden noch einzubringenden Seitenähte ( 25, 26) hinaus bis in den Bereich benachbart liegender um 180° versetzt angeordneter Trichterbeutel (15) reicht und danach die beiden Bahnen (3, 4) wieder zusammengebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hot-Melt-Klebestreifen (29) im wesentlichen parallel zu den Längskanten der Bahnen (3,4) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hot-Melt-Klebestreifen (29) einer frei wählbaren Kontur folgend aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formkonturen des Klebestreifens (29) in Abhängigkeit eines voreinstellbaren Steuerprogrammes erzeugt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum fortlaufenden Herstellen von Trichterbeuteln (15), insbesondere von Topfpflanzentrichtem, aus zwei flach aufeinanderliegenden Bahnen (3, 4) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, mit Bearbeitungsstationen in Form von Stanzeinrichtungen (7, 8) und einer Bodennahtbildungseinrichtung (11) sowie mit einer Quertrennschweißstation (14) zur Bildung von zwei Seitenschweißnähten (25, 26) und einer Aufnadelstation (19), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodennahtbildungseinrichtung (11) Klebemittel abgebende Geber (12) aufweist, die mit einer Programmsteuerung (36) in Verbindung stehen, und die so steuerbar sind, daß auf die Innenseite wengistens einer der beiden Bahnen in ausgewählter Form ein Klebestreifen aufbringbar ist, der um ein geringes Stück über die beiden noch einzubringenden Seitennähte hinaus bis in den Bereich benachbart liegender um 180° versetzt angeordneter Trichterbeutel reicht.
