Claims (10)
- Gerät zum Binden von Blättern durch Erwärmen, von denen mindestens ein Blatt am zu bindenden Rand mit Klebemittel versehen ist, mit einer länglichen elektrischen Heizvorrichtung, deren Länge der Länge einer länglichen Öffnung des Gerätes entspricht, und mit einer Einschaltvorrichtung, um eine elektrische Schaltung zu aktivieren im Moment, in dem die Einbindung auf die Heizvorrichtung gestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizvorrichtung (20) in Reihe mit einem Schalter (11) der Einschaltvorrichtung (11,12) und einem Heizstrom-Schalter (31) geschaltet ist, dass Mittel vorhanden sind, um beim Einschalten der Einschaltvorrichtung (11,12) diesen Heizstrom-Schalter (31) eingeschaltet zu halten, und dass das Gerät einen eingangsseitig an einen die Temperatur der Heizvorrichtung messenden Temperaturfühler (26) angeschlossenen Komparator (34) umfasst, der beim Erreichen einer vorbestimmten oberen Temperaturschwelle (Tmax) den Heizstrom-Schalter (31) ausschaltet.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorhanden sind, um nach Ausschalten des Heizstrom-Schalters (31) ihn so lange ausgeschaltet zu halten, bis die Einschaltvorrichtung (11,12) ausgeschaltet wird.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiterer eingangsseitig an den Temperaturfühler (26) angeschlossener Komparator (33) vorhanden ist, der beim Unterschreiten einer vorbestimmten unteren Temperaturschwelle (Tmin) ein Steuersignal für einen weiteren Schalter (36) liefert, der ein über eine Gleichrichterschaltung (32) an die Einschaltvorrichtung (11,12) angeschlossenes Anzeigeelement (35) betätigt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgänge der zwei Komparatoren (33,34) über eine ODER-Verknüpfung (37) an den Steuereingang des weiteren Schalters (36) angeschlossen sind.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgang des die obere Temperaturschwelle diskriminierenden Komparators (34) über eine Verriegelungsschaltung (39) mit seinem Referenzsignaleingang rückgekoppelt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komparatoren (33,34) und die Verriegelungsschaltung (39) sowie eine Referenzsignalschaltung (38) für den weiteren die untere Temperaturschwelle diskriminierenden Komparator (33) speisenspannungsmässig an die Gleichrichterschaltung (32) angeschlossen sind.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizvorrichtung (20) eine längliche Metallschiene (21) umfasst, an deren einer Seite ein Keramikträger (22) mit mindestens einem Widerstand (24,25) angeordnet ist, und dass der Temperaturfühler (27) sich isoliert auf diesem oder einem dieser Widerstände (24,25) befindet, und wobei vorzugsweise zwei Widerstände (24,25) in Reihe mit einer Temperatursicherung (Schutzvorrichtung) (26) geschaltet sind.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Temperaturfühler sich in einem Abstand von einem Ende der Heizvorrichtung befindet, der grösser als 1/4 ihrer Gesamtlänge ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizvorrichtung eine Schiene umfasst, deren Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die U-Schenkel (28,29) sich auf der nicht mit einem Widerstand (24,25) belegten Seite befinden, und wobei vorzugsweise der eine Schenkel (28) kürzer als der andere ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der länglichen Öffnung eine längliche schmale seitlich schwenkbare Klappe (70) vorhanden ist, die als Abdeckung der Öffnung dient und zugleich Mittel zur Betätigung eines Schalters (71) umfasst.
