Description

The invention relates to a sewer cleaning vehicle with the features the preamble of claim 1.

Sewer cleaning vehicles are in numerous different embodiments known. A barrel-like container that is stored lying on a vehicle chassis is usually divided. It has a chamber for receiving the material to be discharged Dirt or mud that is absorbed through a suction hose and a chamber with rinsing water to which a rinsing hose is connected is. This flushing hose carries a nozzle at the end, whereby during operational Use this nozzle to spray the rinse water at high pressure is, whereby the flushing hose is drawn into the channel to be cleaned becomes. The flushing hose is then withdrawn with the reel, which is done water emerging from the nozzle and causing the nozzle to advance the dissolved Dirt pushes in front of it, which is then taken up via the suction hose becomes. These operations are well known. Such a flushing hose has a considerable length, it can be up to 200 m. Will the irrigation hose not used, it is wound on a reel.

For this reel for storing the rinsing hose and for guiding it various constructions have become known. With a known construction the suction hose is pivotable on a vertical axis stored, length-adjustable boom, and this boom also carries the reel on which the flushing hose is wound. The flushing hose will guided over a roller battery that at the free end of the boom for the Suction hose is arranged. The axis of rotation of the reel is horizontal. This reel for storing the flushing hose can either be on the back Be end of the boom for the suction hose (DE 29 06 405 A1) or in the front area, i.e. in the area in which the suction hose runs off the boom (EP 683 278 - DE 44 17 126). Another known one Construction (US-PS 4,669,145) is the reel for storing the Flushing hose arranged laterally on the lying barrel-like container, their horizontal axis of rotation is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the Container. The flushing hose then runs from this reel over the Boom for the suction hose, driven at the free end of the boom Press rollers are provided, between which the flushing hose lies and with which hose to remove from the reel.

Furthermore, it is known (DE 42 23 931 A1 - brochure "Faun - combined High pressure flushing and suction vehicle superstructures with water recovery system " 2/96), the reel for the flushing hose either on the front of one Arrange vehicle or on the rear end of the barrel-like container. These reels having horizontal axes of rotation are driven around the Allow rinsing hose to drain or to catch up with a hose guide is provided, which ensures that the running onto the reel Flushing hose is wound up properly, turn by turn is placed. If no such mechanical hose routing is provided, then the winding process must be controlled by hand. Will the irrigation hose not properly wound on the reel in the manner mentioned are the individual turns partly confused with the result that the hose is jammed and can no longer be removed, or it the hose can no longer be completely wound onto the reel. In addition, the above-mentioned extraction devices for the flushing hose not reliable. The driven press rolls, which between the Take up the flushing hose, the hose must be deformed to the necessary to apply external friction. Because this hose is usually dirty and is smeared, the required frictional forces are often not reachable.

Such problems also occur in the sewer cleaning vehicle known from DE-A-2428186 on which a lying, barrel-like container 7, one via a swiveling boom agitated suction hose and at least a flushing hose that can be loaded with flushing water and wound on a reel having. In addition, there is a second reel in the form of a deflection roller provided, via which the flushing hose is guided to deflect the same. Similar constructions are also known from the documents US-A-4669145 already mentioned, DE-A-2906405 and EP-A-683278.

This is where the invention comes in, which aims to flush the rinsing hose at one Sewer cleaning vehicle to store and arrange so that with simple constructive Means reliable operation is possible, so that the operations can also be handled remotely. To solve this complex The task proposes those measures, the content and subject of the characterizing part of claim 1. expedient Embodiments of the invention are set out in the subclaims.

  • Without restricting the invention, an exemplary embodiment is discussed in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:
  • Figure 1 is a plan view of a barrel-like lying container of a sewer cleaning vehicle, the vehicle itself is not shown and also for reasons of clarity because of the suction hose and its boom are not shown. Figure 2 shows the rear view of the container, viewing direction arrow A in Fig. 1. 3 shows the second reel in a side view, viewing direction arrow B in FIG. 1.
Is lying on a chassis of a truck, not shown here arranged a barrel-like container 1, which consists of two sections 2 and 3, one section 2 serves to hold the rinse water and the other Section 3 of the absorption of the sludge and dirt to be removed. the Section 2, which contains the rinse water, is usually the driver's cab of the motor vehicle adjacent. The led out of this at the top of section 3 Suction hose and its boom arranged here are not shown. Laterally of the front section of the container 1 is horizontal with lying Axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis of the container 1, a drivable Reel 4 stored, the diameter of which is approximately the diameter of the section 2 of the container 1 corresponds. The flushing hose 5 is wound on this reel 4, namely in several superimposed layers. This flushing hose 5 can be up to 200 m long and has an outer diameter from about 0.5 "to 1.5". At the rear end 6 of section 3, which as the Container 1 lockable lid is formed, is now a second reel 7 provided with horizontal axis. This reel 7 is of a frame 8 worn, which is pivotable about a vertical axis 9. The width C of this second reel 7 is dimensioned so that two hose turns side by side Have space. This reel 7 can also be driven by means of a hydraulic motor 10. The diameter of this reel 7 is, for example, 90 cm, that is, by one Many times larger than the diameter of the flushing hose 5. At the top of the Frame 8, two guide rollers 11 are freely rotatable about vertical axes. Furthermore, two levers 12 against the force of tension springs are on this frame 8 13 pivoted about axes parallel to the axis of the reel 7, which carry pressure rollers 14 at their free ends, which abut flushing hose 5, which is wrapped around the reel 7 in a single layer, here the wrap angle is about 430 °. A tube sleeve 15 is also on the frame 8 pivoted, in the plane of the reel 7, and through this tube sleeve 15 is the run of the reel 7 run of the flushing hose 5 out. The last discussed components (lever 12, spring 13 and pressure roller 14) are off For reasons of clarity, only shown in FIG. 2, but not in FIGS. 1 and 3.

The container 1 is close to the single-layered reel 7 and its inlet area a guide 16 for the flushing hose 5 is arranged, which here from four to vertical Axles freely rotatable rollers 17 and 18 there. The axes of these rollers 17 and 18 are arranged on the corner points of an imaginary trapezoid, the Rollers 18 with the smaller center distance facing the first reel 4. The distance L of these rollers 18 of the guide 16 from the horizontal axis of rotation the first reel 4 is as large as possible, it is about 3/4 of the length of the container 1.

Both reels 4 and 7 can be driven by hydraulic motors. In the not shown The feed line for the hydraulic motor 10 of the second reel 7 is a Pressure control valve is provided, via which this hydraulic motor 10 independently supplied with constant hydraulic pressure from its respective speed is, so that this single-layered reel 7 in operational use turns with constant torque.

Das ablaufende Trum des Spülschlauches 5 durchsetzt die Rohrhülse 15.The flushing hose 5 connected to the section 2 of the container 1 is stored wound in several layers on the reel 4. His running run stretches is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container 1 and is between the freely rotatable rollers 17 and 18 of the guide 16 and added there deflected by the freely rotatable guide rollers 11 on the frame 8 second reel 7 out. The flushing hose 5 is completely around this reel 7 led around, with the surrounding turns of the flushing hose still are pressed against the reel 7 by the pressure rollers 14. The running dream of the Flushing hose 5 passes through the tubular sleeve 15.

During operational use, the rinsing hose is pulled out and extended 5 the two reels 4 and 7 driven, the reel 7 thanks to the large wrap angle the irrigation hose 5 without any particular deformation subtracts from the reel 4 serving the storage, which is driven by this drive Unwinding process of the flushing hose 5 supports. Will after completion of the Cleaning work of the flushing hose 5 is drawn in again, so only the Coiler 4 driven, the second reel 7 then runs empty. Because of the relative large distance between the first reel 4 and the guide 16 lies down the flushing hose to be obtained 5 turn by turn and layer by layer the reel 4 without requiring any special mechanical guidance.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the rinsing hose 5 is stored serving first reel 4 formed with a horizontal axis. It is in the Framework of the invention, this reel on the top of the container 1 with standing to arrange vertical axis of rotation. Outside of operational use the second reel 7 lies directly in front of the rear end face 6 of the container 1, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3. It is within the scope of the invention to store second reel 7 in the rear area to the side of the container. Essential for the invention is that the two reels 4 and 7 a relatively large Have a distance from each other, so that when the flushing hose 5 is fetched this turn after turn and layer after layer on the reel 4, without that this requires mechanical and controlled guidance and also that the running run of the flushing hose 5 with a sufficiently large frictional engagement is guided over a second reel 7, so that this frictional engagement the necessary tensile force can be applied to the flushing hose 5 without to deform it excessively by external pressure and pressure elements. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the flushing hose 5 wraps around the second reel 7, which serves as a friction wheel, by more than 360 °. According to an embodiment not claimed, it is possible to to make this wrap angle smaller and in the area of the smaller one Wrap angle possibly to provide several outer pressure rollers 14, the for the correct installation of the individual turns of the flushing hose 5 care at the reel 7. The diameter of this reel 7 can be compared of the embodiment shown may be enlarged. It would also be possible to do this to arrange second reel 7 with a vertical axis of rotation on the top of the container 1, the running run of this flushing hose 5 then via guide rollers would be redirected downwards. The spring-loaded described above Pressure rollers 14 only have the task of ensuring that the turns of the the reel 7 wrap-around washing hose 5 on the reel 7 properly concern, they do not have the task of building up frictional forces, which are required to pull out the flushing hose 5. The one for undressing the required frictional force is built up on that section of the flushing hose 5, with which the flushing hose 5 wraps around the reel 7. This second reel 7 therefore has a relatively large diameter, for example 90 cm. With the Frame 8 can the reel 7 about the vertical axis 9 in the for each Operational use required best position swiveled.
