Definitions
- the invention relates to a component with a body Mineral casting, especially drainage channel with an in essentially have a U-shaped cross section Channel body and a cast metal frame with contact surface on the Top of the channel body, with parts of the metal casting in Channel body are cast.
- EP 00 81 762 B1 is a frame made of metal for Drainage channels with two downwards, parallel and legs spaced apart, one between them Form channel, previously known.
- the frames used there for drainage channels show Anchoring profiles that shed with the channel body will.
- a channel body has already been proposed to be provided with an integral frame, this frame made of an easy to manufacture and low mass Sheet metal part exists.
- the basic idea of the invention is a special one Metal casting frame for the component according to the invention, in particular use a drainage channel, the metal frame a molded, elongated one below their contact surface Has support rod. This support rod, the integral one Part of the frame is in the channel casting process from mineral casting enclosed.
- the transverse process runs perpendicular to the axis of the holding rods and in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the side walls of the Channel body.
- the transverse process can be cruciform or star-shaped Have area.
- a breakout is possible by means of the holding rods and the transverse processes the frame in the case of cross-traffic one arranged on the frame Rust from the gutter side walls can be effectively prevented.
- transverse processes or cross bars serve the Prevention of lifting or levering the frame out above.
- the holding rods evenly over the longitudinal extension of the support rod or frame distributed so that acting forces as possible be evenly distributed in the channel body, without punctual the breaking or shear stress is too high.
- the one equipped with the anchoring system according to the invention Component with a body made of mineral casting, in particular a Drainage channel is able to optimally on the Frame absorbing longitudinal, transverse and compressive forces and to be transferred to the mineral cast gutter body without it Break in the mineral casting itself, namely in the channel body or whose side walls come.
- the cast frame used can be very easily shaped technically produce and has a reduced based on known frames Operating weight.
- the cast metal frame shown in the figures is one that is designed for high load capacities.
- the frame has edge protection in relation to the channel body Function and is used for example to record a Web rust.
- the casting frame is firmly in the mineral casting, namely polymer concrete poured.
- the frame consists of gray cast iron material.
- Stegestste for example, are made of nodular cast iron connected to the frame by means of screws.
- the channel bodies have a tongue and groove system on the front for precisely fitting transitions. Through the mentioned groove and The spring system is also the installation or assembly of the Channel body relieved to a channel system.
- the frame 1 according to the front view according to FIG Leg 2 on which the lateral locking and guiding a cover grid, not shown.
- the leg 2 goes into an angled support surface 3 for the (not shown) grating over (Fig. 1b).
- a support rod 4 is arranged in the center and elongated.
- This support bar increases the resistance monument of the frame in the Main load axis.
- the return of the support rod on Frame end ensures smooth mineral cast finish at the end the gutter and allows the formation of a security fold to seal the gutter joints between each other.
- the support rod 4 has one almost rectangular or square cross-section and is in essential only by mounting pockets 5 for receiving Fasteners of the grate, not shown, interrupted. Due to the design of the fastening pockets 5 can be a force-absorbing in their broad section or force-transmitting function of the support rod 4 take over.
- the axis of the holding rods 6 are essentially evenly spaced on the support rod 4 Holding rods 6 provided, the axis of the holding rods 6 in essentially perpendicular to the support surface 3 or to the longitudinal axis of the support rod 4 runs.
- the holding rods 6 have, for example, a circular or elliptical cross section and embrace the Side surfaces of the support rod 4.
- the holding rods transmit the transverse forces when loading the Channel (cross driving) in the side walls. You are in hers Distance and in length so dimensioned that the maximum transverse forces that can be absorbed by the channel body transfer.
- the free holding end 6/1 each has a transverse extension 7.
- the transverse extension 7 can be designed, for example, as a transverse rod be so that there is a T-shape from the support rod and cross rod results.
- the crossbar or transverse extension 7 is in one embodiment with its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the axis of the holding rod standing and with its longitudinal extension essentially parallel aligned to the longitudinal expansion of the support rod 4.
- the crossbars prevent when driving on the gutter Pry out the frames upwards.
- the transverse process is two wedge surfaces 71 directed towards the underside of the contact surface 3 provided and has one opposite the respective wedge surfaces End surface directed perpendicular to the axis of the holding rod 6.
- the wedge surfaces prevent that when pouring the Mineral casting form air pockets under the cross bars can weaken the component.
- the frame is manufactured in one Metal casting process. That means it becomes an integral component consisting of leg 2, support surface 3, support rod 4, support rod 6 and transverse extension 7 made.
- the components of the metal casting frame mentioned a new type of anchoring system, with a preferred one Exemplary embodiment with a frame length of 500 mm six Round rods are provided as holding rods, which are in a massive Frame profile, namely the additional support rod 4 are led. At the free end of the support rods are as a fuse the frame against lifting upward transverse processes or the mentioned cross bars 7 formed.
- the Manufacture frames according to the embodiment more easily in terms of shape, the frame itself has a lower operating weight having.
