Claims (19)

  1. Ziehvorrichtung (1) für ein langes Metallteil (2), bestehend aus einem Ziehblock (7), einer Vorrichtung zum Einführen des langen Metallteils (2) in den Ziehblock (7), einer Zugvorrichtung (16) für das gezogene lange Metallteil (2'), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    a) die Zugvorrichtung (16) zwei dicht beeinanderliegende und sich in entgegengesetzter Richtung drehende Treibriemen umfaßt, die das gezogene lange Metallteil (2') geradlinig antreiben,
    b) die Einführvorrichtung unterhalb des Ziehblocks (7) eine automatische Einführvorrichtung (19) für das spitz zulaufende Ende (4a) des gezogenen langen Teils (2') vom Ausgang des Ziehblocks (7) bis zum Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) umfaßt,
    c) die automatische Einführvorrichtung (19) ein Hilfzugmittel (20) umfaßt, das vom Zugmittel (16) angetrieben wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die automatische Einführvorrichtung umfaßt:
    a) das Hilfszugmittel (20) begrenzter Länge, dessen eines Ende mit einem automatischen An- / Abkopplungsmittel (21) fest verbunden ist, wobei die Länge so gewählt ist, daß bei Befestigung des Ankopplungsmittels an dem spitz zulaufenden Ende des aus dem Ziehblock austretenden langen Teils (2) das Hilfszugmittel mit seinem anderen Ende mit der Zugvorrichtung (16) in Eingriff ist,
    b) Führungsmittel (24) für das Hilfsmittel (20) auf der ganzen oder einem Teil der Bahn, welche sich vom Ausgang des Ziehblocks (7) bis zum Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) erstreckt, und am Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16)
    c) Vor- und Rücklaufmittel für das Hilfsmittel (20) mit der Zugvorrichtung (16).
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Vor- und Rücklaufmittel zusätzlich ein zweites Mittel (23) umfassen, um das Ankopplungsmittel (21) zu bewegen und mit der an dessen Ausgang angeordneten Zugvorrichtung (16) in Eingriff zu bringen oder davon zu trennen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, bei der das Hilfszugmittel (20) so gewählt ist, daß es beim Vorlauf eine ausreichende Zugfestigkeit aufweist, um das lange Teil (2a) vom Ausgang des Ziehblocks (7) durch den Kühlblock (12) hindurch bis zum Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) zu ziehen, und beim Rücklauf eine ausreichende Druckfestigkeit aufweist, damit das automatische Ankopplungs-/Abkopplungsmittel (21) durch die Führungsmittel (24) bis zum Ausgang des Ziehblocks (7) bewegt werden kann.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der das Hilfszugmittel ein Stahlband (20) ist, dessen seitliche Positionierung durch Schienen gewährleistet ist, die die Führungsmittel (24) darstellen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, die am Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) ein Führungs- (24a) und Ausweichmittel für das Hilfszugmittel (20) und das Ankopplungsmittel (21) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, bei der das zweite Mittel (23) eine Antriebsachse oder ein Zylinder ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, bei der das automatische Ankopplungs-/Abkopplungsmittel (21) aus zwei Nocken (22) mit gerichteten Zähnen besteht, mit denen das Ende des langen Teils (2) eingespannt werden kann, sobald und solange das automatische Ankopplungs-/Abkopplungsmittel (21) einen Zug auf das vorlaufende Ende ausübt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Nocken (22) ein Profil in Form einer logarithmischen Spirale aufweisen, so daß ein Druck auf das Ende ausgeübt wird, welcher Druck proportional zur Zugkraft ist, und dies für die Herstellung von Rohren, deren Durchmesser in einem relativ weiten Bereich schwanken können.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend einen Kühlblock (12) mit einem zugehörigen Trockenkasten (14).
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei der der Trockenkasten (14), dessen zentrale Öffnung dem gezogenen Teil (2a) angepaßt ist, mit Hilfe der Führungsmittel (24) und durch den Schub des Ankopplungsmittels (21) bis zum Ausgang des Ziehblocks (7) verschiebbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei der die Zugvorrichtung (16) eine Gleiskettenvorrichtung ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, die zum Rohrziehen bestimmt ist und am Ausgang des Ziehblocks ein Mittel zum Ausbilden einer Kerbe (30) aufweist, um den Innendurchmesser des Rohrs zu verkleinern und beim Starten das Einbringen des Dorns zu erleichtern, der der jeweiligen Düse angepaßt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, die Mittel zur Automatisierung der Ablauffolge der verschiedenen Bewegungen aufweist, welche den Einsatz der automatischen Einführmittel ermöglichen:
    a) Rücklauf des zweiten Mittels (23), so daß das Ankopplungsmittel (21) zum Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) befördert wird,
    b) und Stoppen des zweiten Mittels, sobald die Zugvorrichtung (16) zurückläuft,
    c) Rücklauf der Zugvorrichtung (16), bis das Ankopplungsmittel das Ende des spitz zulaufendenden langen Teils (2) erfaßt hat,
    d) Vorlauf der Zugvorrichtung (16) und gegebenenfalls automatische Ausbildung einer Kerbe (30) nach Verschiebung des Endes über eine vorbestimmte Länge,
    e) und sobald das Ankopplungsmittel (21) am Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) angekommen ist, kurzzeitiger Vorlauf des zweiten Mittels (23), um das Ankopplungsmittel (21) vom Ausgang der Zugvorrichtung (16) fernzuhalten.
  15. Ziehstraße mit in Reihe geschaltet ebenso vielen Ziehvorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 wie Ziehstiche gewünscht sind, die zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Ziehvorrichtungen ein Regelungssystem (27) aufweist, welches die Führung des gezogenen langen Teils (2a) zum Eingang des folgenden Ziehblocks (7a) oder zu einer Verteilerstation oder dergleichen ermöglicht.
  16. Ziehstraße nach Anspruch 15, bei der das Regelungssystem die Bildung einer Schleife (28) für das gezogene Teil ermöglicht und Bewegungsmittel (29) aufweist.
  17. Straße nach einem der Ansprüche 15 und 16, mit Mitteln zur Kontrolle der Position und der Geschwindigkeit des langen Teils (2, 2a, 2b ...), Mitteln zur Kontrolle des Durchmessers jeder Regelschleife (28), Mitteln zur Synchronisierung der verschiedenen Durchlaufgeschwindigkeiten der gezogenen langen Teile am Ausgang jedes Ziehblocks durch Veränderung der vorgegebenen Geschwindigkeit für die Zugvorrichtung (16) und/oder die Bewegungsmittel (29), so daß zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Ziehblöcken (7, 7a) weder eine Anhäufung noch eine übermäßige Spannung der gezogenen langen Teile entsteht.
  18. Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 14 oder der Straße nach Anspruch 15 bis 17 zum Ziehen metallischer Teile auf Trommeln : Drähte, Rohre, Stangen.
  19. Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 13 zum Ziehen gerader metallischer Teile : Stangen, Rohre.
