Claims (9)
- Spannmaschine für eine textile Stoffbahn mit zwei am Ende des Einlauffeldes der Maschine um vertikale Achsen (1) scherenartig gegeneinander schwenkbar gelagerten Kettenbahnen (2) für endlose, im Stoffbahnein- und -auslauf umgelenkte Ketten (3), welche Haltemittel (5) zum Erfassen der Stoffbahnränder (6) aufweisen, wobei Steuer- und Antriebsmittel zum Anpassen des jeweiligen Abstands der von der Achse (1) abgewandten schwenkbaren Enden bzw. Wangen (11) der Kettenbahnen (2) am Eingang des Einlauffeldes an die gemessene Breite der jeweils zulaufenden Stoffbahn (8) vorgesehen sind und wobei die schwenkbaren Kettenbahnenden (11) mittels Tragrädern (12) auf einem horizontalen Träger (13) beweglich gelagert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein Tragrad (12) als angetriebenes Reibrad ausgebildet ist und daß diesem Tragrad (12) ein Antriebsmotor (14) unmittelbar zugeordnet ist. - Spannmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest das angetriebene Tragrad (12) aus einem metallischen Kern mit einer aufvulkanisierten Elastomerschicht aufgebaut ist. - Spannmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest das angetriebene Tragrad (12) mit Vollgummi (15) oder dergleichen Material mit speziell in Bezug auf den Träger (13) hohem Reibungswert bereift ist. - Spannmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei Tragräder (12) pro Kettenbahn (2) vorgesehen sind. - Spannmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf die Achse eines der Tragräder (12) pro Kettenbahn (2) ein Motor (14) geschaltet ist. - Spannmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Antriebsmotor (14) ein Stirnrad-, Kegelstirnrad-, Schnecken- oder Stirnschneckengetriebemotor jeweils mit Drehstrom- oder Gleichstrombetrieb vorgesehen ist. - Spannmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Erfassen der Stoffbahnränder für die Motorsteuerung Lichttaster, insbesondere im Analogiebereich, mit punktförmiger Abtastung der Warenbahnkante vorgesehen sind. - Spannmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Steuermittel für den Antriebsmotor eine Schutzumsteuerung oder ein kontaktlos schaltender Thyristorschalter vorgesehen sind. - Spannmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Steuermittel für den Antriebsmotor, insbesondere bei Hochgeschwindigkeitsanwendungen, Frequenzumrichter für 4-quadranten Betrieb, vorzugsweise zusammen mit Drehstrommotoren vorgesehen sind.
