Besonders dem Laien kann dies passieren, wann er einen Abschnitt einer solchen Klebfolie nicht so am Rande des Substrates plaziert, daß ein Anfasser übersteht und dann aus der Klebfuge herausragt. Beim Lösen der Verklebung ist dann guter Rat teuer und ein Zerstören zumindest des einen Substrates kann die Folge sein.
- Tritt ein Reißen der Klebfolie beim Ablöseprozeß auf und verbleibt ein gerissener Klebfolienteil vollständig in der Klebfuge, so ist eine rückstandsfreie Trennung der verklebten Materialien ohne Zerstörung der Verklebungspartner zumeist nicht mehr möglich, welches einen erheblichen Schaden verursachen kann.

Im einzelnen zeigt Fig. 1 einen Klebfolienstreifen-Verbund 1 aus einem ersten
Klebfolienstreifen 2, der an seiner einen Klebseite mit einer Abdeckfolie 3
eingedeckt ist, während auf seiner anderen Klebseite ein Schlaufen-Klettband 4
so klebt, daß die Rückseite an dem Klebfolienstreifen 2 grenzt und die Vorderseite
mit ihren Schlaufen 5 mit den Haken 6 eines entsprechenden Haken-Klettbandes
7 verhakt ist. Dieses Haken-Klettband 7 wiederum ist mit seiner Rückseite
auf eine der Klebseiten eines zweiten Klebfolienstreifens 8 geklebt, wobei
dessen andere Klebseite wiederum mit einer Abdeckfolie 9 eingedeckt ist. Die
Klebfolienstreifen 2 und 8 weisen an ihren Enden mit Folien 10/11 abgedeckte
Bereiche auf, die als Anfasser 12/13 dienen.1 shows an adhesive
In Fig. 2 ist nun dargestellt, wie ein Verbund 1 gem. Fig. 1, befreit von seinen
Abdeckfolien 3/9, einerseits auf ein Substrat 14 und andererseits auf ein Substrat
15 geklebt ist, wobei der Klettverschluß geöffnet ist, d.h. das Haken-Klettband 7
ist von dem Schlaufen-Klettband 4 gelöst, so daß die Schlaufen 5 und die Haken
6 frei liegen und die Substrate 14 und 15 mit den daran haftenden Verbundteilen
voneinander frei sind, im Sinne des Doppelfoils A aber auch wieder verbindbar
sind. Um aber die Substrate 14 bzw. 15 von dem Verbundteil zu befreien (dazu
ist vorteilhaft der Verbund im Sinne von Fig. 2 gelöst), lassen sich die Klebfolienstreifen
2 und 8 durch Ziehen an den Anfassern 12 und 13 in Richtung der
Pfeile A und C, also in Richtung der Verklebungsebene, rückstandsfrei und beschädigungslos
abziehen und zumindest der Klettverschluß 4 und 8 wieder verwenden.In Fig. 2 it is now shown how a

- Composite according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adhesive film strips (2,8) are covered on their free, non-bonded side in each case with a cover film (3,9).
- Composite according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adhesive film strip (2,8) have grip tabs (12,13) which preferably protrude beyond the touch-and-close fastenings (4,7).
- Composite according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adhesive film strips (2,8), with or without intermediate supports, are elastically or plastically extensible.
- Use of an adhesive film strip composite according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adhesion of the adhesive film strips (2,8) is less than the cohesion, the adhesion largely disappears on extension, and the ratio of stripping force to breaking load is at least 1:1.5.
- Use of an adhesive film strip composite according to one of Claims 1 - 6, characterized in that the touch-and-close fastening (4,7) is releasable or re-engageable (A) and the adhesive film strip or strips (2,8) is or are removable from the substrates that are to be bonded and from the touch-and-close fastening (4,7) without residue or damage by pulling in the direction of the bond plane, after which the touch-and-close fastening (4,7) is reusable.
- Use according to Claim 7 for bonding non-planar substrates, especially convex substrates.
