Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur Verbrennung von Holzpellets oder anderer riesel- und/oder schüttfähiger fester Brennstoffe mit einem durch feuerfeste Wandungen begrenzten Brennraum (11, 31, 56) und einer im Brennraum angeordneten Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) für die Brennstoffe (13, 38), die den Brennraum (11, 31) in einen Vorbrennraum (11.1, 31.1) und einen Nachbrennraum (11.2, 31.2) unterteilt und die mit einem oder mehreren Schlitzen (16) oder Öffnungen versehen ist, und mit einem mit einem Gebläse versehenen Abgaskanal (21, 34), der durch den Nachbrennraum (11.2, 31.2) unterhalb der Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) und/oder seitlich am Nachbrennraum (11.2, 31.2) vorbeigeführt ist, wobei die Brennstoffe automatisch mittels einer angetriebenen Fördervorrichtung (14, 15; 37, 40; 58, 59) in die Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) eintragbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung (14, 15; 37, 40) in vertikaler Richtung beabstandet oberhalb der Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) endet, und dass im oder unterhalb des mindestens einen Schlitzes (16) oder der Öffnung der Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) mindestens eine Verbrennungsluftzuführung (17) in Form eines Rohres mit seitlich und nach unten gerichteten Luftaustrittsöffnungen (18) angeordnet ist, die mit einem Luftmengensensor (23) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb der Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) ein Aschesammelbehälter (20, 33.1) und/oder ein Aschesammelraum (33) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftaustrittsöffnungen (18) schlitzförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur ein Schlitz (16) in der Auffangvorrichtung (12) vorgesehen ist, wobei ein Verbrennungsluftzuführrohr (17) derart in dem Schlitz (16) angeordnet ist, dass sich zwischen ihm und den Schlitzrändern jeweils zwei schmale Durchtrittsschlitze (19, 29) ergeben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Verbrennungsluftzuführung (17) bis in den Bereich einer am Brennraum (11) angeordneten Sichtscheibe (24) geführt ist, sodass die Verbrennungsluft die Innenseite der Sichtscheibe (24) überstreicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Verbrennungsluftzuführung (17) um ihre Längsachse drehbar angeordnet und auf ihrer Oberfläche mit Vorsprüngen versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der Auffangvorrichtung (12, 32) ein Rührwerk (35, 54) zur Glutbettverteilung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Schaft (36) des Rührwerks (35,54) Verbrennungsluft zugeführt wird, die das Rührwerk (35) gleichzeitig kühlt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rührwerk (35, 54) mit der Fördervorrichtung (37, 40) für die Brennstoffe (38) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung eine mit dem Rührwerk (35, 54) gekoppelte Zellenradschleuse (37, 55) oder einen anderen Verdrängungsförderer aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Abgaskanal (21, 34) und/oder im Brennraum (31) mindestens ein Warmwassertauscher angeordnet und/oder der Abgaskanal (21, 34) an einen externen Warmwassertauscher anschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brennraumwandungen wasserführend oder von einem Wassermantel umgeben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als ein an einer Wand (51) aufhängbares Gerät (50) ausgebildet ist.
