Claims (4)
- Wendeeinrichtung (1) für Formkästen (3) insbesondere für den Einsatz in Transportlinien (2,4) automatischer Form- und Gießanlagen, auf welchen die Formkästen (3) verschiebbar sind, um zu den einzelnen Arbeitsstationen gebracht zu werden, wobei die Wendeeinrichtung (1) so ausgelegt ist, daß diese die Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Formkästen (3) zuläßt, mit einer ersten Aufnahmeeinrichtung (6,7), die den bzw. die Formkästen (3) jeweils auf zwei in Transportrichtung gesehenen gegenüberliegenden Seiten derart ergreift bzw. ergreifen, daß der bzw. die Formkästen (3) beim Wenden um seine bzw. ihre Längsachsen in jeder Lage sicher gehalten ist bzw. sind, andererseits auch ohne Wenden durch die Wendeeinrichtung (1) durchschiebbar ist bzw. sind und mit einem Antrieb für die Wendeeinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung (1) eine zweite parallel zur ersten Aufnahmeeinrichtung (6,7) verlaufende, jedoch um 90 Grad zur ersten Aufnahmeeinrichtung (6,7) versetzt angeordnete zweite Aufnahmeeinrichtung (8,9) aufweist, welche synchron mit der ersten Aufnahmeeinrichtung (6,7) angetrieben ist.
- Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (6 bis 9) an einem Drehkranz (5) befestigt sind, welcher mit dem Antrieb (14) betriebsverbunden ist.
- Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehkranz (5) auf mindestens zwei mit Abstand zueinander angeordneten Rollen (11,12) ruht und daß der Drehkranz (5) über eine dritte Rolle angetrieben ist.
- Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtung zwei Transportlinien unterschiedlicher Breite miteinander verbinden, wobei die eine Transportlinie den Formkasten (3) liegend und die andere Transportlinien den Formkasten (3) stehend transportiert.
