- une douille pourvue, d'une part d'une extrémité de raccordement au réservoir et d'autre part, d'un orifice d'éjection,
- un obturateur mobile logé à l'intérieur de ladite douille, constitué d'une tige portant, à son extrémité externe, un bouchon formant avec l'orifice d'éjection, un clapet d'échappement, et à son extrémité interne, une paroi transversale ménageant un passage pour le produit et coopérant avec des moyens de rappel élastique de l'obturateur mobile vers une position de fermeture où le bouchon est engagé de manière étanche dans l'orifice d'éjection.

Claims (18)
- Embout de distribution d'un produit (P) liquide ou pâteux destiné à être monté sur un réservoir (R) susceptible d'être mis sous pression du type comprenant,une douille (1) pourvue, d'une part d'une extrémité de raccordement (11) au réservoir (R) et d'autre part, d'un orifice d'éjection (10),un obturateur mobile (2) logé à l'intérieur de ladite douille (1), constitué d'une tige (21) portant, à son extrémité externe, un bouchon (20) formant avec l'orifice d'éjection (10), un clapet d'échappement, et à son extrémité interne, une paroi transversale (22) ménageant un passage pour le produit (P)et coopérant avec des moyens de rappel élastique (3) de l'obturateur mobile (2) vers une position de fermeture où le bouchon (20) est engagé de manière étanche dans l'orifice d'éjection (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre, un clapet d'admission constitué d'une lèvre périphérique (23) déformable disposée dans le passage annulaire pour le produit autour de l'obturateur mobile (2) et divisant de manière étanche l'espace à l'intérieur de la douille (1) en un compartiment amont et un compartiment aval.
- Embout selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre (23) est solidaire de la tige (21) et son extrémité libre est, en position de fermeture du clapet, en contact d'appui contre la paroi interne de la douille (1).
- Embout selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre (23) est portée par une couronne coaxiale à la tige (21).
- Embout selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi transversale (22) est réalisée d'une seule pièce avec ladite couronne.
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité amont de l'obturateur mobile (2) est solidaire de la tige (21).
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi transversaie (22) est élastiquement déformable et est retenue par son bord périphérique à l'extremité de raccordement (11) de la douille (1) en formant ainsi un moyen de rappel élastique de l'obturateur (2).
- Embout selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ladite tige (21) est axiale et définit avec la paroi transversale (22), un épaulement périphérique (22a).
- Embout selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de rappel élastique (3) comprennent un ressort hélicoïdal entourant la tige (21) de l'obturateur (2) en prenant appui, par son extrémité arrière, sur l'épaulement (22a), et par son extrémité avant, sur la paroi interne de la douille (1).
- Embout selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant du ressort (3) prend appui sur des nervures longitudinales (12) s'étendant le long de la paroi interne de la douille (1).
- Embout selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant du ressort (3), prend appui dans le fond d'une gorge annulaire (13) ménagée sur la paroi interne de la douille (1) et délimitée sur son bord interne par un collet (14) de guidage.de la tige (21).
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit bouchon (20) est constitué, d'une part, d'un corps (20a) dont la face latérale est, en position de fermeture, en appui étanche contre le bord intérieur (10a) de l'orifice d'éjection (10) et, d'autre part, d'une tête (20b) faisant saillie à l'extérieur de la douille (1).
- Embout selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'éjection (10) a un profil tronconique correspondant à celui du corps (20a) du bouchon (20).
- Embout selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le bord intérieur (10a) de l'orifice d'éjection (10) est pourvu d'un jonc annulaire sur lequel la face latérale du corps du bouchon (20) vient en appui étanche lors de sa fermeture.
- Embout selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la douille (1) a un profil en ogive et la tête (20b) du bouchon (20) a un profil curviligne dont la courbure est déterminée de façon à assurer une continuité d'aspect du profil en ogive.
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de raccordement (11) de la douille (1) comporte sur la paroi interne, des nervures (11a) formant butée pour la paroi transversale (22).
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite tige (21) est rendue solidaire de la paroi transversale (22) en étant engagée dans un manchon serrant (24) portant ladite face.
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, un capot amovible (4) destiné à coiffer la douille (1) et dont le sommet vient en appui, par sa face interne, contre le bouchon (20) pour garantir l'étanchéité de la fermeture.
- Embout selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi transversale (22) se prolonge vers le réservoir (R) par un ergot (25) engagé dans un manchon (5) faisant saillie à l'intérieur dudit réservoir.
