Claims (24)

  1.   2. Support de données selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'information comporte une ou plusieurs découpes.
  3. Support de données selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'information présente une couleur unitaire et une nuance de couleurs unitaire.
  4. Support de données selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'information présente des couleurs différentes et ou des nuances de couleur différentes.
  5. Support de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'information est au moins partiellement sombre, en particulier noire.

  14. Support de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est combiné à une impression en relief.
  15. Support de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le support de données est lissé dans la zone de l'élément de sécurité.
  16. Procédé de fabrication d'un support de données, en particulier d'un papier valeur, d'une carte d'identité ou similaires, qui est muni d'un élément de sécurité optiquement variable, qui comporte au moins une information et une couche transparente optiquement variable, qui contient des pigments optiquement variables, information étant apportée dans une couleur contrastant par rapport au support de données, et la couche optiquement variable étant disposée au moins dans des zones partielles au-dessus de l'information, caractérisé en ce que l'on crée l'information sur le support de données avec une finesse ou une épaisseur de lignes qui ne peut pas être obtenue avec des pigments optiquement variables.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'on crée l'information par enlèvement partiel d'une impression ou d'une application de couleurs.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que l'enlèvement est réalisé par attaque chimique, par des moyens mécaniques, ou à l'aide d'un laser.
  19. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'on lisse le support de données avant ou après l'application de la couche optiquement variable.
  20. Procédé de fabrication d'un support de données, en particulier d'un papier valeur, d'une carte d'identité ou similaires, qui est muni d'un élément de sécurité optiquement variable qui comporte au moins une information et une couche transparente optiquement variable, qui contient des pigments optiquement variables, dans lequel l'information est apportée dans une couleur contrastant par rapport au support de données, et la couche optiquement variable est disposée au moins dans des zones partielles au-dessus de l'information, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique d'abord l'information sur une feuille support séparée, et ensuite on recouvre au moins partiellement l'information par la couche optiquement variable, l'information présentant une finesse ou une épaisseur de lignes que l'on ne peut pas atteindre avec les pigments optiquement variables, et en ce que l'on transfère cet élément de sécurité créé sur la feuille support, sur le support de données, à l'aide d'un procédé de transfert.
  21. Elément optiquement variable, qui comporte au moins une information et une couche transparente optiquement variable, qui contient des pigments optiquement variables, l'information étant présentée en couleurs et la couche optiquement variable étant disposée au moins dans des zones partielles au-dessus de l'information, caractérisé en ce que l'information présente une finesse ou une épaisseur de lignes, qui ne peut pas être obtenue avec les pigments optiquement variables.
  22. Elément de sécurité optiquement variable selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que l'information est présentée au moins partiellement dans une couleur sombre, en particulier en noir.
  23. Elément optiquement variable selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisé en ce que la couche optiquement variable est une feuille optiquement variable.
  24. Bande de transfert, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un élément de sécurité optiquement variable selon l'une des revendications 21 à 23.
