Description
- daß bei in die Aufnahme des Kupplungskopfes eingeführter Blaslanze das Blasrohr ineinandergreifend und dicht mit einem Rohransatz der Aufnahme verbunden ist, welcher an die Blasfluidversorgung angeschlossen ist, und
- daß bei in die Aufnahme des Kupplungskopfes eingeschobener Blaslanze im Bereich des Anschlusses für die Kühlmittelzufuhr und/oder des Anschlusses für die Kühlmittelabfuhr jeweils eine Kammer, insbesondere eine Ringkammer, ausgebildet ist.

Claims (6)
- Wechselvorrichtung für eine Blaslanze (1), die ein Blasrohr (20) und einen das Blasrohr (20) umgebenden, mit Kühlmittel durchspülbaren Kühlmantel (30) aufweist, dessen Ein- und Auslaß (34,35) an dem einem Kupplungskopf (2) zugeordneten Ende der Blaslanze (1) angeordnet sind, wobei der Kupplungskopf (2) eine Aufnahme (7) aufweist, in die dieses Ende der Blaslanze (1) einführbar ist und die Anschlüsse (4, 12, 13) für die Kühlmittelzufuhr, die Kühlmittelabfuhr und die Blasfluidzufuhr umfaßt, wobei die Blaslanze (1) lösbar mit dem Kupplungskopf verkoppelbar ist, wobei mindestens der Einlaß (34) oder der Auslaß (35) des Kühlmantels (30) auf eine Umfangsfläche der Blaslanze (1) münden und wobei der dem Einlaß (34) oder Auslaß (35) jeweils zugeordnete Anschluß (12,13) auf einer der jeweiligen Umfangsfläche zugeordneten Seitenfläche der Aufnahme (7) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei in die Aufnahme (7) des Kupplungskopfes (2) eingeführter Blaslanze (1) das Blasrohr (20) ineinandergreifend und dicht mit einem Rohransatz (6) der Aufnahme (7) verbunden ist, welcher an die Blasfluidversorgung angeschlossen ist, unddaß bei in die Aufnahme (7) des Kupplungskopfes (2) eingeschobener Blaslanze (1) im Bereich des Anschlusses (12) für die Kühlmittelzufuhr und/oder des Anschlusses (12) für die Kühlmittelabfuhr jeweils eine Kammer (40,41) ausgebildet ist. - Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl der Einlaß (34) als auch der Auslaß (35) des Kühlmantels (30) auf einer Umfangsfläche der Blaslanze (1) münden. - Wechselvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungskopf (2) mittels mindestens eines schwenkbar an ihm befestigten Hakens (51) mit der Blaslanze (1) verriegelbar ist und daß der Haken (51) während des Einschiebens der Blaslanze (1) in die Aufnahme (7) des Kupplungskopfes (2) sich selbstätig in seine Verriegelungsstellung bewegt.
- Wechselvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Anschluß (13) für die Kühlmittelzufuhr zugeordnete Kammer (41) die freie endseitige Stirnfläche (42) des der Aufnahme (7) zugeordneten Endes der Blaslanze (2) mindestens abschnittsweise umgibt. - Wechselvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Blaslanze (1) ein in die dem Anschluß (13) für die Kühlmittelzufuhr zugeordnete Kammer (41) reichender Absatz angeformt ist, auf den das Kühlmittel bei Druckbeaufschlagung eine in die Aufnahme (7) des Kupplungskopfes (2) gerichtete Kraft ausübt. - Wechselvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohreinsatz (6) und das Blasrohr (20) der Blaslanze (1) über mindestens eine Ringdichtung (23) dicht miteinander verbunden sind.
