Claims (5)
- Seitenkanalverdichter, bei dem die zwischen dem Laufrad (2) und den das Laufrad (2) umschließenden Gehäuseteilen (1) bestehenden Spalte (7) mittels eines in eine in den entsprechenden Wandbereichen der Gehäuseteile (1) vorgesehene Umlaufnut (9) eingebrachten Dichtbandes (8) abgedichtet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Dichtband (8) durch eine in an mehreren über den Umfang der Umlaufnut (9) verteilt liegenden Stellen vorgesehene Nuterweiterungen (11) eingebrachte, mit dem Dichtband (8) einen Formschluß eingehende, sich verfestigende Masse (10) gehalten ist. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Nuterweiterungen als von der Innenseite der Gehäuseteile (1) zugängliche sackartige Erweiterungen (11) ausgebildet sind. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Dichtband (8) mit der sich verfestigenden Masse (10) einen Formschluß eingehende Vertiefungen (13) oder Erhebungen vorgesehen sind. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Dichtband (8) sich mit der Masse (10) füllende Bohrungen (13) oder Durchbrechungen vorgesehen sind. - Seitenkanalverdichter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Dichtband (8) ein aus Teflon bestehender Materialstreifen vorgesehen ist.
