Claims (10)
- Betätigungswerkzeug zum Anziehen von Schraubverbindungsteilen mit einer Winkelmeßeinrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) die Winkelmeßeinrichtung mit einer koaxial zu der Drehachse des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) liegenden Drehachse mit dem Hebelarm des Betätigungswerkzeuges (12) verbunden ist ohne unmittelbare Kupplung mit dem anzuziehenden Schraubverbindungsteil und(b) der Hebelarm über eine Mitnahmekupplung (28) unmittelbar mit der Winkelmeßeinrichtung gekuppelt ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßeinrichtung außeraxial zur Drehachse des Betätigungswerkzeugs an dessen Hebelarm angebracht ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) das Betätigungswerkzeug (12) einen an dem Schraubverbindungsteil angreifenden, drehbar an dem Hebelarm gelagerten Mitnahmekopf und eine nur in einer Mitnahme-Drehrichtung mitnehmende Anziehkupplung (10) zwischen Hebelarm und Mitnahmekopf aufweist und(b) die Mitnahmekupplung (28) zwischen Hebelarm und Winkelmeßeinrichtung eine ebenfalls nur in der Mitnahme Drehrichtung mitnehmende Kupplung ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplung (28) zwischen Hebelarm und Winkelmeßeinrichtung ein Freilauf ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßeinrichtung eine Selbsthemmung aufweist, welche die Position der Winkelmeßeinrichtung bei einer Drehbewegung des Hebelarmes entgegen der Mitnahme-Drehrichtung der Anziehkupplung (10) festhält.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) die Winkelmeßeinrichtung eine Winkelmeßscheibe (24) mit einer Winkelskala (34) und ein fixierbares Winkelzeigerelement (26) mit einer über der Winkelskala beweglichen Marke enthält,(b) die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) um eine zur Drehachse der Schraubverbindung gleichachsige Achse relativ zu dem Hebelarm drehbar gelagert und über den Freilauf (28) mit dem Hebelarm in der Mitnahme-Drehrichtung gekuppelt ist und(c) zwischen Winkelmeßscheibe (24) und Winkelzeigerelement (26) Reibungskupplungsmittel (31,33;37) für die Selbsthemmung vorgesehen sind.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßeinrichtung eine von dem Betätigungswerkzeug (12) gesonderte Baugruppe bildet und mittels eines Befestigungselements (20) lösbar an dem Hebelarm des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) angebracht ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) auf dem Befestigungselement 20 gleichachsig zu der Drehachse der Schraubverbindung ein Zapfen (27) montiert ist,(b) der Innenring des Freilaufs (28) fest auf dem Zapfen (27) sitzt oder unmittelbar von dessen Oberfläche gebildet ist,(c) das Winkelzeigerelement (26) koaxial zu dem Außenring des Freilaufs (28) angeordnet und über eine erste Reibungskupplung mit dem Außenring gekuppelt ist,(d) der Außenring des Freilaufs (28) wiederum über eine zweite Reibungskupplung (36) gegenüber dem Winkelzeigerelement (26) gehalten ist und(e) die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) bei Verdrehung des Betätigungswerkzeuges (10) zusammen mit dem Außenring des Freilaufs (28) in Klemmrichtung des Freilaufs (28) zusammen mit dem Betätigungswerkzeug (10) drehbar ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) bei Rückdrehung des Betätigungswerkzeugs (10) entgegen der Klemmrichtung des Freilaufs (28) von dem fixierten Winkelzeigerelement (26) gehalten ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (20) mittels einer auf der Seite des Betätigungswerkzeugs (10) geschlitzten Klemmbüchse (21) mit Spreizkörper (23) und Klemmschraube (22) an dem Betätigungswerkzeug (10) angebracht ist.
