Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for feeding Printed products, with a conveyor device, which the printed products on a front conveyor line as a stack and on a rear conveyor as a bar and between piles and promotes rod as a loosening zone, with a scanning device, which scans the position of the stack and the Controls the feed of the printed products.
  • a tip probes the position of the stack and thus controls the feed of the printed products.
  • the feed takes place via eccentrics or curves and must be designed to be very robust since that which is to be moved during the feed Paper can weigh 200-300 kg.
  • the invention has for its object a device to create the type mentioned, with the very thin or very thick sheets with higher speeds and still functionally reliable can be processed.
  • the device according to the invention there is an intermittent one Stack feed with a continuously working bar feed combined. This makes it possible to change the feed rate between stack and bar feed in the barrel to correct. It is also essential that the loosening of the Stack in the loosening zone from the feed of the bar feeder is independent. With a device according to the invention can sheet up to 120 pages at speeds up to 30,000 Copies are processed per hour. The previously feared Broken handles can be largely avoided.
  • the inventive Setup also has the following advantages:
  • the bar feeder is quick and easy to implement.
  • the drive can be easily integrate into the bar feeder, making complex Pre-investment, for example not necessary for an investor are.
  • the bar feed to the loosening zone can be independent, the printed sheets can be loosened optimally become.
  • the speed ratio between stack and Bar feed can be influenced during the run. Essential is also that sinking the arch or building a excessive stack pressure can be prevented.
  • the stack feed can be very sensitive and also inexpensive with one Freewheel trained as basic equipment for a feeder become.
  • the stack can be a substantially vertical stack or also be a shingled stream.
  • the Device in particular for loading an investor, for example for a gathering machine.
  • Dandruff flow can, for example, in a so-called inlet Flat stacks or in a stacker bundle. It is also conceivable to load other devices with printed products.
  • the device shown schematically in Figures 1 and 2 has a front conveyor section 3 and a rear conveyor section 5, with which printed products 1 in the direction of the arrow 19 for example for loading the one shown in FIG Investors 17 are promoted.
  • the printed products 1 form approximately in the area of the rear conveyor section 5, a rod 6, on the a further rod 6 'provided with end plates 18 can connect.
  • the rod 6 is the front end plate already removed.
  • the printed sheets 1 are therefore in the area the rear conveyor section 5 is arranged comparatively close.
  • the conveyor section 5 has a continuously conveying conveyor 9 on that of two endless spaced side by side arranged link chains 9a is formed around the pulleys 20 to 23 and a drive roller 24 are placed.
  • FIG. 1 shows only the front link chain 9a.
  • This Motor 13 is preferably a frequency regulated gear motor.
  • the motor 13 and the transmission 15 form a continuous one Drive for the conveyor 9.
  • the front conveyor line 3 is much shorter Conveyor 10 formed, also from two at a distance Link chains 10a arranged to each other.
  • the link chains 10a are at a rear end 16 of the conveyor 10 placed approximately vertically around a pivotable deflection roller 25.
  • a drive shaft is used to drive the link chains 10a 26 provided with a freewheel 27.
  • the front conveyor line 3, as can be seen, is slightly inclined and forms at the front End of the rear conveyor section a kink 28, above which a loosening zone from printed products 1 at the front end of the rod 6 7 forms. After this zone 7 and behind one in Figure 2 shown scanning tip 8 is in the area of the front Conveyor path 3 a slightly inclined stack 4 is formed. The The conveying direction of the printed products 1 in the stack 4 is in FIG.
  • the known scanning tip 8 by means of a tension spring 30 against pressed the stack 4. If the previously from stack 4 separated foremost printed sheet 1 'with a double gripper drum 48 subtracted downwards, the scanning tip 8 follows the lower edge of the stack 4. The scanning tip 8 thus makes a short movement to the left in Figure 2 and turns at the same time a housing 31 around the drive shaft 26 and at the same time, a cam roller 32 moves downward. A curve 33 rotating in the machine cycle presses over the cam roller 32 and the housing 31, the scanning tip 8 back to the starting position back. The curve 33 is driven by a Endless drive member 34, which with the double gripper drum 48th connected is.
  • the funding body 10 is thus driven intermittently in the machine cycle.
  • the Conveyor 10 can, for example, up to 30,000 feed movements execute and accordingly 30,000 per hour Printed products 1 delivered to the double gripper drum 48.
  • the shaft 26 is connected to an incremental rotary encoder 11, which the feed movement of the conveyor member 10 on the drive shaft measures and forwards the measured values to a controller 14.
  • the controller 14 is electrical with the controller 12 of the Motor 13 connected.
  • This controller 14 now calculates during a certain time from the increments received by the encoder 11 an analog setpoint for the drive 13.
  • the speed ratio can now be increased very precisely between the front conveyor 2 and the rear conveyor 5 affect and to adjust.
  • the analog setpoint drops due to a longer one Break below a certain minimum value, so the feed of the rear conveyor 9 is interrupted until the increments for the minimum analog setpoint are added up to have.
  • the Drive 13 can also be operated manually by pressing a button on a switch 35 are operated. This can also fill large gaps in the rear conveyor section 5 can be closed easily and quickly.
  • Figures 3 and 4 show an alternative device for Feeding printed products 1, in which the intermittent advancing conveyor 10 is inclined upwards and the Print products 1 as an imbricated stream 4a an accelerator belt 40 are handed over.
  • two side retainers 41 are arranged on the front of the rod 6, which fan out the printed products 1 of the bar individually, so that the printed products 1 on the conveyor 10 one Form scale stream 4a.
  • the accelerator belt 40 has one not shown here separate drive and transfers the printed products 1 to one known stacker 42, in which from the printed products 1 Bundle 43 are formed.
  • the incremental encoder 11 is with the drive shaft 44 of the conveyor 10 and also with the controller 14 connected.
  • Another controller 45 is between one Level control 46 and a gear motor 47 arranged.
  • the Gear motor 47 drives the conveyor 10 and is of the Level control device 46 controlled. The way this works Otherwise, the facility is the same as the one above explained facility.
