Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication de bougie, caractérisé en ce que l'on procède à un assemblage au départ de différentes couches (13, 15, ...), chaque couche individuelle étant constituée par une série d'éléments jointifs allongés (1, 2, 3, ...), généralement de section carrée ou rectangulaire, de couleurs contrastées, la succession des couches (13, 15, ...) se caractérisant essentiellement par des orientations angulaires différentes dans un empilement de couches, cet empilement étant ensuite solidarisé et subissant une découpe finale de mise en forme selon la forme géométrique souhaitée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments allongés (1, 2, 3, ...) individuels sont produits par découpe d'une plaque extrudée colorée réalisée au départ d'une poudre de paraffine colorée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les différentes couches (13, 15, ...) constituées par une série d'éléments jointifs allongés, on intercale une épaisseur constituée par une seule couche homogène (15) non découpée en bâtonnets.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la mèche des bougies est intercalée entre les différentes couches préalablement à la solidarisation des éléments jointifs allongés (1, 2, 3, ...) entre eux et des couches entre elles.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit empilement est solidarisé par une élévation de température ou par compression.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'alternance de couleurs dans les couches successives est constante ou différente d'une couche à l'autre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation angulaire est constante, et de préférence de 90 °C d'une couche à l'autre ou est variable entre les couches successives.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les plans de coupe de l'assemblage sont choisis pour faire apparaítre soit une succession de carrés ou de rectangles, soit une alternance de carrés ou de rectangles et de zones allongées de couleur uniforme ou avec une transition colorée sur une ou plusieurs faces du produit découpé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le découpage des empilements solidarisés s'effectue sous la forme d'un cube ou d'un prisme à base triangulaire, rectangulaire ou hexagonale.
- Produits obtenus selon le procédé d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisés par des surfaces comportant des transitions coloristiques franches entre les différentes zones, notamment des surfaces colorées contrastées essentiellement carrées ou rectangulaires, éventuellement avec apparition d'une ou plusieurs bandes colorées continues.
