Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation schématique d'un dispositif selon l'invention, comprenant un appareil d'étiquetage et son boítier électronique ;
- les figures 2 et 3 sont des vues en élévation à plus grande échelle des deux côtés latéraux de l'appareil à étiqueter ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus-coupe de l'appareil de la figure 3 :
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne VV de la figure 4 ;
- la figure 6 est une vue en coupe des pignons d'entraínement du ruban porte-étiquettes ;
- la figure 7 est un schéma-bloc du boítier électronique et de sa liaison aux organes montés sur l'appareil d'étiquetage. On se reporte d'abord aux figures 1 à 3.
- le capteur 16 est à l'état 0 quand il détecte une étiquette,
- le capteur 7 est à l'état 0 quand il détecte la rampe 15, l'appareil étant au repos,
- le moteur 17 est à l'état 1 lorsqu'il est en rotation.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif portatif pour étiqueter des produits fragiles ou autres objets de type comprenant d'une part un appareil d'étiquetage (1) comportant un porte-bobine (14) adapté pour recevoir une bobine autour de laquelle est enroulé un ruban (5) portant des étiquettes adhésives (5a) réparties suivant un pas régulier, des moyens pour entraíner pas à pas ledit ruban (5), des moyens pour décoller les étiquettes dudit ruban (5) ainsi qu'un organe de préhension (12) et, d'autre part, un boítier électronique (2) relié audit appareil (1) et pouvant être connecté sur un branchement électrique (24), caractérisé en ce que ledit appareil (1) comporte à sa partie avant, une rampe d'éjection des étiquettes, basculante (15), comportant du côté de son extrémité libre que contourne ledit ruban (5), une monture (15b) sur laquelle est monté à rotation libre un rouleau-presseur (8), sur un axe (8a) parallèle à ladite rampe (15), laquelle coopère avec des moyens (7) établissant une liaison électrique avec ledit boítier (2), de telle sorte qu'à chaque pression exercée sur ledit rouleau (8), mis en appui sur lesdits produits ou objets, le basculement de ladite rampe (15) vers le haut et son retour à sa position initiale provoque le déroulement de ladite bobine selon un pas et corrélativement l'éjection d'une étiquette (5a) entre le produit ou objet et ledit rouleau (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite rampe basculante (15) comporte au-dessus de la face sur laquelle se déplace ledit ruban (5), une traverse (15f) solidaire de ladite monture et parallèle à ladite face, laquelle traverse délimite avec celle-ci un espace (e) au travers duquel passe le ruban porte-étiquettes (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite traverse (15f) s'étend sur la largeur de la rampe basculante (15) et est constituée par un rouleau monté à rotation libre sur un axe (15e) fixé à la monture (15b).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau-presseur (8) est monté pivotant (9) et sur glissière (8b1) pour régler sa position par rapport à l'extrémité de ladite rampe basculante (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la rampe (15) qui est contournée par le ruban porte-étiquettes (5) comporte sur sa largeur un rouleau (15c) monté à rotation libre sur un axe (15d) fixé à la rampe et dont le diamètre est sensiblement égal à l'épaisseur de ladite rampe (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dont ledit appareil comporte un capteur de présence des étiquettes (16) composé d'un ou plusieurs émetteurs (16a) et récepteurs (16b) portés par une monture (16d) située en amont de ladite rampe (15) par rapport au sens de défilement dudit ruban (5), lequel capteur (16) est déplaçable dans le sens du défilement du ruban (5) pour régler la position dudit capteur, en fonction de la distance qui sépare deux étiquettes et de leurs dimensions et corrélativement à leur position de collage sous ledit rouleau-presseur (8), caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur (16) est monté sur un support (16f) réglable dans le sens transversal du ruban porte-étiquettes (5) et par rapport à ladite monture (16d).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dont l'entraínement dudit ruban (5) est réalisé par un moteur (17) commandé périodiquement à chaque passage des étiquettes (5a) devant ledit capteur de présence (16), caractérisé en ce que le ruban (5) est inséré entre les dents coopérantes (18a/19a) de deux pignons d'entraínement (18/19) dont l'un est calé sur l'axe (17a) dudit moteur (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les diamètres primitifs (Dp1/Dp2) desdits pignons (18/19) sont espacés l'un de l'autre d'une distance telle que les dents (18a/19a) fonctionnent avec un jeu sensiblement égal à l'épaisseur du ruban (5).
