Description
Claims (15)
- Verfahrbare Streckenvortriebsmaschine (1) mit relativ zu dieser beweglich verbundener Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtung (5,13), welche außerhalb des Umrisses der Draufsicht auf die Vortriebsmaschine positionierbar und zwischen Firste und Sohle verspannbar ist, wobei die Streckenvortriebsmaschine mit Abfördermitteln (6) mit einer Übergabestelle hinter dem Fahrwerk der Streckenvortriebsmaschine (1) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abfördermittel (6) nahe dem Hinterende der Vortriebsmaschine (1) um eine quer zur Maschinenlängsachse (7) verlaufende erste Schwenkachse (15) und in Abstand hinter dieser ersten Schwenkachse (15) um eine zweite Schwenkachse (16) schwenkbar ausgebildet ist und daß wenigstens eine Ankerbohrund -setzeinrichtung (13) über einen Schwenkarm (12) im hinteren Bereich der Vortriebsmaschine (1) mit derselben verbunden ist und in eine Lage in der verlängerten Längsmittelachse (7) der Vortriebsmaschine (1) verschwenkbar ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm der hinteren Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtung (13) als Gelenkarm (12) mit zwei um zueinander parallele Achsen (11,14) schwenkbaren Armen ausgebildet ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gelenkarm (12) für die hintere Ankerbohrund -setzeinrichtung (13) so bemessen ist, daß der Längenabstand (a) der Ankerbohrungen in Maschinenlängsrichtung (7) zur nahe der Ortsbrust arbeitenden Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtung (5) einem geradzahligen Vielfachen des Längenabstandes benachbarter Bohrungen (26) außerhalb der Maschinenlängsachse (7) entspricht.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste (15) und die zweite (16) Schwenkachse des Abförderers (6) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die erste Schwenkachse (15) tragende Endteil (19) des Abförderers (6) an der Vortriebsmaschine (1) höhenverstellbar und um eine im wesentlichen sohlparallele Achse schwenkbar abgestützt ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an die zweite Schwenkachse (16) zur Übergabestelle (17) weisende Teil (23) des Förderers (6) ein Stützrad (21) trägt, welches in Richtung der Verschwenkbarkeit verfahrbar ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergabeabschnitt (23) des Förderers (6) über einen Fahrantrieb (22) des Stützrades (21) schwenkbar angetrieben ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkwinkel des zwischen den beiden Schwenkachsen (15,16) liegenden Bereiches des Förderers (6) zur Maschinenlängsachse (7) im Betrieb starr festgelegt ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die schwenkbaren Arm(e) des Gelenkarmes (12) als Teleskoparm(e) ausgebildet ist (sind).
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtung (13) über einen Rollover in eine horizontale Lage verschwenkbar mit dem Schwenkarm (12) in Verbindung steht.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an einer Schwenkarmseite angelenktes Drehgelenkgetriebe (30,31,32,33) mit einem am hinteren Bereich der Vortriebsmaschine (1) angelenkten Zylinderkolbenaggregat (34) zusammenwirkt und daß der Schwenkwinkelbereich des Schwenkarmes (12) hinter der Vortriebsmaschine ungefähr 180° beträgt.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ankerbohr- und -setzeinrichtung (13) um eine am Rollover vorgesehene vertikale Achse (39) am hinteren Ende des Schwenkarmes (12) schwenkbar ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rollover in der Ausgangsposition für vertikales Verschwenken auf einem am Schwenkarm vorgesehenen Lager (43) abgestützt ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der schwenkbaren Arme des Schwenkarmes (12) über ein hydraulisches Zylinderkolbenaggregat (28) vertikal verschwenkbar ist.
- Streckenvortriebsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (12) seitlich außerhalb der Längsmittelebene (7) an der Vortriebsmaschine (1) angelenkt ist.
