Description
The present invention relates to a device for the suction and release of bad odors in the toilet bowl.
The release of these odors is currently carried out either passively using windows or openings on air columns, or actively using electric fans placed high on the walls or on the ceilings. Whether in one or the other of these cases, the release of bad odors requires a certain time during which the bad odors released by defecation spread in the room which presents an inconvenience for the next user and sometimes discomfort for the user himself.
The device according to the invention overcomes this drawback and allows the suction of these odors directly into the toilet bowl as and when they are released.
The device in fact comprises, according to a first characteristic, a suction tube in the shape of a horseshoe which can follow, behind and on the sides, the upper internal edge of the bowl. The suction pipe is provided on its inner-inner edge with slots allowing the odor suction. The suction hose is connected to a mini-vacuum cleaner located at the back of the bowl either in the middle or on the side. The mini-vacuum cleaner is connected at the back to a rigid or flexible tube leading odors to the outside of the room. The suction pipe is held by a board of lesser thickness, in the shape of the upper edge of the bowl ensuring its stability and the tightness of the device. The board contains a spring switch allowing the mini-vacuum cleaner to be triggered under the weight of the user. This switch can also be placed next to and trigger manually.
Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :According to particular embodiments:
The system can be manufactured alone and can be placed between the bowl and the bezel.
The system can be integrated into the bezel during manufacturing. - The system can be integrated into the bowl during manufacturing.
Les dessins annexes illustrent l'invention :The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention:
La figure 1 représente le dispositif fabriqué seul.Figure 1 shows the device manufactured alone.

La planche est fixée sous le rebord de la cuvette au moyen de crochets (K).Referring to these drawings, in the embodiment according to Figure 1, the device comprises a board (P) having the shape of the upper edge of the bowl, open in front for the air intake. On the internal edge of the board is fixed a suction tube (T) in the shape of a horseshoe which follows the internal edge of the bowl behind and on the sides. The board, thinner than the suction pipe, ensures the stability of the system on the bowl (C) and its seal. The board is fixed under the rim of the bowl by means of hooks (K).
This plate contains the spring switch (I) located under one of the bearing points of the telescope (L) and triggered under the weight of the user.
The mini-vacuum cleaner (A) has a suitable power and is supplied either by an electric current or by a rechargeable battery.
