Claims (7)
- Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung zur elektrostatischen Hochspannung-Sprühbeschichtung von Gegenständen mit Beschichtungsmaterial, insbesondere Pulver, enthaltend ein Sprühgerät (2), welches ein längliches Gerätegehäuse (10), einen im Gerätegehäuse (10) angeordneten Hochspannungserzeuger (34) für die Hochspannung einer Hochspannungselektrode (18), einen in Längsrichtung durch das Gerätegehäuse (10) gehenden Beschichtungsmaterialkanal (40) und einen Beschichtungsmaterial-Zerstäuber (12) am stromabwärtigen Ende des Beschichtungsmaterialkanals (40) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Gerätegehäuse (10) von einem rohrartig länglichen Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) getragen wird, welches am hinteren Ende des Gerätegehäuses (10) befestigt ist und sich davon nach hinten wegerstreckt, daß sich alle Anschlußleitungen (30, 56, 40), welche das Sprühgerät (2) benötigt, durch das Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) erstrecken, daß das Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) an seinem vom Gerätegehäuse (19) abgewandten hinteren Ende durch einen Verschlußkörper (46) staubdicht verschlossen ist, welcher auf seiner hinteren äußeren Stirnseite mit Anschlußmitteln (42, 58, 62) versehen ist, mit welchen die Anschlußleitungen (30, 40, 56) mit externen Leitungen (64, 44, 60) verbindbar sind, daß das Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) einen Leitungsadapter (4) aufweist, welcher das Gerätegehäuse (10) mit einem Rohrkörper (6; 92) des Zwischengehäuses (4, 6; 4, 92) verbindet, daß der Leitungsadapter (4) auf seiner dem Rohrkörper (6; 92) zugewandten Stirnseite erste Anschlußmittel (28, 54) zum Anschluß von mindestens einer der Anschlußleitungen (30, 56) aufweist, und daß diese ersten Anschlußmittel (28, 54) mit internen Leitungen (20, 34, 50) verbunden sind, die sich durch das Gerätegehäuse (10) erstrecken,
daß das Sprühgerät (2) und sein Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) längs einer geraden Mittellinie hintereinander angeordnet sind, und daß sich der Beschichtungsmaterialkanal in Form eines Beschichtungsmaterialrohres (40) koaxial zu dieser Mittellinie geradlinig durch das Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) und das Sprühgerät (2) bis zum Zerstäuber (12) erstreckt und austauschbar steckbar angeordnet ist. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkörper (46) relativ zum Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) eine axial verstellbare, staubdichte Steckverbindung bildet. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) ein Rohr (86) und an seinem vorderen Ende einen Rohradapter (88) aufweist, daß das Rohr (86) um ein Vielfaches länger ist als der Rohradapter (88), daß der Rohradapter (88) ein im Querschnitt relativ größeres vorderes Ende, welches der äußeren Form und Größe des Querschnitts des hinteren Endes des Sprühgerätes (2) angepaßt ist, und ein im Querschnitt relativ dazu kleineres hinteres Ende hat, welches der Form und Größe des Rohres (86) angepaßt ist, dessen Querschnitt kleiner ist als der Querschnitt des Sprühgerätes (2) an seinem hinteren Ende. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Sprühgerät (2) unterhalb seines Beschichtungsmaterialkanals (40) ein Hochspannungserzeuger (34) angeordnet ist, und daß die obere Rücklinie des Sprühgerätes (2) mit der oberen Rückenlinie des rohrartig länglichen Zwischengehäuses (4, 6; 4, 92) im wesentlichen fluchtet. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Oberfläche des Sprühgerätes (2) und seines Zwischengehäuses (4, 6; 4, 92) in Umfangsrichtung abgerundet ist. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich das Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) durch eine Wandöffnung (70) einer Beschichtungskabine (68) erstreckt und außerhalb der Beschichtungskabine (68) von einer außerhalb dieser Beschichtungskabine (68) angeordneten Positioniervorrichtung (66) getragen wird, wohingegen sich das vom Zwischengehäuse getragene Sprühgerät (2) innerhalb der Beschichtungskabine (68) befindet. - Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an der Wandöffnung (70) Druckluftdüsen (76) angeordnet sind, welche gegen den Ort des Zwischengehäuses (4, 6; 4, 92) und des Sprühgeräts (2) und gleichzeitig in die Beschichtungskabine (68) hinein gerichtet sind, so daß aus den Druckluftdüsen (76) ausströmende Druckluft Pulverpartikel vom Zwischengehäuse (4, 6; 4, 92) und vom Sprühgerät (2) weg in die Beschichtungskabine (68) blasen kann, insbesondere dann, wenn das Zwischengehäuse und das Sprühgerät aus der Beschichtungskabine (68) herausbewegt werden.
