Claims (6)
- Procédé de montage d'une chaudière de production de vapeur constituée d'une structure porteuse (1) en forme de tour de hauteur totale H, d'un plafond (2) fixé au sommet de cette structure et de parties de chaudière (3) suspendues à ce plafond (2) et de hauteur totale h, comportant les étapes suivantes:caractérisé en ce que ladite hauteur hn est inférieure à la hauteur totale H de la structure porteuse (1) et en ce qu'on réalise pas à pas des étapes de levage du plafond (2) et de montage des parties de chaudière (3) simultanément à des étapes d'érection de la structure porteuse (1) jusqu'à sa hauteur totale H.(a) on assemble ledit plafond (2) sur le sol cependant qu'on érige ladite structure porteuse (1) au moins à une hauteur hn,(b) on lève progressivement le plafond (2) jusqu'à la hauteur hn et monte successivement des parties de chaudière (3A) suspendues dans une position à quelques mètres du sol,
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite hauteur hn est inférieure ou égale à la hauteur h des parties de chaudière (3) et en ce qu'il comporte également les étapes suivantes:(c) si hn est inférieure à h, on érige la structure porteuse (1) à au moins une hauteur hn+1, simultanément à l'étape précédente,(d) on lève progressivement le plafond (2) jusqu'à la hauteur hn+1 et monte successivement des parties de chaudière (3) suspendues dans une position à quelques mètres du sol,on répète les étapes (c) et (d) jusqu'à ce que hi soit égale à h,on érige la structure porteuse (1) à sa hauteur totale H, simultanément à l'étape précédente,on lève ensuite le plafond (2) jusqu'à la hauteur H.
- Procédé de montage, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, d'une chaudière de production de vapeur comportant une structure porteuse (1) constitué de pylônes (1A) reliés par des poutres horizontales (1B) et de contreventements (1C), caractérisé en ce que le plafond (2) est provisoirement posé aux hauteurs hi sur des poutres de pose (4) provisoires supportées par des poutres maítresses horizontales (1B) de la structure porteuse (1).
- Procédé de montage, selon la revendication 1 ou 2, d'une chaudière de production de vapeur comportant une structure porteuse (1) constitué de pylônes (1A) reliés par des contreventements (1B, 1C), caractérisé en ce que le plafond (2) est provisoirement posé aux hauteurs hi sur des plots de pose (9) supportés par les pylônes (1A) de la structure porteuse (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le levage du plafond (2) est réalisé par des vérins hydrauliques (5) fixés sur des poutres de support provisoires (6) supportées par des poutres maítresses horizontales (1B) de la structure porteuse (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le levage du plafond (2) est réalisé par des vérins hydrauliques (5) fixés sur des rehausses provisoires (7) supportées aux hauteurs hi par des poutres horizontales (1B) de la structure porteuse (1).
