Definitions
- the invention relates to a winding machine for Thread coulters, especially tanning machine, with an over a substantial width of the machine parallel to the winding tree extending and relative to the machine frame by means of a Drive movable step that comes from its installation position can be moved out.
- the invention is therefore based on the object So winding machine with the features mentioned above improve that the step automatically in a rest position is moved in which it does not interfere and special structural Measures in the floor area are not necessary.
- This object is achieved in that the step placed on the floor and motorized from its installation position foldable into a rest position above the wrapping tree is.
- the step a has a rest position located above the wrapping tree.
- the folding in this rest position can be done by motor, so full can be automated depending on other operations on the tree machine, e.g. depending on the shutdown of the Wrapping tree after winding up or before beginning Winding up.
- positioning is unavoidable fully automate the step. This is in the sense of ergonomic operation of the tree machine advantageous.
- the winding machine can be developed so that the step by means of at least one vertical guide can be folded into its rest position, in which the step surface facing the wrapping tree at about waist level the standing operator is arranged.
- the backdrop guide allows you to fold the step to effect with mechanically simple means. It is the folding process so that the tread in the Rest position of the step no longer disturbs. This is especially true for the arrangement of the step about at belly height the operator standing on the step surface, who in spite of the presence of the step, still over the tree machine can prevent.
- a structurally simple design of the winding machine arises from the fact that the step on both of them Each end is guided in a backdrop guide Part of a side wall of the machine frame is.
- the existing side cheek of the machine frame for example a plate, allowed in a simple manner the design of the scenery guide, e.g. through patch Pieces of plate that are easy to attach.
- the winding machine is designed so that the Step suspended from at least one tension element and thus to move between the installation position and the rest position is.
- the tension element and the slide guide can be in coordinate their effect on the movement of the step well.
- the tension element is a coiled surface element is attached to the step on the winding tree side, is an evenly distributed force attack reached the step, but at the same time also one Shielding of the operator from behind the surface element located area of the machine by the Area element is shielded. It is then not possible to involuntarily intervene in the wrap tree area, what in the sense of accident prevention is important.
- the winding machine can be designed so that the Scenic tour from a first and a second touristic backdrop different course exists with which two spaced guide elements of a fixedly connected to the step Guide lever are guided. If the Course of the two guide links on the two guide elements can the step in a constructively predetermined Folded with the guide lever, so with one constructively simple means.
- a further development of the winding machine is characterized in that that the areas on both sides of the first guide scenery changing first track section connects a second vertical track section that into one passes the third section of the track with which the step its tread is to be folded over the vertical. Consequently the tread with its tread is not only folded up vertically, but beyond 90 °, see above that it particularly does not bother the operator if it is this prevents over the wrapping tree.
- the second vertical path section can be achieved be that the folding of the step beyond 90 ° is only carried out if there is room for movement is available.
- the winding machine remains assigned to them trained so that the first guide backdrop deeper than the second one, and that the guide elements accordingly intervene at different depths in the management backdrops.
- the winding machine is designed that the first guide link with the second guide link can be locked flush before the second, shorter one Guide element in the second guide link the first guide link crosses.
- a special design solution shows the features on that a two-armed locking lever on the winding tree side of both Guide link is pivotally mounted, the first arm from the first guide element during its upward movement in Can be pivoted counterclockwise until its second arm the first guide link for the second guide element blocked up.
- the step is provided with support feet, which the Hold the tread surface above the floor in the desired manner, when the step is in its set-up position.
- a further education the winding machine aims to achieve that do not disturb the support feet of the folded step.
- the support feet are only at predetermined locations Step would exist, however, would be moving the operator parallel to the wrapping tree close to the folded one Hinder the step.
- the winding machine is designed so that the step has support feet on its tread, which is in the rest position the step flat at the bottom of the step issue. This ensures that the operator move unhindered parallel to the wrapping boom with support feet can and does not protrude essentially transversely Parts of the step must be observed.
- the above-described configuration of the winding machine is largely independent of how the folding step of the step is achieved. But it is very beneficial for the constructive means for folding up the folding process to use the support feet. With that in mind the winding machine is designed so that the support feet on one Pull levers are articulated in the first guide setting is led.
- the winding machine is designed so that the pull lever on a vertically guided pull tab of the first guide element articulated at a guide distance to this and that the pull lever with a the guide distance same or slightly larger distance at a first, support foot facing away from the winding tree below that on the Foot surface located articulation is articulated.
- the pull lever parallelogram articulated In relation on the joint of the support foot and in relation to the the first guide element is the pull lever parallelogram articulated.
- This articulation causes, provided the lead distance equal to the distance of the articulation point of the pull lever on Outrigger from its hinge point is that the outrigger is held exactly vertically when the step is up is folded.
- a somewhat larger distance means that the Support foot when folding the step counterclockwise is pivoted so that it is with the tread pivoted over 90 ° can be arranged exactly parallel to this step surface can.
- the winding machine is designed so that the first support leg connected to an elbow fixed to the folding angle and that the elbow on a link plate is fixed to the folding angle.
- This is the second support foot controlled according to the first support foot so that it also closes the tread surface when the folding position exceeds 90 ° the underside of which is parallel when the step is at rest has reached.
- a convenient technical connection between the two Support feet are reached when the link plate is one Has slot slot, one end of which is horizontally effective Support of the second on the first support leg allowed, and the other end of the second support foot in the rest position pulls against the tread.
- By dimensioning the slotted slot can be an exact positioning of the second Reach foot in the rest position, but also in the Installation position of the step. It is particular in the second case not possible, the second support leg is not wanted push away because it is blocked by the link plate.
- Step 10 extends over the entire width of the winding machine between the side cheeks 15, between which the Winding tree 12 is located.
- step 10 When the winding tree 12 moves out of the machine frame should be, so in the representation of Fig.1 on the right, step 10 must be removed beforehand. For this it is pulled up on the machine frame. Pulling up serves a pulling element 16 which is driven by an electric motor 44 is wound on a take-up roller 45 by a Worm gear 46 is to be driven via a belt 47.
- the winding roller used for winding the tension element 16 45 extends across the entire width of the machine frame between its parallel side cheeks 15, so that the tension element 16 can be designed as a surface element can, for example as a textile grid.
- Such a textile grid serves to protect against unintentional interference in the inner area of the winding machine, i.e. in the area of the Winding tree 12, so that disruption of operations and before injuries to unintentionally intervening operators be avoided.
- the Winder a guide for step 10.
- the backdrop guide is advantageous each part of a side cheek 15 of the machine frame.
- a step 10 only a first leadership backdrop 17 and a second guide link 18 shown, the component of a slotted sheet that is on the machine tree side Inner wall of the side wall 15 is fastened, e.g. by welding or screwing.
- the guide link 17 is only straight and arranged vertically.
- the guide link 18 begins at the bottom a short vertical path section 48, then changes from area of the first guide link 17 on the winding tree side a straight line diagonally pointing away from the winding tree 12 Track section 25 in the area facing away from the winding tree 12 the first guide backdrop 17.
- To this section of track 25 is followed by a second vertical path section 26, the third in a diagonally pointing away from the winding tree 12 Track section 27 merges.
- the tracks determined by the guide scenes 17, 18 are chosen so that the desired folding process of the step 10 is performed when it is raised. requirement for this is that the step 10 in a more suitable Engages in the guide slots 17, 18.
- This is a V-shaped guide lever 21 is provided, one in its V-apex 24 arranged guide element 19, which in the guide link 17 engages. Extends from V-apex 24 a V-leg 23 parallel to the guide link 17 and is attached to one end of the step 10.
- the other V-leg 22 covers the lower straight web section 48 and carries a guide element at the end of the leg 22 20 that engages in the guide link 18. Now the step 10 from that shown in FIG.
- step 10 for example Pulled up the installation position, the guide element slides 19 in the guide link 17 and the guide element 20 in the guide slot 18, where the latter in the Web section 25 arrives, so that the step 10 accordingly Fig.4 is folded. With further movement of the step 10 goes up the guide element 20 in the Track section 26. As long as the guide element 20 in this Moving web section 26, there is no further folding step 10. Rather, it is moved vertically upwards, so that they do not hit the machine frame can. Only when the guide element 20 enters the Track section 27 becomes the folding movement of step 10 continued so that the step surface 10 'in the in Fig.5 shown folding position of e.g. 110 ° device in which it the edge 15 'of the side cheek 15 of the machine frame in parallel is. The tread 10 'is then in one position approximately at the level of the abdomen on the step standing operator 13 or his chest area, where practically not because of their narrow training disturbs. Rather, it is the necessary handling here easily accessible, for maintenance and cleaning purposes is advantageous.
- a locking lever 28 is present, which according to 3 on the side wall 15 of the machine frame can be folded is stored.
- the locking lever has two arms 29.30, from which the arm 30 is longer, protrudes upwards and the Guide link 17 covered when he pivoted clockwise is. This position is shown in Fig.3.
- Fig.4 shows that the arm 30 of the locking lever 28 from Guide element 19 is folded counterclockwise before the guide element 20 in the area of the guide link 17th comes in.
- the arm 30 abuts a stop pin 49 which guarantees a predetermined position of the locking lever 28, so that a leading edge 29 'of the first arm 29 of the locking lever 28 is arranged to limit the path, so that the Do not penetrate the guide element 20 into the guide link 17 can.
- the arm 29 covers the guide link 17 such that when the step 10 is running, the guide element 19 or one according to FIG.
- the central part for the folding mechanism of the support feet 31,32 is a pull lever 33, one end of which in the first Guide link 17 is guided.
- the pull lever 33 according to 3 hinged to a vertically guided pull tab 34 or on the guide pin 51, which in the guide link 17th engages so that it does not get into the guide link 18 can.
- the pull tab 34 corresponds to that indicated in Fig.5 Guide distance 50 between the guide pin 51 and the Guide element 19.
- the pull lever 33 is on the support foot 31 articulated, specifically indirectly via an angle piece 36, which is connected to the support foot 31 at a fixed angle.
- the Deflection point 54 lies below the articulation point 35 at which the support foot 31 is articulated on the step surface 10 '.
- the Distance between the articulation point 35 corresponds to the articulation point 54 about the lead distance 50 and is appropriate somewhat larger, since otherwise the support foot 31 when lifting the Step 10 remain exactly in the vertical position would, so that when folding the tread 10 'over 90 ° in addition to overloading the joint 35 by bumping of the support foot 31 on the underside of the tread 10 'would come.
- the angle piece 36 is used for mechanical connection with the support foot 32 so that this also when folding the step 10 is folded according to the leverage.
- the angle piece 36 engages a link plate 37, the is connected to the support foot 32 at a fixed angle.
- the backdrop tab 37 has a link slot 38 into which a connecting pin 55 of the elbow 36 engages.
- the connecting pin thereby arrives 55 to the other end 40 of the slot 38 and secures there the position of the support foot 32.
- the Connecting pin 55 near the end 39 of the slot slot 38 the connecting pin 55 secures the position of the support foot 32 against unwanted pivoting.
