  • the collar 12 forms a mouth, generally designated by the reference numeral 15, having tearing means 16 constituted by a cylindrical element that has a slanted tapered edge formed on the bottom of a seat 17 that allows hermetic coupling of the dispensing container, as will become apparent hereinafter.
