Abstract

Der erfindungsgemässe Stopfen (1) mit Garantieband (6) für einen Behälter, beispielsweise Röhrchen oder Flaschen, umfassend einen Teil einer zylindrischen Wand (2), welche die Öffnung des mit dem Stopfen (1) zu versehenden Behälters umgibt, wobei dieser Teil der Wand (2) auf seiner Aussenseite und in der Nähe des Randes als durchgehender kreisförmiger Aussenwulst (3) ausgebildet ist, der Stopfen (1) einerseits einen Teil des Deckels (4), welcher einen grösseren Durchmesser als der äussere Durchmesser des genannten Teiles der Wand (2) mit dem Aussenwulst (3) hat, und wobei dieser Teil des Deckels (4) als ringförmiger Teil (5) ausgebildet und derart plaziert ist, dass er den genannten Teil der Wand (2) umgibt, und der Stopfen (1) andererseits ein Garantieband (6) umfasst, welches in der Verlängerung des genannten ringförmigen Teiles (5) angeordnet und mit einer kreisförmigen durchgehenden oder unterbrochenen Rückhaltevorrichtung (7), beispielsweise Laschen, versehen ist, wobei diese Rückhaltevorrichtung (7) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem genannten Aussenwulst (3) den Durchgang des genannten Garantiebandes (6) über diesen Aussenwulst (3) hinweg in Richtung der Öffnung des Behälters verhindert, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Garantieband (6) mit der Rückhaltevorrichtung (7) und der genannte Teil des Deckels (4) mit dem ringförmigen Teil (5) verschiedene Teile sind, welche miteinander in trennbarer Form verbunden sind.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stop¬ fen 1 mit Garantieband 6 für einen Behälter, beispiels¬ weise Röhrchen oder Flaschen, umfassend einen Teil einer zylindrischen Wand 2, welche die Oeffnung des mit dem Stopfen 1 zu versehenden Behälters umgibt, wobei dieser Teil der Wand 2 auf seiner Aussenseite und in der Nähe des Randes als durchgehender kreisförmiger Aussenwulst 3 ausgebildet ist,
der Stopfen 1 einerseits einen Teil des Dec¬ kels 4, welcher einen grösseren Durchmesser als der äus- sere Durchmesser des genannten Teiles der Wand 2 mit dem Aussenwulst 3 hat, und wobei dieser Teil des Deckels 4 als ringförmiger Teil 5 ausgebildet und derart plaziert ist, dass er den genannten Teil der Wand 2 umgibt, und
der Stopfen 1 andererseits ein Garantieband 6 umfasst, welches in der Verlängerung des genannten ring¬ förmigen Teiles 5 angeordnet und mit einer kreisförmigen durchgehenden oder unterbrochenen Rückhaltevorrichtung 7, beispielsweise Laschen, versehen ist,
wobei diese Rückhaltevorrichtung 7 in Zusam¬ menarbeit mit dem genannten Aussenwulst 3 den Durchgang des genannten Garantiebandes 6 über diesen Aussenwulst 3 hinweg in Richtung der Oeffnung des Behälters verhin- dert.
Solche Stopfen mit Garantieband sind bekannt und sind weit verbreitet. Allgemein gesprochen bestehen sie aus einem einzigen Stück. Sie haben eine komplexe Form und sind mittels Spritzguss hergestellt. Zur Herstellung dieser Stopfen benotigt man komplizierte und teure Spritzwerkzeuge. Oft ist auch eine Weiterverarbeitung nach dem Spritzgiessen notwen¬ dig, wie beispielsweise Bedruckung, Einfüllen eines Trocknungsmittels, etc. Das Spritzgiessen eines einzigen Stuckes impliziert auch, dass der Teil des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5 und das Garantieband 6 aus dem gleichen Kunststoff und mit der gleichen Farbe herge¬ stellt sind.
In DE-U-92 03 763.1 ist ein Stopfen für einen
Behalter mit einem Deckelteil mit einem umlaufenden, ab- reissbaren Sicherungsring beschrieben.
Dabei werden die Laschen aus Wandabschnitten des Sicherungsrings durch Ultraschall ausgebildet.
Dieser Stopfen ist aus einem Stuck gebildet und ist einfarbig.
In DE OS 19 28 376 ist ein Kunststoffstopfen beschrieben. Hierin werden die ersten Losungsansatze für die Bereitstellung eines Verschlusssystems beschrieben, bei welchem die Erstoffnung garantiert werden soll.
Dabei wird als wesentliches Element eine Um- bordelung verwendet.
Diese Erstoffnung kann nicht absolut garan¬ tiert werden, weil nach der Erstoffnung die beiden aus- einandergezogenen Teile ohne grossen Aufwand sehr leicht wieder zusammengebracht werden können.
In EP 0 273 858 ist ein Verschlusssystem für Drehverschlusse beschrieben, bei welchem die Erstoffnung garantiert werden soll. Auch diese Erstöffnung kann nicht absolut garantiert werden, weil nach der Erstöff¬ nung die beiden auseinandergezogenen Teile wieder zusam¬ mengebracht werden können. Bei dieser Art Verschlusssy- stem werden keine Teile zerstört.
In DE-U-90 12 924.5 wird eine Ver- schlussschraubkappe beschrieben. Dabei sind der Siche¬ rungsring und die Schraubkappenstirnfläche miteinander durch punktförmiges Ver≥öhweissen verbunden worden.
In WO-A-89 / 10875 ist ein Verschlusssystem für Drehverschlüsse beschrieben, bei welchem mit Ultraschall verschweisste Teile zerstört werden. Dabei muss das verwendete Garantiesystem vor ungewollter Zerstörung geschützt werden.
In FR-A-2 276 238 wird eine Verschlusskappe beschrieben. Dabei wird das Garantieband ausschliesslich mittels Rotation zerstört.
Es ist ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, diese Nachteile zu überwinden und einen Stopfen zur Ver- fügung zu stellen, welcher mittels Spritzgiessen in ein¬ fachen Spritzwerkzeugen hergestellt werden kann.
Das Garantieband 6 kann im Vergleich zum Rest des Stopfens 1 aus dem gleichen oder aus einem anderen Kunststoff bestehen. Das Garantieband 6 kann auch eine andere Farbe haben.
Der erfindungsgemässe Stopfen 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - das genannte Garantieband 6 mit der Rückhal¬ tevorrichtung 7 und
- der genannte Teil des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5
verschiedene Teile sind, welche miteinander in trennbarer Form verbunden sind.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass das Garantieband 6 und der ringförmige Teil 5 aneinander angrenzende und auf¬ einander abgestimmte Rander haben. Diese Rander können stufenförmig angeordnet oder schräg sein.
Das Garantieband 6 und der ringförmige Teil 5 können miteinander beispielsweise mittels Verschweissung oder mittels Verklebung miteinander verbunden sein.
Der Teil des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5 können aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, bei¬ spielsweise Polyethylen, wie LDPE oder HDPE.
Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform ist das Garantieband 6 aus einem Kunststoff mit einer ande¬ ren Farbe als jener des Teiles des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5 hergestellt.
Es ist auch ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfin¬ dung, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Stopfens 1 zur Verfugung zu stellen.
Das erfindungsgemasse Verfahren zur Herstel- lung des Stopfens 1 mit Garantieband 6 ist dadurch ge¬ kennzeichnet, dass man - in einem ersten Schritt einerseits den Stop¬ fen 1 ohne Garantieband 6 und andererseits das Garantie¬ band 6 je separat herstellt, insbesondere je in einem Spritzwerkzeug, und
- in einem zweiten Schritt die so hergestell¬ ten Teile miteinander in trennbarer Form verbindet, bei¬ spielsweise mittels Verschweissung, wie eine thermische Verschweissung, eine Ultraschall-Verschweissung oder eine Laser-Verschweissung, oder mittels VerkleBung.
Die Erfindung wird besser im Hinblick auf die verschiedenen Ausführungsformen des Stopfens 1 mit Ga¬ rantieband 6 verstanden, wenn Bezug auf die Zeichnungen genommen wird, worin Beispiele illustriert werden.
Figur 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht, welche teil- weise axial aufgeschnitten ist, einer Ausfuhrungsform des erfindungsgemässen Stgopfens, welcher auf einem Be¬ hälter aufgesetzt ist.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Vergrösserung eines Teiles von Figur 1.
Figur 3 zeigt eine zu Figur 1 ähnliche Seiten¬ ansicht einer anderen Ausführungsform des erfindungs- gemässen Stopfens.
Figur 4 zeigt eine Vergrösserung eines Teiles von Figur 3.
Figur 5 zeigt eine teilweise aufgeschnittene
Ansicht und illustriert das Oeffnen eines Behälters, welcher mit einem erfindungsgemässen Stopfen versehen ist. Figur 6 ist eine zu Figur 1 ähnliche Ansicht und zeigt einen Stopfen nach der Abtrennung des Teiles des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5 vom Garantie¬ band 6.
In den Figuren 1 bis 6 werden die analogen
Elemente mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen bezeichnet. Die Figuren 1 bis 4 zeigen einen Stopfen 1 mit einem Garan¬ tieband 6, aufgesetzt auf eine zylindrische Wand 2 eines BehältersX Dieser Behälter "kann ein Röhrchen aus Metall, beispielsweise Aluminium, oder aus Kunststoff sein, bei¬ spielsweise Polypropylen, Polystyrol oder Poly- ethylenterephthalat (PET).
Der Teil der Wand 2 ist in der Nähe des Randes mit einem durchgehenden kreisförmigen Aussenwulst 3 ver- sehen, welcher im axialen Schnitt beispielsweise die Form eines Hackens haben kann.
Der Stopfen 1 umfasst einen Teil des Deckels 4, dessen äusserer Durchmesser grösser ist als der grösste Durchmesser des Teiles der Wand 2 des Behälters. Der Deckel 4 hat an seiner Peripherie einen ringförmigen Teil 5, welcher den Rand der Wand 2 des Behälters um¬ gibt.
Ein Garantieband 6 ist in der Verlängerung des ringförmigen Teiles 5 angeordnet und ist auf seiner In- nenseite mit einer Rückhaltevorrichtung 7 versehen, bei¬ spielsweise eine bestimmte Anzahl von Laschen. Diese La¬ schen sind derart ausgebildet und plaziert sowie auf den Aussenwulst 3 abgestimmt, dass die Entfernung des Stop¬ fens verhindert wird, solange der ringförmige Teil 5 mit dem Garantieband 6 vereint ist. Der erfindungsgemässe Stopfen wird vorzugs¬ weise gemäss dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren herge¬ stellt.
Der Deckel 4 kann auch eine im wesentlichen zylindrische Wand 8 und ein zylindrisches Abteil 9, wel¬ ches zur Aufnahme eines Trocknungsmittels 10 bestimmt ist, umfassen.
Ein solcher Deckel kann leicht aus dem ent¬ sprechenden Spritzwerkzeug herausgenommen werden.
Desgleichen wird das Garantieband 6 durch In¬ jektion in ein Spritzwerkzeug erhalten. Aus diesem Spritzwerkzeug kann es dank seiner Form ohne Schwierig¬ keiten herausgenommen werden.
Der oben beschriebene Teil des Deckels und das Garantieband 6 werden anschliessend miteinander derart verbunden, dass sie mittels externer Krafteinwirkung auf den oberen Rand des Stopfens 1 voneinander getrennt wer¬ den können.
Für diesen Zweck können der genannte Teil des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5 und das Garantie¬ band 6 aneinander angrenzende und aufeinander abge¬ stimmte Ränder haben, wobei diese Ränder stufenförmig angeordnet oder schräg sein können.
Diese Ausbildung dieser Ränder sind aus den Figuren 2 und 4 gut ersichtlich.
Diese Ränder werden anschliessend miteinander mittels punktweiser oder durchgehender Verschweissung oder mittels Verklebung miteinander verbunden, und zwar derart, dass sie wieder voneinander getrennt werden kön¬ nen, wie dies in Figur 5 illustriert ist.
Das Garantieband 6 wird durch den Aussenwulst 3 des Behälters zurückgehalten und kann nur in entgegen- gesetzter Richtung zur Entfernung des Deckelteiles weg¬ genommen werden, wie dies in Figur 6 illustriert ist.
Es sei festgehalten, dass der genannte Teil des Deckels 4 mit"dem ringförmigen Teil 5" und" das Garan¬ tieband 6, falls dies gewünscht ist, aus dem gleichen oder aus verschiedenen Kunststoff(en) hergestellt sein können. Diese Teile können auch aus dem gleichen Kunst¬ stofftyp hergestellt sein, aber verschiedene Farben auf¬ weisen.
Die Trennung des komplexen Stückes, wie dies die Gesamtheit des Stopfens 1 mit Garantieband 6 dar¬ stellt, erlaubt so die Verwendung von Spritzwerkzeugen, die wesentlich günstiger sind, ebenso im Hinblick auf ihre Fabrikationskosten und ihren Unterhalt, im Ver¬ gleich zu den notwendigen Spritzwerkzeugen für die Her- Stellung eines solchen Stopfens aus einem einzigen Stuck.
Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil des erfin- dungsgemässen Stopfens besteht in der Möglichkeit, das Garantieband 6 vom genannten Teil des Deckels 4 mit dem ringförmigen Teil 5 durch eine andere Farbe hervorzuhe¬ ben.
Es sei festgehalten, dass die Vereinigung des genannten ringförmigen Teiles 5 mit dem Garantieband 6 im gleichen Arbeitsablauf und in der gleichen Vorrich- tung erfolgen kann, in der das Abteil 9 mit einem Trock¬ nungsmittel 10, beispielsweise Silicagel, gefüllt wird.
Die Reihenfolge dieser Schritte ist nicht wichtig.
Wenn das Garantieband 6 und der ringförmige
Teil 5 in gegenseitig abgestimmte Position gebracht wor¬ den sind, dann werden diese Teile mittels Verschweissung oder mittels VerkleBüng miteinander in trennbäJrer Form verbunden.
Die Verschweissung kann kontinuierlich oder vorzugsweise mittels einzelnen isolierten Punkten erfol¬ gen.
Die Verschweissung kann eine thermische Ver¬ schweissung, eine Ultraschall-Verschweissung oder eine Laser-Verschweissung sein.
Die mechanische Widerstandskraft der beiden so verbundenen Teile ist derart, dass dieser Verbund hält, wenn man den Stopfen 1 über den Aussenwulst 3 hinweg auf den Behälter aufsetzt, und dass dieser Verbund beim er- sten Oeffnen leicht zerstört wird.
Es ist auch möglich, andere Kunststoffe für die Herstellung des erfindungsgemässen Stopfens 1 zu verwenden, beispielsweise Polypropylen oder EPDM.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Stopfen (1) mit Garantieband (6) für einen Behalter, beispielsweise Rohrchen oder Flaschen, umfas¬ send einen Teil einer zylindrischen Wand (2), welche die Oeffnung des mit dem Stopfen (1) zu versehenden Behal¬ ters umgibt, wobei dieser Teil der Wand (2) auf seiner Aussenseite und in der Nahe des Randes als durchgehender kreisförmiger Aussenwulst (3) ausgebildet ist,
der Stopfen (1) einerseits einen Teil des Dec- kels (4), welcher einen grosseren Durchmesser als der aussere Durchmesser des genannten Teiles der Wand (2) mit dem Aussenwulst (3) hat, und wobei dieser Teil des Deckels (4) als ringförmiger Teil (5) ausgebildet und derart plaziert ist, dass er den genannten Teil der Wand (2) umgibt, und
der Stopfen (1) andererseits ein Garantieband (6) umfasst, welches in der Verlängerung des genannten ringförmigen Teiles (5) angeordnet und mit einer kreis¬ förmigen durchgehenden oder unterbrochenen Ruckhaltevor- richtung (7), beispielsweise Laschen, versehen ist,
wobei diese Rückhaltevorrichtung (7) in Zusam¬ menarbeit mit dem genannten Aussenwulst (3) den Durch¬ gang des genannten Garantiebandes (6) über diesen Aus¬ senwulst (3) hinweg in Richtung der Oeffnung des Behal- ters verhindert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- das genannte Garantieband (6) mit der Rück¬ haltevorrichtung (7) und
- der genannte Teil des Deckels (4) mit dem ringförmigen Teil (5) verschiedene Teile sind, welche miteinander in trennbarer Form verbunden sind.
2. Stopfen mit Garantieband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Garantieband (6) und der genannte ringförmige Teil (5) aneinander an¬ grenzende und aufeinander abgestimmte Ränder haben.
3. Stopfen mit Garantieband nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Ränder stu¬ fenförmig angeordnet oder schräg sind.
4. Stopfen mit Garantieband nach einem der An¬ sprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ge¬ nannte Garantieband (6) und der genannte ringförmige Teil (5) miteinander mittels Verschweissung oder mittels Verklebung verbunden sind.
5. Stopfen mit Garantieband nach einem der An¬ sprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ge¬ nannte Garantieband (6) und der genannte Teil des Dec¬ kels (4) mit dem ringförmigen Teil (5) je aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind, welcher gleich oder verschieden sein kann, beispielsweise Polyethylen, wie LDPE oder HDPE.
6. Stopfen mit Garantieband nach einem der An¬ sprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ge¬ nannte Garantieband (6) eine andere Farbe hat als der genannte Teil des Deckels (4) mit dem ringförmigen Teil (5).
7. Verfahren zur Herstellung des Stopfens (1) mit Garantieband (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man - in einem ersten Schritt einerseits den Stop¬ fen (1) ohne Garantieband (6) und andererseits das Ga¬ rantieband (6) je separat herstellt, insbesondere je in einem Spritzwerkzeug, und
- in einem zweiten Schritt die so hergestell¬ ten Teile miteinander in trennbarer Form verbindet, bei¬ spielsweise mittels Verschweissung, wie eine thermische Verschweissung, eine Ultraschall-Verschweissung oder eine Laser-Verschweissuήg, oder mittels Verklebung.
