Description

WO-A-9 314 293) gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to an auxiliary device for walking on or for working in inclined terrain, (see e.g. WO-A-9 314 293) according to the preamble of claim 1.

Walking in steep terrain, especially those with a 50% incline and about it, but above all working in such terrain, be it about or under water, is arduous and very tiring. The limited adaptability the ankles in particular hinder walking and standing. Especially when carrying loads or handling tools when stationary have to be used, for example to work the soil and plants or during construction work, a substantial part of the force must be used be used to maintain body balance, and still leave falling or slipping downhill is often inevitable. This Difficulties can arise with slippery, e.g. wet, or otherwise Increase smooth floor enough to make certain jobs very dangerous or can no longer be carried out without aids.

For this reason, people have been helping themselves since ancient times, primarily by grading the terrain by creating terraces that allow him to work on such Facilitate terrain by offering him an approximately level footprint. But such gradations are always carried out as a local installation. This also applies to a well-known roof inspection system, which consists of individual a back plate attached climbing steps that over this back plate are firmly attached to the roof substructure. Where such gradations So far there have been no steps to create step holes in the field or, as mobile aids, with ladders, at most also with mobile stairs. The transportation of such aids to the place of their However, use is cumbersome because of their weight and bulkiness that quite often their inertia is avoided. The cost too such aids are not insignificant.

The object of the present invention is therefore to create an auxiliary device, which is easy to carry, light weight and light can be moved, and by anyone without special tools or knowledge simple and as needed at the desired location to run Working in sloping terrain of gardens, meadows, parks, vineyards, Breeding plants, game enclosures, forests, etc. can be set.

This task is performed by an auxiliary device with the features of Characteristic of claim 1 solved.

This provides the user with a means that he can use without any special Carry effort with you and anywhere on the site can sit down to an approximately horizontal step at this point create on which he can stand and work safely and fatigue-free and that he can move or remove again.

Advantageous further developments according to the dependent claims 2, 3, 5 and 6 improve the clawing of the auxiliary device in different Terrain, e.g. B. hard or soft ground.

The embodiment according to claim 4 enables the device to be adapted on terrain of different steepness.

From the perspective view of Fig. 1 is the formation of an inventive Auxiliary device visible. It is generally designated 1 and consists of a one-piece element 2, which by an angled Embodiment has two legs 3 and 4, so that it forms a step. The end edge 5 of the leg 4 and expediently also the corresponding one End edge 6 of the leg 3 is cut out concave, so that at the four Corners of the element 2 protruding claws 7 are formed, by means of which the Device, placed on a sloping slope, to be clawed into the terrain can. In addition, to further improve this effect, the lower edges of lateral surfaces 15 of the device and, if appropriate, the end edges 5 and / or 6 of the element 2 may be provided with prongs 11, such as this can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 5. Furthermore, for the same purpose, as shown by the embodiments according to FIGS. 4 and 5, at the end edges 5 and / or 6 of the element 2 more than two claws 7 can be formed.

The two legs 3 and 4 are preferably of unequal length, so that depending on the angle of inclination of the terrain in which the device is placed should be, either the longer leg or, for steeper terrain, the shorter leg serves as a step plate. To secure the device also in such terrain, e.g. in hard underground, to ensure in which the claws 7 and, if present, the prongs 11 are not can claw, are according to an advantageous development, as in 2 is indicated, caps 8 made of rubber-elastic material are provided, which can be pushed onto the claws 7.

The device can be made from any material. The choice of materials suitably depends on the primary intended use and the manufacturing cost of the device. It is foreseeable that the device frequently set, removed and transported to another location must be made from light metal or plastic. Alternatively, of course, the device can also be poured or made of concrete Clay can be shaped and fired. But it can just as well Fiber cement or fiber-reinforced cement, e.g. Eternit® or from a material that rots after a predetermined time, i.e. quasi dismantles itself. It can be advantageous to improve the Anti-slip protection of the surface of one or both legs 3 and 4 structured, e.g. be ribbed or rasterized. Such a structuring too the lower surfaces of the legs 3 and 4 can in addition to the claws 7, Jag 11 or 8 caps still adhering to the surface improve.

The width and length of the legs 3 and 4 is expediently chosen so that a person can stand on it effortlessly. Larger dimensions make it easier standing, and also allow larger objects on a set auxiliary device to set up, but this advantage has a greater weight and one This makes transportation more difficult.

As the drawing shows, the device 1 has a handle opening 9 provided which their handling especially when setting and removing as well as during transport, and which also makes it possible by means of of a rope passed through several devices for transport tie together. In addition, in the area of the corners of the device 1 further openings 10 attached to several in the form of a staircase set devices by means of hooks or wire clips 12 with each other to be able to connect, as illustrated in FIG. 3. These openings 10 can also be used by driven wedges, bolts, Hooks or rods that anchor the device to the ground improve.

Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Variante der Hilfsvorrichtung nach den Fig. 1 bis 3, welche zu ihrer Verstärkung und zur Verbesserung ihrer Stabilität an ihrer Unterseite Verstärkungsrippen 13 aufweist, deren Unterkanten wiederum, wie gezeigt, vorteilhaft mit Zacken versehen sind, die das Verkrallen der Vorrichtung am 1 Gelände unterstützen.4 shows a variant of the auxiliary device according to FIGS. 1 to 3, which to reinforce and improve their stability on their Bottom reinforcing ribs 13, the lower edges of which, in turn, like shown, are advantageously provided with serrations that claw the device support on 1 site.

In order to transport several devices 1 and / or of the same design Space-saving storage of such devices is to be facilitated advantageously formed stackable by the element 2 in the transverse direction its angled shape is conical, as is the case with stackable chairs is known. 5 shows such a stackable design, for example which can also be seen that the device according to FIG. 4 can be stackable if there are 3, 4 notches 14 in their legs are formed, in which the reinforcing ribs 13 when stacking several Devices 1 can occur.
