Description
Claims (5)
- Band für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen bei denen der feststehende Rahmen (10) und der Flügelrahmen (20) aus Hohlprofilen und mindestens der feststehende Rahmen aus einem sogenannten Blockprofil aus einem gegebenenfalls mit einem inneren Verstärkungsprofil (13) versehenen Kunststoff-Hohlprofil (11) besteht, welches einen den Falz bildende, zur Öffnungsseite des Flügels vorstehende Profilkammer (14) mit einer Vorderwandung (15) und eine der lichten Öffnung des Rahmens zugewandten Seitenwandung (16) aufweist, an welcher der dem feststehenden Rahmen (10) zugeordnete Bandteil (12) zu befestigen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Bandteil eine zum Anschmiegen an die Vorderwandung (15) der Profilkammer (14) bestimmte Rückseite (17) und einen von dem der lichten Rahmenöffnung zugewandten Rand der Rückseite (17) in Schließrichtung hin vorspringenden, zum Anschmiegen an die Seitenwandung (16) der Profilkammer (14) bestimmten Befestigungsschenkel (19) aufweist,daß in der Rückseite (17) des Bandteils (12) mindestens eine zum Durchgreifen einer entsprechenden Bohrung (26) in der Vorderwandung der Profilkammer (14) und zum Eingreifen in die Profilkammer (14) bestimmter, zur Rahmenebene senkrechter Zapfen (24,44) befestigt ist, der in dem zum Eingriff in die Profilkammer (14) bestimmten Abschnitt eine Querbohrung (27,47) aufweist,daß in dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) eine mit der Querbohrung (27,47) fluchtende Bohrung vorgesehen ist,und daß dem Bandteil ein Querzapfen (32,52) zugeordnet ist, der von dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) her in die Bohrungen (28,27;48,47) einführbar und sich in Einführungsrichtung formschlüssig an dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) abstützen kann. - Befestigung eines Bandes für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen, bei denen der feststehende Rahmen (10) und der Flügelrahmen (20) aus Hohlprofilen und mindestens der feststehende Rahmen (10) aus einem sogenannten Blockprofil aus einem gegebenenfalls mit einem inneren Verstärkungsprofil (13) versehenen Kunststoff-Hohlprofil besteht, welches eine den Falz bildende, zur Öffnungsseite des Flügels vorspringende Profilkammer (14) mit einer Vorderwandung (15) und einer der lichten Öffnung des Rahmens zugewandten Seitenwandung (16) aufweist, an welcher der dem feststehenden Rahmen (10) zugeordnete Bandlappen (12) befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Bandteil (12) eine sich der Vorderwandung (15) der Profilkammer (14) anschmiegende Rückseite (17) und einen von dem lichten Rahmenöffnung zugewandten Rand (17') der Rückseite (17) in Schließrichtung vorspringenden, sich der Seitenwandung (16) der Profilkammer (14) anschmiegenden Befestigungsschenkel (19) aufweist,daß in der Rückseite (17) des Bandteils (12) mindestens ein eine entsprechende Bohrung (26) in der Vorderwandung (15) der Profilkammer (14) durchgreifende und in die Profilkammer (14) eingreifende, zur Rahmenebene senkrechter Zapfen (24,44) befestigt ist, der in dem in die Profilkammer (14) eingreifenden Abschnitt eine Querbohrung (27,47) aufweist,daß in dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) eine mit der Querbohrung (27,47) fluchtende Bohrung (28,48) vorgesehen ist,und daß ein Querzapfen (32,52) vorgesehen ist, der die Bohrung (28,48) des Befestigungsschenkels (19), eine damit fluchtende Lochung (29,49) in der Seitenwandung (16) der Profilkammer (14) und die Querbohrung (27,47) durchgreift und unter kraftschlüssiger Anlage an dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) diesen mit seiner Seitenfläche (18) unter eine flächige Reibungsanlage ergebender Spannung gegen die dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) zugewandte Außenseite der Seitenwandung (16) der Profilkammer (14) zieht. - Band oder Befestigung nach Anspruch 1 bzw. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querzapfen (32,52) stramm in der Querbohrung (27,47) sitzt.
- Band oder Befestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querzapfen (24) als selbstschneidende Schraube ausgebildet ist, die die Lochung (29) in der Seitenwandung (16) der Profilkammer (14) selbst geschnitten hat.
- Band oder Befestigung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querzapfen (44) ein Konuszapfen mit selbsthemmendem Konuswinkel ist, der unter Reibschluß mit seinem dickeren Ende in dem Befestigungsschenkel (19) und mit seinem dünneren Ende in der Querbohrung (47) sitzt.
