Apparatus according to Claim 12, characterized in that the pregripper (18) is mounted such that it can be displaced to a limited extent in the advancement direction with respect to the pusher (16), and is subjected to a forwardly directed force by a spring element which is supported directly or indirectly on the pusher (16) and in that a pregripper stop is provided, which, during the final advancement of the pusher (16), restrains the pregripper (18) from moving along with it.
  14. Apparatus according to Claim 13, characterized in that the spring element is clamped in between a first spring support on the pregripper (18) and a second spring support connected to the pusher (16), it being possible for at least one of said supports to be displaced in order to regulate the spring force.
  15. Apparatus according to Claim 14, characterized in that the first spring support is designed as an adjustment nut (37) which is mounted non-rotatably and engages a rotatably mounted bolt (36) of the pregripper (18), which bolt extends essentially in the advancement direction.
  16. Apparatus according to one of Claims 13 to 15, characterized in that the pregripper (18) interacts with the pusher (16) via a profile (44) and a lug (49), the latter sliding along the profile (44) as a result of the relative movement between the pregripper (18) and the pusher (16), this relative movement commencing after the pregripper stop takes effect.
  17. Apparatus according to Claim 16, characterized in that a pressure-exerting spring (48), which pushes the lug (49) and the profile (44) against one another, acts between the pusher (16) and the pregripper (18).
  18. Apparatus according to Claim 16 or 17, characterized in that the profile (44) is arranged on the underside of the pregripper (18), and the lug (49) is arranged in an upwardly projecting manner on a mount (21) which is connected rigidly to the pusher (16).
  19. Apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that, following one after the other in the advancement direction, the profile (44) has a first profile section (45), which is at least virtually parallel to the advancement direction, and a second profile section (46) of the same kind, which is arranged at least at the same height, but preferably at a somewhat higher level, and, between these two profile sections, a downwardly oriented prong (47).
  20. Apparatus according to one of Claims 10 to 19, having a drawing-out device (8) for drawing bundles (69) out of the processing region, characterized in that the drawing-out device (8) has at least one clamping element which rotates about a horizontal axis of rotation, at least virtually normal to the shifting direction, and which has a lifting edge (54), for engaging beneath and raising the region adjoining the opposite border (71) of a bundle (69), and a partially cylindrical clamping surface (53) which adjoins the lifting edge (54), and at least one mating element which is arranged above the clamping element and onto which the raised bundle (69) can be pressed by the clamping surface (53).
  21. Apparatus according to Claim 20, characterized in that at least one clamping element is essentially in the form of a cylinder segment.
  22. Apparatus according to Claim 20 or 21, characterized in that it has at least two clamping elements which are fastened on a common driven shaft (52).
  23. Apparatus according to Claims 21 and 22, characterized in that the clamping elements are designed as disc segments (51a, 51b).
  24. Apparatus according to one of Claims 20 to 23, characterized in that the at least one mating element is designed as a clamping roller (55).
  25. Apparatus according to one of Claims 20 to 24, characterized in that the mating element is connected to a switch (59) which responds when the distance of the mating element from the at least one clamping element exceeds a limit value.
  26. Apparatus according to one of Claims 20 to 25, having a transportation device (9) which adjoins the drawing-out device (8) and is intended for transporting bundles (69) via a transporting section, characterized in that the transportation device (9) has at least two belts which are guided in parallel and clamp the bundles (69) between them.
  27. Apparatus according to Claim 26, characterized in that, for turning the bundles (69), the transporting section describes an arc of approximately 180°.
  28. Apparatus according to one of Claims 10 to 27, characterized in that the processing device comprises a displaceable processing tool which is connected to a drivable shaft (82) in a positively locking manner such that a revolution of said shaft forces an up-and-down movement of the processing tool.
  29. Apparatus according to Claim 28, characterized in that the shaft (82) bears a drive part with a continuous groove (84) which surrounds the shaft with changing spacing therefrom and in which a finger connected to the processing tool engages parallel with the shaft (82).
  30. Apparatus according to one of Claims 10 to 29, characterized in that the processing device is a punching device (6) or a stamping device.
