Claims (32)

  1. Automatischer Spender für Aufwischmaterial nach Art derjenigen mit Seitenwänden innerhalb eines Schutzgehäuses, die so ausgebildet sind, um im oberen Teil die Positionierung eines Spulenhalters (3) für eine Materialrolle zu ermöglichen, und im unteren Teil mit einer Trommel (4), die für die Aufnahme einer Schneidvorrichtung (5) ausgelegt ist, und mit einem Andruckelement (6), das mit der Trommel in Kontakt steht, und zwischen denen das gespannte Material zum Schneiden eingeführt wird, wobei die Schneidvorrichtung (5) gegenüber der Trommel gelenkig gelagert ist, um für einen Schnitt der vom Benutzer gezogenen Papierbahn zu sorgen, und zwar nach einem beim Umlauf der Trommel festgelegten Zyklus einschließlich Auslöse- und Rückstellvorrichtung (11 - 12), und mit einer Schutzabdeckung (8), die unten am Gehäuse positioniert und durch Einrasten am Gehäuse mit Hilfe eines Verriegelungssystems gelenkig befestigt ist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine einziehbare Vorrichtung (16 - 30) mit kontrollierter und begrenzter gelenkiger Lagerung am Spulenhalter (3) angesetzt ist,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzabdeckung (8) längsgerichtete Rippen (20) aufweist, die geeignet sind, mit der Vorrichtung (16 - 30) zusammenzuwirken, und die Möglichkeit bieten, beim Schließen der Abdeckung und Absenken der Vorrichtung in ihre Stellung für die Faltung der gezogenen Papierbahn mit Längsrändern (B1 - B2) am Bahnende zu sorgen, die teilweise unter den oberen Teil (B3) der vom oberen Kontakt der Vorrichtung (16 - 30) in Stellung gebrachten und herangeführten Bahn zurückgeführt werden, und zwar zwecks Einführung in diesem Zustand zwischen Trommel und Andruckelement und dem Schnitt in dieser Form durch die Schneidvorrichtung, zum Ziehen durch einen Benutzer beim Heraustreten aus dem Gerät in gefalteter Form,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einziehbare Vorrichtung (16 - 30) in angehobener Stellung gegenüber dem Spulenhalter (3) und dem System aus Trommel (4) und Andruckelement (6) die direkte Materialausgabe ohne Benutzerbeteiligung ermöglicht, im Hinblick auf die Vorlage der Papierbahn der Spule zwischen Trommel und Andruckelement in ungefalteter Form, dann den Schnitt in diesem Zustand durch die Schneidvorrichtung (5) beim Ziehen durch den Benutzer.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (16) die Form eines U-förmig profilierten Portikus mit zwei Seitenflügeln (16.1) besitzt, die von außen an den tragenden Wänden (2.15) der Materialspule anliegen, wobei diese Flügel Ansatzstücke (16.2) besitzen, die in den Dorn (M) der Materialspule greifen, wobei die Flügel (16.1 - 16.2) durch eine querverlaufende profilierte Verbindungsplatte (16.7) miteinander verbunden sind, die im oberen Teil eine kurvenartige Form (16.10) besitzt, wobei die Platte nach vorne durch einen langen und beim Kippen der Vorrichtung zum Andruckelement (6) entgegengesetzt ausgerichteten Profilarm (16.8) verlängert wird,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Arms so beschaffen ist, daß er zwischen die Profilrippen (20) am Deckel paßt und dabei einen Durchgang für das Positionieren, Einfügen und Abrollen der gefalteten Bahn freiläßt.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel an ihrem Endstück gegenüber den Tragwänden des Spulenhalters eine abgerundete Form (16.3) aufweisen, die durch einen geraden Teil (16.4) fortgesetzt wird, der für eine Abstützung gegenüber einem unteren Anschlag (19) an der Außenseite der Tragwand des Spulenhalters sorgt.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel längs der Kante im oberen Teil des Flügels einen Ausschnitt (16.5) aufweisen, der mit einem Haken (17) am Außenteil der Tragwand (2.15) der Spule zusammenwirkt, wobei dieser Haken eine Einkerbung (17.1) für die Durchführung des Flügels in ganzer Breite aufweist und nach dem Einsetzen das Schwenken der Vorrichtung mit aushaksicherer Verriegelung ermöglicht, außer wenn diese dem Ausschnitt und dem Haken gegenüberliegt.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite der Seitenwand als Blockiervorrichtung beim Schwenken der Vorrichtung (16) ein oberer (18) und ein unterer (19) Anschlag vorgesehen sind, wobei der obere Anschlag (18) beim Anheben der Vorrichtung und der untere Anschlag (19) bei dessen Absenkung blockiert.

Gerät nach Anspruch 2, 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung einen langen abgeflachten Arm (16.8) umfaßt, der durch ein abgerundetes Zwischenstück (16.11) mit der Querplatte fest verbunden ist, wobei dieser Arm im unteren Teil eine Mittelrippe (16.9) aufweist, deren Ende (16.9.1) in eine Mittelrille (6.4) am Andruckelement eingreift.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgerundete Form (16.11) zum einen für das Abrollen der Papierbahn und zum anderen für das Lösen des Papiers gegenüber der Platte sorgt, um das Falten des Papiers einzuleiten.
  8. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Abdeckung ausgebildeten Profilrippen (20) abgerundete Formen (20.1) für die Führung des Papiers in Vorfaltposition aufweisen, wenn die Vorrichtung abgesenkt ist, und für die Papierspannung sorgen, wenn die Vorrichtung (16) angehoben ist.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andruckelement (6) in seinem mittleren Bereich zwei glatte Halbzonen (6.5) umfaßt, die die vollständige Gegenauflage der gefalteten Bahn ermöglichen, wobei das Andruckelement in der Mitte eine Rille für die Einführung des Armendes der Vorrichtung (16) und für die Einführung der Nase (21.1) von mindestens einem der mit dem Gehäuse vergossenen Bogen besitzt und die Führung des Papiers ermöglicht.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (H) der Rippen an ihrem breitesten Teil im Bereich der Abrundungen (20.1) die Breite (L1) eines Innenfalzes (B4 - B5) der Papierbahn beim Falten übersteigt.
  11. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzgehäuse mit parallelen Seitenwänden (2.1 - 2.2) ausgebildet ist, die senkrecht zur rückseitigen Ebene des Gehäuses verlaufen, um das Einsetzen der Trommel (4) und des Andruckelements (6) durch Einrasten zu ermöglichen, wobei die Seitenwände bzw. Rückwände des Gerätes Zungen (2.4) besitzen, die aufgrund von an den Wänden vorgeformten Elastizitätsschlitzen federnd verformbar sind, wobei diese Zungen Lagerungen für die Aufnahme des Andruckelements aufweisen und die Seitenwände ebenfalls Aussparungen für die Positionierung der Achsenden der Trommel besitzen,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Lager der Achsenden des Andruckelements der Trommel sich gegenüberliegen,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen für die Aufnahme des Andruckelements durch elastische Federwirkung eine Auflage des Andruckelements auf der Trommel und, wenn das Andruckelement der Trommel im Gehäuse des Gerätes positioniert ist, seine Selbstverriegelung gewährleisten,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugriff zu den Zonen für die Positionierung des Andruckelements und der Trommel durch Ausschnitte im Vorfeld der Zungen und Seitenwände unbehindert erfolgen kann, so daß die Bauteile des Gerätes rasch eingesetzt werden können.
  12. Gerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Wandteile (2.2) des Gehäuses auf der Seite des Startmechanismus der Trommel einen schräg verlaufenden T-förmigen Profilausschnitt (2.3) besitzt, wobei der lange Schenkel des T (2.3.1) nach oben und zum hinteren Teil der Wand hin hochgezogen ist und dabei die Form der oberen Zunge (2.4) umschreibt, während der Querbalken des T (2.3.2) am oberen Ende eine innere Lagerung (2.5) für die Aufnahme eines Endstücks der Achse des Andruckelements aufweist, wogegen der untere Kopfteil der T-Form eine abgerundete Aussparung (2.6) als Sitz eines der Enden der Trommelachse besitzt,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere am Gerätegehäuse ausgebildete Wandteil (2.1) innen im unteren Teil die Öffnung (2.8) für die Durchführung der anderen Trommelachse aufweist und darum herum einen lagerbildenden Aufnahmeteil besitzt, der das Zahnelement (7) für den Antrieb der Trommel bildet, wobei die Wand am oberen Teil eine durch einen Elastizität verleihenden Schlitz (2.11) getrennte Zunge (2.4) mit Lagerung (2.14) aufweist und die dadurch an den Wandteilen ausgebildeten Zungen (2.4) die gleiche Form, das gleiche Profil und die gleiche Ausrichtung besitzen und insgesamt eine hakenartige Form (2.7) für die Aufnahme der Achsenteile des Andruckelements umschreiben, wobei die Zungen vor den Lagern (2.5) rampenartige Formen besitzen, gegen die das Andruckelement beim Einsetzen anstößt.
  13. Gerät nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommel jenseits eines ihrer scheibenförmigen Enden eine Nut aufweist, die zwischen einem exzenterbildenden Teil (11) und einem scheibenförmigen Verlängerungsstück (4.6) verläuft, das einen Bedienungsknopf für das Nachfüllen des Gerätes bildet, wobei die Nut das Festhaken eines der Enden einer Rückholfeder (12) ermöglicht, die als eine Startvorrichtung der Trommel fungiert.
  14. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spulentragende Vorrichtung (30) gegenüber den oberen Seitenwänden (31) des Gehäuses gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei die Seitenwände eine kreisförmige Öffnung (31.2) und einen konzentrischen Verdickungskranz (31.3) sowie Anschlags- und Führungseinrichtungen besitzen,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spulentragende Vorrichtung (30) wie ein U-förmiger Portikus ausgebildet ist, dessen Seitenflügel (30.1, 30.2) die oberen Seitenwände (31) des Gehäuses von außen umgeben,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenflügel (30.1, 30.2) Ansatzstücke (30.3) aufweisen, die geeignet sind, in die kreisförmigen Öffnungen und die Verdickungskränze (31.2) an den Gehäusewänden zu greifen,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ansatzstücke beim Absenken bzw. Anheben des Portikus (30) eingezogen bzw. in den Raum zwischen den Seitenwänden (31) verlagert werden, um das Einsetzen und Selbstverriegeln der Materialspule in ihrer Stellung zu ermöglichen,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel des Portikus und die Seitenwände (31) Einrichtungen für die Positionsverschiebung dieser Ansatzstücke durch relative Änderung der Lage der Seitenflügel (30.1, 30.2) gegenüber den oberen Seitenwänden des Gehäuses besitzen.
  15. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (31) des Gehäuses eine kreisförmige Öffnung (31.2) besitzen, die innen durch einen Verdickungskranz (31.3) verlängert wird, der zum Rand hin eine konisch erweiterte Fläche (31.4) aufweist, wobei die Wände nach vorne durch eine Zunge (31.5) verlängert werden, die konisch erweitert zur Außenseite des Gerätes gerichtet ist,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der Seitenwände eine rampenbildende Nocke (31.6) besitzt, die beim Anheben bzw. Absenken des Portikus zeitweilig mit dessen gegenüberliegenden Seitenflügeln (30.1, 30.2) zusammenwirkt.
  16. Gerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocke (31.6) am unteren Teil der Seitenwände (31) angebracht ist und daß auf der gleichen Seite ein winkelig ausgerichteter Anschlag (31.7) vorgesehen ist, um die Positionierung des Portikus in angehobener Stellung zu ermöglichen, wobei zwischen Nocke und Anschlag eine hakenartige Form (31.8) als Verriegelungseinrichtung des Portikus nach dem Einsetzen angebracht ist, die innen eine Aussparung (31.9) für die unbehinderte Durchführung und gelenkige Lagerung der Portikusflügel aufweist.
  17. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 14-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Flügel (30.1, 30.2) eine Verdickung (30.4) besitzen, die sich bei bestimmten Bewegungsphasen des Portikus unter Vermeidung dessen seitlichen Ausschlags in die hakenartigen Formen (31.8) der Seitenwände einpaßt und positioniert.
  18. Gerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Portikusflügel eine rechteckige Einkerbung (30.5) aufweisen, die gegenüber den hakenartigen Formen zu liegen kommen kann, und daß in einer ziemlich genau diametralen Lage zur Einkerbung an einem begrenzten Winkelsektor am Rand des Portikusflügels eine Aussparung (30.6) vorgesehen ist, um eine mit der Nocke (31.6) zusammenwirkende Anschlagfläche (30.7) zu bilden.
  19. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15-18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an den Seitenwänden (31) ausgebildeten Zungen (31.5) beim Schwenken und Absenken des Portikus durch Auflage für die seitlichen Flügel des Portikus Blockier- und Anschlageinrichtungen bilden.
  20. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 14-19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Portikus zwischen den Seitenflügeln eine querverlaufende Verbindungsplatte (30.10) aufweist, die durch einen nach unten gegenüber dem Andruckelement ausgerichteten Profilarm (30.11) verlängert wird.
  21. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) im unteren Teil senkrechte Flügel bzw. Klappen (2.20) aufweist, die das Positionieren von Klötzen (32) ermöglicht, die aus zwei durch eine Achse (33.3) verbundenen scheibenartigen Formen (33.1, 33.2) bestehen, wobei die Achse zwei Abflachungen (33.4) aufweist, um das Einführung und Verriegeln des Deckels in seiner Stellung zu ermöglichen, wobei letzterer in seinem unteren Teil Ausschnitte (8.4) mit einem geradlinigen Schlitz (8.5) besitzt, die am Ende eine kreisartige Form (8.6) mit größerem Durchmesser aufweisen.
  22. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Teil der tragenden Seitenwände der Trommel und des Andruckelements eine deutlich kurvenartige Form (34) besitzt und in Richtung auf die Seitenwände hochgezogen ist.
  23. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 14-20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn bei der Anwendung zur Ausgabe von ungefaltetem Papier von der Spule bis zu dem Raum zwischen Trommel und Andruckelement geführt wird und dabei hinter dem Portikus vorbeiläuft.
  24. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 14-20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn bei der Anwendung zur Ausgabe von gefaltetem Papier von der Spule bis zu dem Raum zwischen Trommel und Andruckelement geführt wird und dabei vor dem Arm des Portikus vorbeiläuft.
  25. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 14-20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn bei der Anwendung zur Ausgabe von ungefalteten Materialbahnen von der Spule bis zu dem Raum zwischen Trommel und Andruckelement geführt wird und dabei hinter dem Portikus vorbeiläuft.
  26. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (8) innen auf der Vorderseite zwei Verriegelungseinrichtungen (37 - 38) besitzt, die geeignet sind, mit Vorrichtungen (30.11 - 30.12) an der Verbindungsplatte (30.10) des Portikus zusammenzuwirken, um die Verriegelung bzw. Entriegelung des eingesetzten Deckels gegenüber dem Gerätegehäuse zu ermöglichen.
  27. Gerät nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (8) auf der frontalen Ebene ein Schlüsselsystem (39) mit einer an der Innenwand des Deckels ausgebildeten hakenartigen Form (37) aufnimmt und eine eine Nockenform (45) tragende Fläche (41) umfaßt, die gelenkig auf einer Achse (42) angebracht und geeignet ist, mit einer Profillasche 30.11) an der Verbindungsplatte des Portikus zusammenzuwirken,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hakenartige Form (37) ein rampenbildendes kurvenförmiges Profil (37.1) aufweist, um mit einem Endstück (30.12) in der axialen Ebene dieser Verbindungsplatte zusammenzuwirken.
  28. Gerät nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (8) auf der Innenwand eine zweite hakenartige Form (38) aufnimmt, die geeignet ist, mit einem Endstück (30.12) auf der Verbindungsplatte des Portikus zusammenzuwirken.
  29. Gerät nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit der Verbindungsplatte kombinierte Armteil, der zur Faltenbildung der Materialbahn dient, geeignet ist, bei der Annäherung an die Innenwand des Deckels sich daran abzustützen, wobei die Wand zur Anhebung des Portikus beiträgt und dabei zusätzlich für dessen Halt sorgt.
  30. Gerät nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsplatte über ihre Endabschnitte (30.11) hinaus Verlängerungen (30.12) aufweist, die jeweils ein Profilfedern bildendes und elastisches Teil (46) aufnehmen, das mit der vorderen Innenwand des Deckels in Kontakt kommt.
  31. Gefaltetes Papiertuch als Ergebnis der gerätespezifischen Umsetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tuch beim Austritt aus dem Gerät am Ende Längsränder (B1 - B2) der Bahn (B) aufweist, die teilweise mit Innenfalten (B4 - B5) unter den oberen Teil (B3) der Bahn (B) zurückgeführt werden.
  32. Tuch nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endränder deutlich über die Ebene des oberen Teils (B3) der Bahn hinausragen.
