Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rahmenpresse nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a frame press according to the preamble of claim 1.
Rahmenpressen dieser Art sind bekannt (Prospekt Rahmenpreß-Automat Hydro Lux der Reinhold Hess GmbH & Co. KG in D-7460 Balingen, Druckvermerk HL11.91H2). Bei diesen Rahmenpressen sind die Preßzylinder durch Spindeln in Längsrichtung der Druckbalken verstellbar geführt. Der Verstellvorgang selbst erfolgt durch Elektromotoren. Bei den Spindeln handelt es sich um Präzisionsgewindespindeln, die eine exakte Führung garantieren. Ähnliche Einrichtungen können auch für die Breiteneinstellungen vorgesehen werden, wenn nicht eine Verschiebung der Druckbalken von Hand als ausreichend erscheint. Bei solchen bekannten Rahmenpressen werden daher - was zum Teil auch automatisch geschehen kann - zunächst die Preßecken mit Hilfe der Präzisionsspindeln in die Größenordnung des Rahmenmaßes gebracht und dann werden die in der Regel als Hydraulikzylinder ausgebildeten Preßzylinder zum Verpressen des Rahmens betätigt. Zum Herausnehmen des fertigen Rahmens läuft das Arbeitsspiel umgekehrt. Bekannt sind auch Rahmenpressen, deren Preßecken bzw. Schlitten über motorisch betriebene Kettenzüge verstellt werden. Die Preßecken bzw. The part of the guide plates (23) projecting forward from the flat iron is screwed at the bottom to a pressure plate (24) which interacts with the abutments mentioned above during the pressing process. The pressure plate (24) is also assigned a downwardly projecting leg (25) on which the frame parts to be pressed can rest. It is immediately clear that when the pull cylinders are actuated, the pressure plates are pulled from top to bottom. This process can be used both for adjusting the printing plates in the vertical direction and for pressing. The pressing process starts at the moment when the pressure plate hits the transversely inserted frame leg when it is adjusted from top to bottom. The new design therefore dispenses with the arrangement of adjusting spindles or additional drives.
Wie Fig. 2 zu entnehmen ist kann die Druckplatte (24) beim Einziehen der Kolbenstange (21) bis in die Position (24') heruntergefahren werden. Da, wie vorher erwähnt, das Widerlager (17) durch Verstellung an den Bohrungen (14) manuell bis in die Position (17') gefahren werden kann, ergibt sich ein äußerst geringes Maß für die Höhe von Rahmen, die mit der neuen Einrichtung verpreßt werden können. Die beiden Zylinder der Langhubzugzylinder (26 und 27) sind an eine gemeinsame Druckquelle angeschlossen. Werden diese Zylinder daher betätigt, so läßt sich der rechts gelegene Druckbalken (7) nach links auf das gewünschte Maß bewegen. Wenn zum Verpressen daher nur zwei Druckbalken (also die Druckbalken (5 und 7) notwendig sind, so braucht der zusätzliche Druckbalken (6), der beim Ausführungsbeispiel manuell verschiebbar ist, nicht betätigt zu werden. Es genügen der fest am linken Ende eingestellte Druckbalken (5) und der auf Maß einstellbare Druckbalken (7). Die Höhenverstellung der Druckplatten (24) erfolgt wie vorher beschrieben. Da auch in diesem Fall die Zylinder (13) der Druckbalken (5 und 7) - ggf. zusätzlich des Druckbalkens (6) - an eine gemeinsame Druckquelle angeschlossen sind, werden die Zugzylinder zum einen gleichzeitig betätigt. Zum anderen ist aber auch die Gewähr dafür gegeben, daß die ausgeübten Kräfte an allen Druckbalken gleich groß sind.Fig. 1 also shows that the pressure bar (7) on the right outside is connected to a horizontal long stroke cylinder (26), the cylinder of which is firmly connected to the left support (2) of the support frame (1). Claims (8)
- A frame press with a support frame (1), on the horizontal cross-members (3, 4) of which vertical bracing beams (5, 6, 7) with abutment bearings and pressure cylinders, the axes of which run parallel with the bracing beams, are arranged so as to be longitudinally slidable, these being provided with adjusting devices used to adjust the thrust plates of the pressure cylinder to the measurements of the frame-sides inserted therein, characterised in that the pressure cylinders are long-stroke drawing cylinders (13, 21) which, in the extended state, are approximately of the same length as the bracing beams, the cylinders (13) thereof being secured in the lower region of the bracing beams (5, 6, 7), and additionally co-operating with the abutment bearing (17) which is of an adjustable height, and the piston rods (21) thereof have on their free ends respective thrust plates (24) directed towards the abutment bearing (17) and used both as an adjusting device that can be set to match the dimensions of the inserted frame-sides and as a means for bracing the latter.
- A frame press as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the thrust plate (24) is part of a guide head (22), slidably mounted between flat bars (9), which are part of the bracing beams (5, 6, 7).
- A frame press as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the flat bars (9) extend across the full length of the bracing beams (5, 6, 7) and are connected by means of end plates (10, 11) at the upper end lower ends.
- A frame press as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that the closed end of the long-stroke drawing cylinder (13) is secured to the lower end plate (11).
- A frame press as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the flat bars (9) are provided with transversely extending bores (14) as a height-setting means for the manually adjustable abutment bearing (17).
- A frame press as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that at least one bracing beam, by preference the beam (7) arranged on the very outside, co-operates with long-stroke drawing cylinders (26, 27) arranged perpendicular thereto, the cylinders of which are secured to one of the lateral uprights (2).
- A frame press as claimed in one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the thrust plates are shuttle plates (28).
- A frame press as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the cylinders (13) of the vertical long-stroke drawing cylinder on the one hand and the cylinders of the horizontal long-stroke darwing cylinders (26, 27) on the other are each connected to a common pressure source.
