Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour fabriquer un manchon (17,35, 46), notamment une forme d'impression en forme de manchon, comportant une surface circonférentielle d'un seul tenant constituée par une plaque (9,22,40) possédant un système de trous d'ajustage, caractérisé en ce que pour les deux bords de la plaque, qui doivent être réunis, il est prévu respectivement une barrette de fixation (5,6;26,27;41,42), qui peut être amenée dans une position initiale et peut être montée le long du bord respectif de la plaque (9,22, 40), que les barrettes de fixation (5,6;26,27;41,42) possèdent un registre à tiges (10,23,48) qui est conçu de telle sorte que les tiges peuvent coopérer avec le système de trous d'ajustage de la plaque (9,22,40), qu'à au moins l'une des barrettes de fixation (26,27,42) sont associés des moyens (11,28,45) pour produire une rotation autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de la barrette et que sous l'effet de cette rotation, les barrettes de fixation (5,6;26,27;41,42) peuvent être disposées réciproquement en vis-à-vis de telle sorte que, lors de la formation d'un manchon (17,35,46), les bords de la plaque, qui doivent être réunis et sont fixés aux barrettes (5,6; 26,27;41,42), viennent en contact et peuvent être réunis.

  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la barrette de fixation (5), qui doit être déplacée par-dessus la table coulissante (8) est agencée sous la forme d'un chariot, que ce chariot peut être tiré au moyen d'une chaîne de transport sans fin (14), qui circule sur des galets de renvoi (15), dans un guide de glissement le long de la table (8) et peut être amené à nouveau dans sa position initiale (figure 1).

  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le guide de chaîne de transport sans fin circule sur le cylindre (11) et conserve par rapport à ce dernier une distance égale au moins à la longueur des tiges (10).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la barrette de fixation (5) est supportée élastiquement des deux côtés dans des glissières.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (11) est monté d'une manière excentrique par rapport à son dispositif d'entraînement (19).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de fixation (26,27) peuvent être fixées à distance l'une de l'autre, dans la position initiale, approximativement dans un plan horizontal, sur des supports (20,21) pouvant être positionnés en fonction de la taille de la plaque, que les bords de la plaque, qui doivent être réunis, sont serrés sur les barrettes fixées (26,27), d'une manière alignée correctement au moyen du registre à tiges (23) et du système de trous d'ajustage, que l'une des barrettes (26) peut être positionnée au moyen d'éléments de levage (25) sur son support (21), conjointement avec le bord de la plaque, qui est serré sur ce support, sur un cylindre monté rotatif (28), moyennant un desserrage simultané du support (21), tandis que l'autre barrette (26) subsiste, conjointement avec le bord de la plaque, qui est serré contre elle, sur son support (20), que le cylindre (28) est déplaçable au-dessous du et parallèlement au plan, dans lequel les barrettes (26,27) sont disposées dans la position initiale de sorte que, lors d'une rotation complète du cylindre (28), ce dernier passe au-dessous de la plaque (22), qui entoure le cylindre, les barrettes de fixation (26,27) servant à réunir les bords de la plaque sont disposées en vis-à-vis (figure 3), le cylindre (28) étant dans cette position, la seconde barrette (26) peut être positionnée, conjointement avec le bord de la plaque, qui est fixé à cette barrette, sur le cylindre (28).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (28) possède une circonférence d'une longueur légèrement inférieure à la longueur respective de la plaque à traiter (22).
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que le signal (28) peut être déplacé au moyen d'un pignon d'entraînement (30) et d'une crémaillère (32), tout en tournant simultanément.
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (28) est monté d'une manière excentrique par rapport à son dispositif d'entraînement (31).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres (11,28) possèdent un épaulement aplati (18,36) pour le positionnement des bords de la plaque.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour les bords, devant être réunis, de la plaque, il est prévu une barrette de fixation (40) montée fixe et une barrette de fixation (42) qui prend appui sur un élément de levier (45) monté de manière à être rotatif et déplaçable transversalement, et les bords de la plaque peuvent être positionnés sur les barrettes (41,42) de telle sorte que, lors d'une rotation complète et d'une translation transversale simultanée (figure 6) de l'élément de levier (45) en direction de la barrette fixe (42), les barrettes (41,42) sont situées en vis-à-vis tout en formant un manchon (46) servant à relier les bords de la plaque, les barrettes (41,42) retenant de façon fixe les bords de la plaque à partir de l'intérieur du manchon (46) (figure 5).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de fixation (5,6;26,27;41,42) sont agencées sous la forme de barrettes d'aspiration dans lesquelles sont intégrés des dispositifs intégrés d'aspiration à dépression (47), qui sont répartis à une faible distance sur toute sa longueur.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas de l'utilisation de plaques aimantables, les barrettes de fixation (5,6;26,27;41,42) sont réalisées sous la forme de barrettes à aimants adhérents pour la liaison de force avec les bords de la plaque.
