Claims (6)
- Batterieklemme zum festen Umschließen eines zylindrischen Batteriepols (2), mit:einem Klemmenkörper mit wenigstens einer ringförmigen Polschelle (20A), die eine Polschellenöffnung bildet und mit Kerben (20a-2) in der Innenwand der Polschellenöffnung versehen ist, wobei die Polschellenöffnung zu einem Ende des Klemmenkörpers hin offen ist, um zwei Arme (21A, 21B und 21A', 21B') zu bilden, die verjüngte Wände (21A-1, 21B-1, 21A'-1, 21B'-1) haben,einem Klemmglied (12) mit verjüngten Seiten (26a, 26b, 27a, 27b, 26a', 26b', 27a', 27b') undSpannmitteln (14, 15) zum Eindrücken der beiden Arme in das Klemmglied, zum Verschieben der verjüngten Wände entlang den verjüngten Seiten, um die beiden Arme zu schließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Klemmenkörper (11) ein gefaltetes Element (20) mit oberen und unteren ringförmigen Polschellen (20A, 20B) aufweist, die die Polschellenöffnung bilden, so daß die Arme als gefaltete Arme (21A, 21B und 21A', 21B') ausgebildet sind, und daß die Kerben (20a-2) in wenigstens einer der ringförmigen Polschellen (20A, 20B) zwischen spitzen Zähnen gebildet sind, die von der inneren Umfangsfläche der Polschelle vorspringen, um in die äußere Umfangsfläche des Batteriepols (2) einzuschneiden.
- Batterieklemme nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Spanmittel eine Mutter (15), die in einem Raum zwischen den beiden gefalteten Armen gehalten ist, und einen Bolzen (14) aufweisen, der in das Klemmglied (12) eingreift und in die Mutter (15) eingeschraubt ist.
- Batterieklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Kerben (20A-2) als eine Folge von Vorsprüngen ausgebildet sind, die einen wellenförmigen Querschnitt haben und in Umfangsrichtung fortlaufend sind.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Klemmglied (12) ein C-förmiges Element ist, mit einer Oberseite (12a) und zwei Seiten (12b, 12c), wobei die Oberseite (12a) durch ein Element (14) der Spannmittel beaufschlagt ist und die verjüngten Seiten (26a, 26b, 27a, 27b, 26a', 26b', 27a', 27b') in Ausnehmungen in den mittleren Teilen der Seiten (12b, 12c) ausgebildet sind.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der jeder der gefalteten Arme mit zwei verjüngten Wänden versehen ist, von denen eine (21A-1, 21A'-1) an dem oberen Teil (21A, 21A') des gefalteten Arms und die andere (21B-1, 21B'-1) an dem unteren Teil (21B, 21B') des gefalteten Arms ausgebildet ist, und das Klemmglied (12) erste verjüngte Seiten (26a, 27a, 26a', 26b'), die in einem oberen Teil desselben ausgebildet sind, und zweite verjüngte Seiten (26b, 27b, 26b', 27b') hat, die in einem unteren Teil ausgebildet sind.
- Batterieklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der die beiden gefalteten Arme (21A, 21B und 21A', 21B') auf einer Seite der ringförmigen Polschellen (20A, 20B) ausgebildet sind, die einem Kabelverbinderteil (17) des Klemmenkörpers entgegengesetzt ist, und das Klemmglied (12) dazu eingerichtet ist, von den freien Enden der gefalteten Arme aus auf diese aufgeschoben zu werden.
