Außerdem werden durch die schraubenförmige Metallführung der Golfbälle um die Bürstenwalze die mit Kunststoff beschichteten Oberflächen der Bälle stark beansprucht, was zu einer Verkürzung ihrer Lebensdauer führt.
Auf diese Weise kann eine fast reibungsfreie Beschleunigung bewirkt werden. Während der Beschleunigung sind deshalb die plastikbeschichteten Oberflächen der Bälle nur einer sehr geringen Beanspruchung ausgesetzt.
Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen und Beschleunigen von im wesentlichen zylindrischen-, quaderförmigen-, und kugelförmigen Gegenständen (1), bei dereine Einrichtung (2) zur Vorreinigung und Beschleunigung der Gegenstände undein Bürstenkanal (3) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Gegenstände (1) beim Austritt aus der Einrichtung (2) auf eine derartige Geschwindigkeit beschleunigt sind, daß sie den Bürstenkanal (3) zur Endreinigung vollständig durchlaufen und zu einer Sammelstelle befördert werden, undein Rohr (4) zur Beschleunigung und Vorreinigung der Gegenstände, in dessen Wand eine düsenförmige Öffnung (5) vorgesehen ist, undein sich verjüngendes Zuleitungsrohr (6), das unter möglichst spitzem Winkel in die Öffnung (5) mündet, aufweist, wobeidurch das Zuleitungsrohr (6) dem Rohr (4) ein Arbeitsmedium unter Druck zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein erster Abschnitt (4a) des Rohres (4) zur Beschleunigung der Gegensttände undein zweiter Abschnitt (4b) des Rohres (4) zur weiteren Beschleunigung und zur Vorreinigung der Gegenstände (1) vorgesehen sind,das sich verjüngende Zuleitungsrohr (6) in Form einer rohrförmigen Kammer ausgebildet ist, wobeidiese Kammer durch einen Teil des ersten Abschnitts (4a) des Rohres (4), eine Abschlußwand (6b) und eine rohrförmige Außenwand (6a), die in den zweiten Abschnitt (4b) des Rohres (4) übergeht, definiert ist, undder erste Abschnitt (4a)des Rohres (4) sowie die rohrförmige Außenwand (6a) eine im wesentlichen ringförmige Öffnung (5) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder erste Abschnitt (4a) des Rohres (4) und die Abschlußwand (6b),sowieder zweite Abschnitt (4b) des Rohres (4) und die rohrförmige Außenwand (6a) integral ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Größe der Fläche der ringförmigenÖffnung (5) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Einrichtung (2) aus nichtrostendem Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Einrichtung (2) aus Stahl oder Stahlguß besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Einrichtung (2) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Einrichtung (2) durch ein Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie mit dem Arbeitsmedium in Kontakt tretenden Teile der Einrichtung (2) mit einer Schutzschicht versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßherkömmliches Wasser als Arbeitsmedium vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein Reinigungsmittel als Arbeitsmedium vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßein Gas oder ein Gasgemisch als Arbeitsmedium vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Bürstenkannal (3) einen Träger (9) mit darauf angebrachten Borsten (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Borsten (10) zur Achse des Bürstenkanals (3) im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Borsten (10) zur Durchlaufrichtung der zu reinigenden Gegenstände durch den Bürstenkanal (3) in einem spitzen Winkel angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Bürstenkanal (3) einen im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Bürstenkannal (3) zwei oder mehrere längliche, im Querschnitt segmentförmige Bürstenelemente (3a,3b), die ihrerseits Träger(9) mit darauf angebrachten Borsten (10) umfassen, aufweist.
