Der Entwicklungsvorgang wird also durch weiteres Fördern der Leaderkarte im Prozessor unter kontinuierlichem Auszug des Films aus der Patrone in der Abspulkammer 2 durchgeführt. Aufgrund der wechselseitigen Aktivierung des Kontaktes 8a, d. h. Stromlosmachen des Kontaktes 8b, ist die Verriegelung für die Klappe 1b gelöst und dieser Zustand z. B. durch eine grüne Leuchtanzeige sichtbar gemacht, die Fördereinrichtung 3c stromlos und die Klappe 3d geschlossen. In diesem Zustand kann die Bedienungsperson die Klappe 1b öffnen und eine Patrone 9 mit einer am Filmanfang befestigten Leaderkarte 10 unter Einschub dieser Karte in die Transportrollen der Fördereinrichtung 3c in die Abspulkammer einführen und die Klappe 1b schließen.

Claims (7)

  1. Device for feeding light-sensitive photographic films out of film cartridges (9) into a continuous film developing device (7), which device contains an unwinding chamber (2, 3), which can be closed in light-tight fashion, with a feed mechanism (2c, 3c), wherein a film cartridge can be inserted with its withdrawal mouth in the unwinding chamber (2, 3), and the front end of the film protruding from the film cartridge can be pulled out of the unwinding chamber (2, 3) through an outlet opening formed in the unwinding chamber housing by means of the feed mechanism (2c, 3c), characterised in that a plurality of unwinding chambers (2, 3), which are substantially of the same type, are provided, which chambers can be loaded with film cartridges (9) independently of one another and the feed paths of which are brought together like points (6) before the film developing device (7), wherein the feed mechanisms (2c, 3c) can be driven alternately so as to join the subsequent film substantially gap-free to the end of the preceding one, and that each outlet opening comprises a mechanism (2d, 3d) for light-tight closure.

  5. Device according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the shutter (1a, 1b) on the insertion side can be manually operated and is provided with a controlled locking mechanism and/or with an indicator mechanism.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a respective sensor (4, 5) for the film end is disposed between the exit of the unwinding chamber (2, 3) and the point-like junction (6) of the withdrawal paths, which sensors influence the control of the shutters (1a, 1b; 2d, 3d) and of the feed mechanisms (2c, 3c).
  7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cartridge holder (2a, 3a) is provided with a sensor for the tensile force in the film, which sensor controls a respective separating blade (2a, 2b).
