Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning position assurance for a skylight, the wing of two on a feed box pivoted arms swingable about a horizontal axis is suspended with two guide pieces on which the wing can be guided by means of two axle journals on the feed box, whereby at least one pocket-shaped at the lower end of each guide piece Recording is arranged, in which a journal in the cleaning position intervenes and is fixed there.
- DE-A-25 19 856 is a generic cleaning position assurance known. With this the axle journals are through resilient tongues held in trough-shaped receptacles, in which they move to the cleaning position when the wing is moved be pushed in. The fuse can be used if you are careless the operator may have accidentally solved it will. There is also an increased effort when entering or leaving the wing-side pivot into or out of the pocket-shaped Admission required, especially for large, Wings that are difficult to move anyway, and which are also high Need holding forces in the cleaning position.
- DE-A-285 446 describes a window lock with a Storm hook, hinged at one end to the fixed window frame is and with its free end in a wing-side Guide slot engages.
- the wing end of the storm hook is continuous clamped by means of a spring-supported tongue.
- the opening as well as the entire Closing movement of the wing is a force to overcome which inhibit the movement of the storm hook end towards the wing To muster strength.
- a rocker-like swiveling safety lever with a locking surface is arranged in front of the pocket-shaped receptacle and that the locking lever one protruding into the movement path of the axle journals Inclined and through one towards the recording Moving axle pin can be pushed away against spring force.
- a low spring force is sufficient to pull the safety lever in to press a safety position and hold it there.
- Wing pivot of the wing down on the respective guide piece along then get into the area of the slopes of the Locking lever and push it against the action of the spring force out of the range of motion of the axle journals.
- the spring force automatically returns the safety lever blocking the return movement of the axle journals.
- the wing can be effortlessly and without additional effort slide into the cleaning position in which the safety lever pressed into the securing position by the spring force becomes. The wing is then held very securely and can only released by a conscious actuation of the safety lever will. Due to its rocker-like design, i.e. its Design as a two-armed lever, the safety lever be moved out of the secured position by clicking on the respective end of the rocker is pressed, which of the restricted area opposite. A release of the wing due to the Window cleaning forces acting on it are not possible.
- the securing lever is expediently replaced by a Spring pressed into the locking position.
- the locking lever as a resilient Part is formed.
- the restricted area is a the associated axle pin in the cleaning position of the wing Has nose.
- the Journal if it is due to cleaning forces occurring in the direction of the restricted area, hits the nose and is attacked by it. This is during the action of cleaning staff also prevents conscious actuation of the safety lever, even if greater forces are applied to the safety lever be exercised. In the cleaning position, the Do not loosen the safety lever by yourself. This configuration it also allows the spring force which the safety lever presses into the securing position, very low to interpret.
- the Safety lever as an essentially U-shaped part is formed, encompasses a bearing block on both sides and that a spring, such as a coil spring, inside this U-shaped part is enclosed, with a End of the spring against the relevant guide piece and the other Press the end against the safety lever and the safety lever as a pre-assembled Installation part on the front surface of the feed box is put on.
- a spring such as a coil spring
- Functional elements through the U-shaped part surrounded and thereby from damage, pollution, Protects moisture or ice build-up. This makes it high Functional reliability achieved. Also the assembly of the Securing the cleaning position on the feed box is easier.
- the guidance of the journal on the feed box can be done in this way be designed so that the journal in the grooves of the guide pieces run through and pocket-shaped recordings Ends of the grooves are formed.
- the wing 3 is pivoted about the axes 16 in such a way that its outer surface faces the interior of the living space shows.
- the axle journals slide in the course of this swinging movement 2 in grooves 13 of the guide piece 17 from the top End of this guide piece 17 to its lower end where there is a pocket-shaped receptacle 7, which the Axle journal 2 in the cleaning position.
- a safety lever 1 arranged, which a sliding back of the axle pin 2 locks.
- the safety lever 1 is one Bolt 18 pivotally arranged on a bearing block 10.
- the Coil spring 5 is arranged on the bearing block 10 and presses with one end 12 on the short arm 19 of the locking lever 1 and with the other end 11 against the guide piece 17.
- the safety lever 1 is a two-armed Lever and designed as a seesaw.
- the short arm 19 serves as the actuating end and the long arm 20 carries the slope 8, the locking surface 6 and the nose 9.
- the long arm 20 is in the trajectory of the Axle pin 2 pressed and lies on the cover plate 21 of the Guide piece 17 on blocking the groove 13 of the guide piece 17 and thus also the extension of the Groove 13 arranged pocket-shaped receptacle 7. If the Wing 3 is brought into its cleaning position, so it glides the journal 2 in the groove 13 of the guide piece 17th along the feed box 4 and bumps against it Slant 8, which is arranged on the side of the locking lever 1 is facing the feed box 4. The extending over the entire height of the groove 13 and so that the movement path of the journal 2 is complete cross slope 8 of the locking lever 1 is by the journal 2 raised to complete the trajectory to release. The safety lever 1 is so long pushed up until the journal 2 into the pocket-shaped Recording 7 arrives. Now the safety lever 1 by the force of the spring 5 again in the securing position pressed.
- the locking position of the locking lever 1 lies the locking surface 6 at a short distance from the journal 2 and blocks the return movement of the journal 2 in the groove 13 into it.
- the blocking surface 6 has one on the pocket-shaped recess 7 towards nose 9.
- the Game between the restricted area 6 and the end of the recording 7 for the axle pin 2 allows that when Loosen the locking position of the locking lever 1 Nose 9 can slide past the journal 2.
- Under pressure of the wing 3 by the cleaning process on the Wing 3 forces are reduced and the game reaching behind the nose 9 behind and under the journal 2 enlarged.
- the axle journal can 2 rest on the blocking surface 6. So that's one Transfer of the safety lever 1 by exerting pressure on its short arm 19 when acting on the wing 3. Prevents stress and in particular is accidental Avoid setting the release position.
- Fig. 3 is the U-shape of the locking lever 1 and its spring-loaded mounting on the bearing block 10 can be seen, and the interaction of the journal 2 of the wing 3 with the groove 13 of the guide piece 17.
- the guide piece 17 together with groove 13, pocket-shaped receptacle 7 and bearing block 10 consists of a one-piece installation part made of plastic with a low-friction surface.
