- zeigt in einem Schnitt einen Kraftfahrzeug-Wärmetauscher in Form eines Heizkörpers mit einem oberen und einem unteren Wasserkasten, wobei für jeden Wasserkasten eine Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Rohranschlusses vorgesehen ist,
- Fig. 2
- in vergrößerter Darstellung einen Ausschnitt des oberen Wasserkastens des Heizkörpers nach Fig. 1 auf Höhe des Rohranschlusses, wobei aus Übersichtlichkeitsgründen die Isolierung des Heizkörpers nicht dargestellt ist,
- Fig. 3
- einen Schnitt durch einen Anschlußstutzen des Rohranschlusses nach Fig. 2 entlang der Schnittlinie III-III in Fig. 2,
- Fig. 4
- in vergrößerter Darstellung einen Einsatz des Anschlußstutzens nach den Fig. 2 und 3 für die Verbindung zweier Rohre,
- Fig. 5

Claims (2)
- Wasserkasten für einen Kraftfahrzeug-Wärmetauscher mit wenigstens einem Anschlußstutzen (15, 15b), der einen Verbindungsbereich aufweist, der in eine mit einem nach innen oder nach außen abragenden, umlaufenden Rand versehene Öffnung des Wasserkastens eingesetzt ist, wobei der Wasserkasten (2, 3, 2a) aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff hergestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wasserkasten (2, 3, 2a) im Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt ist, daß der Anschlußstutzen (15, 15b) als getrenntes Anschlußbauteil ebenfalls im Tiefziehverfahren aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff einstückig hergestellt ist, daß der Verbindungsbereich in den umlaufenden Rand axial eingeschoben ist, und daß der Verbindungsbereich oder der umlaufende Rand lotbeschichtet sind, so daß eine umlaufende dichte Verbindung geschaffen wird.
- Wasserkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Verbindungsbereich des Anschlußstutzens (15, 15b) ein stufenförmig aufgeweiteter Anschlagkragen zum Begrenzen des axialen Einsetzens des Verbindungsbereiches in den Einzug anschließt.
