Für solche Türen ist bereits ein mit dem Türscharnier baulich vereinigter Türfeststeller der vorgenannten Bauart vorgeschlagen worden. Charakteristisch für derartige Türfestseller ist der Umstand, daß das am einen Scharnierflügel angeordnete Rastmittel bzw. Riegelglied ausschließlich unter Federlast mit den zugehörigen Widerlagermitteln am anderen Scharnierflügel in Eingriff gelangt bzw. gehalten ist, wobei die Haltewirkung des Rastmittels bzw. Riegelgliedes begrenzt sein muß, um ein beabsichtigtes Öffnen oder Schließen der Tür zu ermöglichen. Aus dem Umstand, daß das Rastmittel oder Riegelglied beim Auftreten einer bestimmten am Türflügel angreifenden Kraft, insbesondere entgegen seiner Federbelastung aus der Verrastung mit den Widerlagermitteln ausrücken muß resultiert der Nachteil, daß die jeweilige Tür in jedem Falle nur bis zu einer gewissen Haltewirkung gegen ein Weiterbewegen verriegelbar ist. In manchen Fällen ist es aber erwünscht die Tür willkürlich gegen ein Weiterbewegen in wenigstens einer Bewegungsrichtung, vorzugsweise der Öffnungsrichtung, absolut sicher festlegen zu können, beispielsweise um jede Gefährdung von Passanten beim Be-oder Entladen des Fahrzeuges auf der Straße mit Sicherheit ausschließen zu können. Bei einer anderen, aus der GB-A-2155 540 bekannten Bauart eines mit einem Türscharnier baulich vereinigten Türfeststellers für Hecktüren von Nutzfahrzeugen ist ein als Kipphebel ausgebildetes, am einen Scharnierflügel um eine zur Scharnierachse parallele Achse schwenkbar gelagertes Rastglied vorgesehen, welches mittels einer an seinem einen Hebelarm angreifenden Druckfeder in Einrückrichtung federbelastetes ist und welches über seinen anderen Hebelarm mit am anderen Scharnierflügel angeordneten Widerlagerrasten zusammenwirkt. In Verbindung mit einer V-förmigen Querschnittsform der Widerlagerrasten am anderen Scharnierflügel ist dabei das freie Ende des mit diesen zusammenwirkenden Hebelarmes des Kipphebels als spitzwinkeliger Eingriffszahn ausgebildet, so daß sich beim Einlaufen des Kipphebelarmes in eine der Widerlagerrasten eine Arretierung der Türe ergibt, welche nur durch manuelles Ausheben des Kipphebels aufgehoben werden kann. Beide Scharnierflügel weisen Scharnieraugen 4,5 bzw. 6 auf, wobei der eine Scharnierflügel zwei außenliegende Scharnieraugen 4 und 5 und der andere Scharnierflügel ein zwischen die beiden außenliegenden Scharnieraugen 4 und 5 des einen Scharnierflügels eingreifendes mittleres Scharnierauge 6 aufweist. Der Türfeststeller besteht aus insgesamt zwei zueinander parallel ausgerichtet und längsverschieblich im einen Scharnierflügel 1 angeordneten Riegeln 7 und 8 und einem einteilig mit der Kopfrolle 9 des Scharnierprofiles des anderen Scharnierflügels 2 einteilig ausgebildeten Widerlagerelement. Das Widerlagerelement umfasst im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei durch axial gerichtete Profilausnehmungen in der Kopfrolle 9 gebildete Rastausnehmungen 10 und 11, deren eine Wandungsfläche 13 jeweils senkrecht zur Scharnierachse und deren andere Wandungsfläche 12 jeweils schräg zur Scharnierachse 14 ausgerichtet ist. Der unter Federlast selbsttätig einrückende Türfeststeller umfaßt den Riegel 7, der einen beidseitig abgeschrägten Eingriffszahn 15 und einen zylindrischen Schaftteil 16 aufweist und in Einrückrichtung vermittels einer Schraubentellerfeder 17 belastet ist, wobei sich die Schraubentellerfeder 17 einerseits gegen eine stegartige Querwandung 18 des als Formteil ausgebildeten Scharnierflügels 1 abstützt und vermittels eines an diesem befestigten Federtellers 19 am Riegel 7 angreift. Der zweite manuell ausrückbare Riegel 8 des Türfeststellers weist einen lediglich einseitig abgeschrägten Eingriffszahn 20 und einen gleichfalls zylindrischen Schaftteil 21 auf und ist in Einruckrichtung durch einen gegen die stegartige Querwandung 18 abgestützte und an ihm mittels eines Federtellers 22 angreifende Schraubenfeder 23 belastet. Zu dessen manueller Betätigung ist an den Schaftteil 21 des Riegels 8 ein radial ausragender Handgriff 40 angeschlossen. Die beiden Riegel 7 und 8 sind längsverschieblich in zueinander paralleler Ausrichtung nebeneinanderliegend im Scharnierflügel 1 aufgenommen, der im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als Spritzguß-Formteil ausgebildet ist und zwei einander gegenüberliegende und zueinander sowie zur Scharnierachse 14 parallel ausgerichtete stegartige Querwandungen 18 und 24 aufweist, wobei in der von der Scharnierachse 14 entfernt liegenden Querwandung 18 zwei Bohrungsausnehmungen angeordnet sind, in welchen jeweils die hinteren Enden 25 bzw. 26 der Schaftteile 16, 21 der Riegel 7 und 8 geführt sind. Die der Scharnierachse 14 benachbarte Querwandung 24 ist mit einer zwei nebeneinanderliegende Erweiterungen 27 und 28 aufweisenden Ausnehmung 29 versehen, wobei die beiden Riegel 7 und 8 über jeweils eine Verlängerung ihrer Eingriffszähne 15, 20 in einer der Erweiterungen 27 bzw. 28 geführt sind, wobei die dem Eingriffszahn 20 des manuell einrückbaren Riegels 8 eine kreisrunde Erweiterung und dem Eingriffszahn des unter Federlast selbsttätig einrückenden Riegels 7 eine abgerundete rechteckige Erweiterung der Ausnehmung 29 zugeordnet ist.The invention is described in detail in the following example description with reference to some exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. The door hinge structurally combined with a door arrester is shown in the exemplary embodiment shown as a wing hinge and essentially consists of a first 1 and a second hinge wing 2, which are connected by means of a hinge pin 3 are pivotally connected to each other. Both hinge wings have hinge eyes 4, 5 and 6, one hinge wing having two outer hinge eyes 4 and 5 and the other hinge wing having a central hinge eye 6 which engages between the two outer hinge eyes 4 and 5 of one hinge wing. The door arrester consists of a total of two aligned parallel to one another and longitudinally displaceable in a hinge wing 1 arranged bolts 7 and 8 and a one-piece abutment element formed integrally with the top roller 9 of the hinge profile of the other hinge wing 2. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the abutment element comprises two latching recesses 10 and 11 formed by axially directed profile recesses in the top roller 9, one wall surface 13 of which is oriented perpendicular to the hinge axis and the other wall surface 12 of which is obliquely aligned with the hinge axis 14. The door lock, which engages automatically under spring load, comprises the bolt 7, which has an engagement tooth 15 chamfered on both sides and a cylindrical shaft part 16 and is loaded in the direction of engagement by means of a helical disk spring 17, the helical disk spring 17, on the one hand, against a web-like transverse wall 18 of the hinge wing 1 formed as a molded part supports and engages on the bolt 7 by means of a spring plate 19 fastened thereon. The second manually disengageable bolt 8 of the door arrester has an engagement tooth 20 which is only bevelled on one side and an equally cylindrical shaft part 21 and is loaded in the direction of engagement by a helical spring 23 which is supported against the web-like transverse wall 18 and acts on it by means of a spring plate 22. For its manual actuation, a radially projecting handle 40 is connected to the shaft part 21 of the bolt 8. The two latches 7 and 8 are accommodated alongside one another in the hinge wing 1, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is designed as an injection-molded part, and are located opposite one another and to one another and to the hinge axis has parallel-oriented web-like transverse walls 18 and 24, two bore recesses being arranged in the transverse wall 18 remote from the hinge axis 14, in each of which the rear ends 25 and 26 of the shaft parts 16, 21 of the bolts 7 and 8 are guided. The transverse wall 24 adjacent to the hinge axis 14 is provided with a recess 29 having two adjoining extensions 27 and 28, the two bolts 7 and 8 being guided in one of the extensions 27 and 28, respectively, by an extension of their engagement teeth 15, 20, the a circular extension of the engaging tooth 20 of the manually engaging bolt 8 and a rounded rectangular extension of the recess 29 is associated with the engaging tooth of the bolt 7 which engages automatically under spring load.

Claims (9)

  1. A door hinge joined in construction to a door latch, in particular a door hinge which can be rotated about an opening angle of more than 90°, comprising two hinge arms rotatably connected together by means of a hinge pin and an abutment element disposed on one hinge arm as well as a spring loaded detent means disposed on the other hinge arm, whereby the abutment element arranged in the region of a gudgeon and formed to be non-rotatable and in one piece with one hinge arm has at least one detent recess crossways to the hinge axis, and whereby, furthermore, the detent means formed in particular as a bolt can be adjusted out of the detent recess by a swivelling of the hinge arms against a spring load radial in relation to the abutment element and is mounted on the other hinge arm, and has at least one entering tooth tapered symmetrically on both sides cooperating with the abutment element characterised in that the door hinge has a locking device which comprises a spring-loaded longitudinally displaceable bolt (8) disposed in addition to the detent means, which can only be disengaged manually in one direction, the entering tooth of which (2) is asymmetrical and only tapered on one side.
  2. Door hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that the detent recesses (10 and 11) in the abutment element have an asymmetrical profile in cross-section, whereby wall surface (12) assigned to the bolting of one direction at movement, e.g. the opening movement of the door is perpendicular to the hinge axis and the wall surface (13) assigned to the locking at the other direction at movement, e.g. the closing direction of the door is diagonal to the hinge axis.
  3. Door hinge according to claims 1 and 2 characterised in that the abutment element is formed by the head roller (9) of the other hinge arm (2) furnished with corresponding longitudinal profile recesses (10, 11).
  4. Door hinge according to claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the entering tooth (20) of the manually displaceable bolt (8) has a mainly circular cross-section and the entering tooth (15) of the bolt (7) automatically engaging under spring load has a rounded-off rectangular shape in cross-section and both entering teeth (15 and 20) are guided in an extension (27 or 28) of corresponding design of a recess (29) provided in a bracket wall (24) of the hinge arm (1) adjacent to the hinge axis (14) and parallel thereto.
  5. Door hinge according to claims 1 to 4 characterised in that both bolts (7 and 8) arranged in parallel next to one another each have a cylindrical shaft (16 and 21).
  6. Door hinge according to claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the hinge arm (1) bearing the bolts (7 and 8) is designed as a casing-like moulded part, in particular a cast part, and has recesses in bracket walls (18 and 24) opposite to one another parallel to the hinge axis (14) for the support and guiding of the bolts (7 and 8) forming the detent means.
  7. Door hinge according to claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the bolt (7) of the door latch engaging under spring loading of is loaded by a helical disc spring (17) supported on the diagonal bracket wall (18) of the hinge arm (1) and acting on the bolt (7) fixed by means of a disc spring on its shaft (17).
  8. Door hinge according to claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the manually displaceable bolt (8) is loaded by a helical spring (23) supported on the diagonal bracket wall (18) of the hinge arm (1) and acting thereon by means of a spring disc disposed on its shaft (21).
  9. Door hinge according to claims 1 to 8, characterised in that at least one of the bolts forming the detent means is formed as a pivot bolt and is mounted about an axis diagonal to the hinge axis pivotable on a hinge arm.
