Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Deckel und einen Kunststoffbehälter, wobei der Deckel mit einem nach unten stehenden Klemmrand versehen ist, welcher unter einen vorstehenden Ansatz des Behälters greift, wobei die Oberwand des Deckels weitgehend eben verläuft und bis in den Randbereich nach außen gezogen ist und wobei außerhalb der Oberwand gelegene Stapelmittel vorgesehen sind, welche beim Übereinanderstapeln mehrerer Deckel einen Abstand zwischen den benachbarten Oberwänden gewährleisten, wobei von diesem Stapelmittel mehrere vorgesehen sind, die im Abstand von einander und hinter einander angeordnet und in den nach unten stehenden Klemmrand eingeprägt sind und als radial nach innen gerichtete Einbuchtungen ausgebildet sind. Ein derartiger Behälter mit Deckel, der Gegenstand des Oberbegriffes des Anspruches 1 ist, wird in US 3 447 714 offenbart.
Derartige Deckel werden maschinell mit hoher Geschwindigkeit von einem Stapel abgezogen und auf die zu verschließenden Behälter aufgesetzt. Dabei ist es sehr wichtig, daß sich die Deckel einwandfrei entstapeln und nicht gleichzeitig mehrere Deckel vom Stapel abgezogen werden. Man hat daher sehr wirksame Stufen und dergleichen als Stapelhilfen an diesen Deckeln vorgesehen, die zwar den vorgesehenen Zweck sehr gut erfüllen, die jedoch auch einen großen Anteil der Oberwand des Deckels einnehmen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Deckel der genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß eine einwandfreie Entstapelung gewährleistet ist und trotzdem kein unnötig großer Anteil der Oberwand dafür eingesetzt werden muß.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß sich die Einbuchtungen im auf den Behälter aufgesetzten Zustand des Deckels am darunterliegenden Rand bzw. dem Ansatz des Behälters abstützen.
Diese Einbuchtungen haben sich als sehr vorteilhafte Stapelmittel auch für übereinandergestapelte Deckel erwiesen, wobei die Oberwand des Deckels weitgehend unbeeinflußt bleibt.
Hierbei sind die Stapelmittel völlig unabhängig von der Oberwand des Deckels ausgebildet, so daß diese auch nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Eine ebenfalls sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Einbuchtungen soweit nach innen gezogen sind, daß sie unterhalb der äußeren Begrenzungskante der Oberwand liegen und damit als Stapelmittel dienen.
Beim Übereinanderstapeln stützte sich der Deckel am darunterliegenden Deckel sehr wirksam ab, wodurch eine saubere Entstapelung erzielt wird.
Dabei hat es sich als sehr günstig erwiesen, wenn erfindungsgemäß die äußere Begrenzungskante der Oberwand wenigstens geringfügig aus der Ebene der Oberwand nach oben gezogen ist.
Damit ist eine definierte Gegenkante für den Klemmwulst als Stapelmittel geschaffen.

Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein aus einer Kunststoffolie tiefgezogener Behälter bezeichnet, der einen Siegelrand 2 anfweist. Auf diesen Siegelrand 2 ist eine ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehende Verschlußfolie 3 aufgesiegelt. Der Siegelrand 2 ist an seiner Außenkante mit einem nach unten abgebogenen, umlaufenden Ansatz 4 versehen, an dem sich ein Deckel 5 verhakt. Dieser Deckel 5 beteht aus einer eben ausgebildeten Oberwand 6, an die ein nach unten abstehender Klemmrand 7 angeformt ist. Aus dem Klemmrand 7 ragt ein Klemmwulst 8 nach innen, der sich unter dem Ansatz 4 verhakt. Aus der Fläche des Klemmrandes 7 sind unterhalb der Oberwand Einbuchtungen 9 ausgeprägt, die sich im auf den Behälter aufgesetzten Zustand auf dem Siegelrand 2 abstützen. Während der Stapelung mehrerer Deckel stützen sich die Einbuchtngen 9 auf der Oberwand des jeweils darunterliegenden Deckels ab, wodurch zwischen den Oberwänden zweier benachbarter Deckel ein Abstand vorliegt, der ein gegenseitiges Festsaugen verhindert.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.4 ist ein Deckel 55 mit einem innerhalb des Klemmrandes 57 liegenden und nach innen gezogenen Klemmwulst 58 versehen, der soweit nach innen gezogen ist, daß er unterhalb der äußeren Begrenzungskante der Oberwand 56 liegt. Dieser Klemmwulst 58 besteht aus einzelnen, in einer Umfangslinie liegenden Wulstabschnitten, die aus dem Klemmrand nach innen herausgedrückt sind. Auch bei diesem Deckel 55 liegt die Oberwand 56 auf einer aufgesiegelten Verschlußfolie 3 des Behälters 1 auf und der Klemmwulst 58 stützt sich unter dem umlaufenden Ansatz 4 des Siegelrandes 2 ab. Am unteren Ende des Klemmrandes 57 ist eine nach außen gerichtete Umfangsfläche 51 angeformt, welche zwar keine Abstützfunktion hat, aber zum leichteren Erfassen des auf den Behälter aufgesetzten Deckels dient.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß den Figuren 5 und 6 entspricht die Form des Deckels 65 weitgehend der des Beispiels nach Fig.4, jedoch ist der Umfangsrand 76 der Oberwand 66 geringfügig nach oben aus deren Ebene hochgezogen. Der Klemmwulst 68, der auch hierbei wieder aus einzelnen Wulstabschnitten besteht, stützte sich beim Übereinanderstapeln mehrerer Deckel 65 auf dem hochgezogenen Umfangsrand 76 des darunter befindlichen Deckels ab, während er im auf einen Behälter aufgesetzten Zustand unter dessen umlaufenden Ansatz 4 greift.
Bei all diesen Ausführungsbeispielen ist gewährleistet, daß die Deckfläche großflächig als Displayfläche erhalten bleibt, da sie selbst keinerlei Stapelmittel enthält.

Deckel und Kunststoffbehälter(1), wobei der Deckel(5,55,65) mit einem nach unten stehenden Klemmrand(7,57,67) versehen ist, welcher unter einen vorstehenden Ansatz(4) des Behälters(1) greift, wobei die Oberwand(6,56,66) des Deckels(5,55,65) weitgehend eben verläuft und bis in den Randbereich nach außen gezogen ist und wobei außerhalb der Oberwand gelegene Stapelmittel(9,58,68) vorgesehen sind, welche beim Übereinanderstapeln mehrerer Deckel einen Abstand zwischen den benachbarten Oberwänden gewährleisten, wobei von diesem Stapelmittel mehrere vorgesehen sind, die im Abstand von einander und hinter einander angeordnet und in den nach unten stehenden Klemmrand(7) eingeprägt sind und als radial nach innen gerichtete Einbuchtungen(9,58,68) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Einbuchtungen(9,58,68) im auf den Behälter(1) aufgesetzten Zustand des Deckels am darunterliegenden Rand(2) bzw. dem Ansatz(4) des Behälters(1) abstützen.
  2. Deckel und Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbuchtungen(9,58,68) soweit nach innen gezogen sind, daß sie unterhalb der äußeren Begrenzungskante der Oberwand(56,66) liegen und damit als Stapelmittel dienen.
  3. Deckel und Kunststoffbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Begrenzungskante(76) der Oberwand(66) wenigstens geringfügig aus der Ebene der Oberwand(66) nach oben gezogen ist.
