Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'écartement pour ouvrir un dos pinçant lors de la reliure de feuilles, comportant un corps de base, sur lequel plusieurs doigts parallèles d'écartement sont montés fixes, et un rateau translatable, qui comporte plusieurs crochets d'écartement parallèles, qui coopèrent avec les doigts d'écartement de manière à retirer, sous l'effet du déplacement du rateau, les crochets d'écartement à partir des doigts d'écartement, caractérisé en ce que le rateau (61) est relié par deux bras rotatifs et mobiles (65,67) à une barre (63) montée de telle sorte qu'elle peut se déplacer selon un déplacement parallèle aussi bien dans la direction d'écartement (A) que dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction d'écartement.
- Dispositif d'écartement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre (63) est reliée d'une manière articulée à deux autres bras (64,66), dont les autres extrémités sont montées de manière à pouvoir tourner sur le corps de base (2).
- Dispositif d'écartement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la barre (63) comporte une crémaillère (77) coopérant avec un pignon (78) d'une largeur telle que la crémaillère (77) peut se déplacer axialement sur le pignon sans s'écarter de la denture de ce dernier, le pignon (78) étant monté de manière à pouvoir tourner sur le corps de base (2) et étant relié à un levier (3).
- Dispositif d'écartement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (79) du pignon (78) est freiné par un dispositif de freinage (80).
- Machine à relier comportant un dispositif d'écartement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base est un corps de support (2) servant de support pour un dispositif de coupe (25) déplaçable verticalement.
- Machine à relier comportant un dispositif d'écartement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 ou machine à relier selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base est un corps de support (2) servant de support pour un dispositif de fermeture (35) déplaçable verticalement.
- Machine à relier selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une barrette de support (12) reliée au corps de support (2) et sur laquelle sont montés les axes (29;30) de leviers (16;19), au moyen desquels le dispositif de coupe (25) est retenu.
- Machine à relier selon la revendication 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la barrette de support (12) est un profilé en forme de cornière possédant une section transversale en forme de L.
- Machine à relier selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un boitier allongé (91) pouvant être ressorti est disposé au-dessous du dispositif de coupe.
- Machine à relier selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisée par un levier de coupe coudé (6).
