Definitions
- the invention relates to a building with store units or the like. Having storey levels, which are connected by continuously increasing ramps, the building consisting essentially of vertically arranged supports and horizontally extending beams attached to them.
- Escalators in particular are used in department stores in particular because they create the possibility of gaining an overview of the goods or services offered on the next floor while driving from one floor to the next.
- the continuously running escalators also have a much larger transport capacity than elevators.
- the object of the invention is therefore to create a building of the type mentioned, in which the largest possible number of shops can be accommodated on a small footprint.
- the beams are fastened to the supports with inserted trapezoidal sheets in such a way that successive beams each have a height difference which is such that, for a given center distance of the supports, a uniformly increasing ramp has a gradient of not much more than 6 % and that the ramp extends approximately in a spiral over the essential height of the building and that the floor levels branch off from the ramp in a stepped manner.
- the shop areas are organized on levels that jump in height according to the dimensions of the supports. All of these areas that are used separately or contiguously can be connected to each other via the spiral, which runs around an inner courtyard.
- the shop units or the like which continuously adjoin the ramp extending through the entire building are therefore arranged in the building in the manner of a gallery in the form of a spiral.
- a parking garage construction is also known from CA-A-1 208 029, which is also designed in the form of a spiral.
- This building also consists of supports with attached beams, some of which run horizontally. Slabs are formed on these which form a continuous floor.
- the girders are attached to the supports at a slight incline, so that the slabs on top form a slightly inclined ramp.
- this serves as an ascent and descent ramp and, on the other hand, holds the parking boxes.
- the parked vehicles are therefore slightly inclined in the parking boxes.
- Only horizontally extending plate sections are provided on the hairpin bends provided on the front sides of the parking garage. For this purpose, the plates have surfaces with different slopes in the transition area.
- Such a car park construction is not suitable for accommodating a large number of shops.
- the ramp has a constant gradient, in particular of 6%, at least in some areas. This makes it easier for a visitor to walk through the building, with an incline of 6% being an acceptable gradient for pedestrians.
- the ramp can also run horizontally in sections; This can be particularly advantageous at the points where other aisles of the building open into the ramp.
- the supports are arranged in such a way that the ramp overcomes half a floor height along one side of the building and covers the second half of the floor height on the other side of the building, i.e. a ramp length and a ramp length result in a height overcoming according to the floor height.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a building with store units or the like. Having storey levels, which are connected by continuously increasing ramps, the building consisting essentially of vertically arranged supports and horizontally extending beams attached to them.
Buildings are usually connected by stairs and possibly also by elevators and / or escalators. Escalators in particular are used in department stores in particular because they create the possibility of gaining an overview of the goods or services offered on the next floor while driving from one floor to the next. The continuously running escalators also have a much larger transport capacity than elevators.
Department stores and shopping centers are already known in which the shop units or the like directly connect to continuously increasing ramps, whereby by pulling in Intermediate floors or the like. Intermediate floors can be created for additional shop fittings or the like. The ramps primarily connect the actual floors with the mezzanines. The idea of making a commercial building spiral is known from FR-A-427 080. In multi-storey car parks, it is already known to provide continuous ascent and descent ramps from bottom to top. These connect the individual floors of the building. However, such parking garages are not suitable for accommodating shop units.
The immeasurable rise in land prices in the centers of large cities due to the limited supply hardly allows retail stores to be located in this area. Also, the small floor space does not allow a coherent space concept for accommodating the largest possible number of shops or the like.
The object of the invention is therefore to create a building of the type mentioned, in which the largest possible number of shops can be accommodated on a small footprint.
This object is achieved in that the beams are fastened to the supports with inserted trapezoidal sheets in such a way that successive beams each have a height difference which is such that, for a given center distance of the supports, a uniformly increasing ramp has a gradient of not much more than 6 % and that the ramp extends approximately in a spiral over the essential height of the building and that the floor levels branch off from the ramp in a stepped manner. The shop areas are organized on levels that jump in height according to the dimensions of the supports. All of these areas that are used separately or contiguously can be connected to each other via the spiral, which runs around an inner courtyard. The shop units or the like which continuously adjoin the ramp extending through the entire building are therefore arranged in the building in the manner of a gallery in the form of a spiral.
A parking garage construction is also known from CA-A-1 208 029, which is also designed in the form of a spiral. This building also consists of supports with attached beams, some of which run horizontally. Slabs are formed on these which form a continuous floor. On the long side of the building, the girders are attached to the supports at a slight incline, so that the slabs on top form a slightly inclined ramp. On the one hand, this serves as an ascent and descent ramp and, on the other hand, holds the parking boxes. The parked vehicles are therefore slightly inclined in the parking boxes. Only horizontally extending plate sections are provided on the hairpin bends provided on the front sides of the parking garage. For this purpose, the plates have surfaces with different slopes in the transition area. Such a car park construction is not suitable for accommodating a large number of shops.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ramp has a constant gradient, in particular of 6%, at least in some areas. This makes it easier for a visitor to walk through the building, with an incline of 6% being an acceptable gradient for pedestrians.
In a further development of this inventive idea, the ramp can also run horizontally in sections; This can be particularly advantageous at the points where other aisles of the building open into the ramp.
In the case of a low building depth, it has proven advantageous that the supports are arranged in such a way that the ramp overcomes half a floor height along one side of the building and covers the second half of the floor height on the other side of the building, i.e. a ramp length and a ramp length result in a height overcoming according to the floor height.
According to the invention, several storey levels are formed at a storey height, which are formed by the trapezoidal surfaces concreted on. A large number of different storey areas are thus provided in the building, which are offset in height from column to column by an amount of, for example, 36 cm with a column spacing of 6 m.
A shop unit or the like can expediently be entered at the point of contact of the ramp and the respective floor level. In a further development of this inventive idea, the height difference between the ramp and the floor level can be achieved by compensating elements be compensated, the compensating elements are advantageously triangular and form a stepless transition between the ramp and floor level. These compensating elements make it possible for a shop to be entered over a larger area or over the entire width of the shop front.
In the construction according to the invention, the greatest possible use of the storey is achieved if the ramp is arranged around an inner courtyard and the storey levels or the like forming storey levels extend outward from the ramp.
Further features, advantages and possible uses of the invention result from the following description of a preferred exemplary embodiment and the drawing. 6 bilden. The
In the present exemplary embodiment, the
The
To store units or the like 6 not only at
