Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Heizvorrichtung für eine Wellpappenanlage nach dem Patentanspruch 1.The invention relates to a heating device for a corrugated cardboard system according to claim 1.
Bei bekannten Heizvorrichtungen für Wellpappenanlagen sind die Heizplatten lose auf Längsträger aufgelagert. Ihre Oberseiten bilden eine ebene, horizontale Heizfläche, über die die zu trocknende Wellpappenbahn geführt wird. Diese Heizplatten werden z.B. mittels Heißdampf erhitzt. Infolge Temperaturunterschieden zwischen Oberseite und Unterseite besteht die Gefahr, daß sich die Oberseite und damit die Heizfläche der Heizplatten krümmt. Durch die Verwendung langer Stangen als Loslager ist darüber hinaus gewährleistet, daß sich jede Heizplatte der Befestigungsvorrichtung in jeder in der Heizplattenebene liegenden Richtung ausdehnen kann. Durch die sowohl auf Zug als auch auf Druck beanspruchbaren Fest- und Loslager kann die geforderte Planität der Heizfläche bei Ausdehnung der Heizplatten infolge Wärmeeinwirkung unabhängig von der Wärmeverteilung innerhalb der Heizplatte, d.h. unabhängig vom Betriebszustand der Wellpappenanlage aufrechterhalten werden.The fastening device allows easy adjustment of the top of the heating plate for a flat, horizontal heating surface.
