Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einzugstab zur Profilformung von außenseitig durch einen Bezugstoff abgedeckten Polstermaterialien bei Polstermöbeln und dgl. gepolsterten Sitzteilen, bestehend aus einem eine gesondert hergestellte Annähfahne für seine Verbindung mit dem Bezugstoff tragenden Profilkörper aus Kunststoff, der ein zweischenkeliges Querschnittsprofil aufweist, dessen beide Profilschenkel an ihrer Basis durch einen schmalen Verbindungssteg miteinander verbunden sind und einen von diesem ausgehenden, die Annähfahne mit einem ihrer Seitenränder festlegenden Aufnahmespalt begrenzen, wobei einer der beiden Profilschenkel beidendig mit einstückig angeformten seitlichen Halteleisten versehen ist. Fig. 2 zeigt die Verbindung des Bezugstoffes 14 mit der Annähfahne 5 mittels einer Nähnaht 15, die unmittelbar an den Stützstab 11 angrenzt. Der Bezugstoff 14 ist in diesem Bereich nach innen, in das Polstermaterial 16 hinein eingezogen und bildet eine profilformende Blindabheftung bzw. Die Formausnehmungen 18 und 19 besitzen die Form von auf der Rückseite 20 des Autositzteils 17 offen ausmündenden Sacklöchern einer Querschnittsform entsprechend der Flächengestalt der Haltelaschen 9. Die Formausnehmungen 18 weisen eine untereinander ungleiche Tiefe auf, derart, daß ihre Grundflächen 21, ungeachtet einer variierenden Polstermaterialdicke über den Blindnahtverlauf, den gleichen Abstand zur Oberseite des Autositzteils 17 mit dem Bezugstoff 14 aufweisen, der dem Längenmaß der Annähfahne 5 zwischen der Naht 15 und den Haltelaschen 9 entspricht. Die Formausnehmungen 19 besitzen, bei gleicher Polstermaterialdicke über den Blindnahtverlauf, untereinander die gleiche Tiefe. In den Grundflächen 21 der Formausnehmungen 18 und 19 befindet sich jeweils ein entsprechend dem vorgesehenen Blindnahtverlauf ausgerichteter Durchsteckschlitz 22, durch die die Haltelaschen 9 des Einzugstabs 1, mit an der Annähfahne 5 angelegter Halteleiste 6, hindurchgestreckt werden, um im verarbeiteten, von der Annähfahne 5 abgeklappten und mit dein Bezugstoff 14 an der Oberseite des Sitzteils 17 vernähten Zustand mit ihren seitlichen Halteleisten 6 und 7 an der Grundfläche 21 der Formausnehmungen 18 bzw. 19 des Polstermaterials 16 anzuliegen. Claims (6)

  1. A draw-in rod (1) for the profile shaping of upholstered materials (16) covered on the outside by a covering material (14) and used on upholstered furniture or like upholstered seat parts, consisting of a synthetic plastics profiled member carrying a separately produced stitching tab (5) for its connection to the covering material (14) and which has a two-armed cross-sectional profile of which the two arms (2, 3) are connected to each other at their base by a narrow connecting web (4) and defining, starting from the said web (4), a receiving gap one of the side edges of which fixes the stitching tab (5), whereby one (3) of the two profiled arms (2, 3) is provided at both ends with integrally formed lateral retaining strips (6, 7), characterised in that the profiled member is formed by retaining lugs (9) formed by stamped-out parts (8) disposed at distances from one another in the longitudinal direction and adapted to be pulled in by the stitching tab (5) and in that, in the region of its free lateral edge (10) which is opposite the receiving gap, the stitching tab (5) carries a bracing rod (11) consisting of synthetic plastics material which extends through in the longitudinal direction of the draw in rod (1) and bridges the stamped-out parts (8).
  2. A draw-in rod according to claim 1, characterised in that adjacent the mutually aligned base lines (12) of the stamped-out parts (8) and in a parallel but spaced-apart position in relation to the free lateral edge (10) of the stitching tab (5), the bracing rod (11) is fixed on the said tab.
  3. A draw-in rod according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the bracing rod (11) is fixed on that side of the stitching tab (5) which is towards that retaining arm (7) of the retaining tabs (9) which engages over the opening slit of the receiving gap.
  4. A draw-in rod according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the bracing rod (11) has a solid profile with a flat side bearing against the stitching tab (5).
  5. A draw-in rod according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the retaining tabs (9), the stitching tab (5) and the bracing rod (11) are all formed from the same synthetic plastics material or an equivalent and readily weldable synthetic plastics material.
  6. A draw-in rod according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the bracing rod (11) is formed by a separately produced extruded member which is welded to the stitching tab (5).
