Description

PACKAGE OF THE TYPE COMPRISING A FLEXIBLE INTERNAL POCKET AND A RIGID OUTER PACKAGE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The invention relates to a packaging of the type comprising a flexible internal pocket and a rigid external envelope. It also relates to a process for producing such packaging.

Packages of the type already known include an internal plastic bag intended to receive a content to be packaged and provided at the point of an opening with a removable or displaceable closure system and, surrounding this pocket, an external envelope produced from a cardboard or equivalent form, cut, folded and secured to itself.

This is the case, for example, of out-of-pocket or "bag in boxes". The outer envelope is then a rigid cardboard box. If necessary, a tap, plug, capsule is provided. In many cases, the closure and the base to which it is associated are arranged to be moved between a retracted position, for storage, and a position of use, projecting. The production of such packaging is complex and the transition from the retracted position to the position of use is inconvenient.

Also known as "pack" type packaging such as those conventionally used for grouping a few unit packages of beer, soft drinks, dairy products, etc. In such a case, the outer envelope has the form of a tubular jacket. It is relatively flexible and deformable, by nature, while being stretched over the individual packaging grouped together. These packages are themselves rigid and allow the tension of the external envelope ensuring the desired maintenance.

Packages are also known which consist of flexible plastic bags, possibly provided with a transverse bottom but without an external envelope. Such packaging has the disadvantage of having a certain fragility, of being inconvenient to store, to present, of only allowing the position of decorative, commercial, advertising mentions with difficulty.

The invention aims to propose a packaging of the type comprising a flexible and deformable internal pocket intended to receive a content to be packaged and an external envelope surrounding the pocket. More specifically, the invention aims to reduce the costs of manufacturing such packaging, whether it be the materials used or the packaging process itself. In addition, it is sought that the packaging can be easily dissociated, after use, into two different parts, one formed by the pocket and the other formed by the external envelope. This dissociation allows a specific treatment of these two parts of different nature in accordance with the requirements of ecology. Another goal is to provide some tension permanent pocket to avoid any retention of the contents in folds forming a trap. Another aim is that the contents of the bag can be used in a fragmented manner. Another object is also to avoid maneuvers for extracting the closure, such as those known for crates. Another goal is that the packaging has large and rewarding surfaces for the position of decorations, commercial or advertising mentions. Another object is also to be able to give the packaging a shape reminiscent of that of a container such as a container of injected-blown plastic. Another object is that the packaging can be handled easily and that its use is practical. Finally, another aim is to allow the pocket to be seen and therefore the degree of filling thereof with the contents.

All of these and other objectives are achieved by packaging of the type comprising:

- a flexible and deformable internal pocket intended to receive a content to be packaged and provided at the point of an opening with a base forming a neck and with which is associated a removable or displaceable closure cap,

and

- an outer envelope having a certain rigidity surrounding and holding the pocket, made from a cardboard or equivalent form, cut, folded and secured on itself characterized by the fact

1 / that the outer envelope comprises towards its top, opposite a bottom situated transversely to the main axis of the packaging, one or more cutouts or indentations of imprisonment of the base and, in the vicinity of these, a handling handle;

2 / that the pocket is secured to the outer casing at or towards the bottom and at the top so as to be substantially stretched; and

3 / that the means for securing the external envelope on itself and the pocket on the external envelope are removable or destructible so as to cease to be effective under the action of sufficient manual constraints to destroy the packaging thus allowing its dissociation into two distinct parts, namely the pocket and the envelope.

The packaging according to the invention comprises two main parts, namely an internal pocket 1 and an external envelope 2.

The internal pocket 1 is flexible and deformable. It is intended to receive a content to be packaged such as a household or detergent product, a phytosanitary product, engine oil, etc. This pocket 1 is provided at the point of an opening with a base 3 forming a neck (such as a screw neck) with which a plug 4 is associated.

The stopper 4 can typically be a screw stopper, a practical stopper or a service stopper. It can include means of child protection or means of inviolability.

A bag 1 as just described can be made of plastic or based on plastic, in the form of a complex. It can include several films associated with each other. In particular, the bag 1 can be made of polyethylene or based on polyethylene. It is waterproof and protects the packaged product suitably, taking into account the foreseeable duration for the consumption of the packaged volume and the evolution of the product over time (for example under the influence of light). The pocket 1 can be defined by two lateral faces secured to their peripheral edge by welding or gluing the two faces or resulting from the folding on itself of a single film. The pocket 1 can also be a tubular sheath.

The base 3 is fixed either laterally on a lateral face or at the end of the pocket 1 in the folding zone resulting from the folding mentioned above. This base 3 is located, in the embodiment considered, in the immediate vicinity of the peripheral edge.

The outer envelope 2 has a certain rigidity, that is to say that it has by itself a certain holding, that it is self-supporting and that it is able to surround while maintaining the pocket 1 including when it is filled therefore inflated. This envelope 2 is made from a form of corrugated cardboard or equivalent which is cut, folded and secured to itself. This may be, for example, cardboard having a thickness of 1.5 mm. Such an embodiment allows a packaging having a capacity of 5 liters, or even more or less. The cardboard has, in the first two variants considered grooves extending essentially (at least on its lateral peripheral wall) parallel to the main axis of the outer envelope 2.

Reference is now made more particularly to FIGS. 1 to 11.

The outer envelope 2 has in the embodiment shown a generally parallelepiped shape downwards with, upwards, a portion in the form of a pyramid or cone. In other realizations the shape down is cubic, cylindrical, prismatic, etc ... Possibly, the lower part is nonexistent and the packaging has as a whole a general shape of trunk of pyramid or cone.

The outer casing 2 has a main axis 5 which, when the packaging is in the storage position, is generally placed vertically. Hereinafter, the text describes as "transverse" what extends perpendicular or orthogonally to axis 5.

The outer envelope 2 includes a bottom 6 located transversely. It also includes a lateral peripheral wall 7. This adjoins the bottom 6 indirectly thanks to a second lateral peripheral wall 8 itself adjoining the bottom 6, extending axially relative to the axis 5. In other embodiments, the external envelope 2 is devoid of such a second wall 8 and the wall 7 is then directly adjacent to the bottom 6.

The second wall 8 has a general prismatic (case) or cylindrical shape.

The first wall 7 has a general shape of a pyramid trunk (case) or a cone.

The two walls 7, 8 form an envelope closed laterally on itself substantially.

The trunk of the pyramid or cone of the first wall 7 has a large base 9 located towards the bottom and a small base 10 opposite it. The large base is, in the case of the figure located at the edge of the second wall 8 opposite the bottom 6.

The two walls 7, 8 originate, as follows from the above, from the shape cut and folded suitably.

The envelope 2 also includes flaps, not shown, located inside which, glued to other parts of the envelope, give it its shape and its rigidity.

The envelope 2 comprises in the first variant considered shutters 11 of imprisonment of the base 3, adjoining the first wall 7 by extending it, located opposite and opposite the bottom 6, transversely, coming in superposition and united to one another and to each other. They comprise cutouts which can be crossed by the base 3 while trapping it, these cutouts constituting, when the flaps are suitably secured, a hole. The flaps form the top of the package (as opposed to the bottom 6).

The packaging also includes a handle 12 on the outer envelope 2. This handle 12 is located on the first wall 7. It extends along an axial direction or, on the contrary, transverse. It can be carried out by a cut constituting a hole for the fingers of the user of the form constituting the envelope 2, this cut leaving a flap or two attached to the rest of the envelope 2 for reasons of comfort. gripping. The handle 12 is accessible, even though several packages are juxtaposed or superimposed, (see FIG. 7) thanks to a space left free 13 between the transverse planes of the small and large bases 10, 9 and the first wall 7 which is inclined on the axis 5.

This space 13 is all the more important as the base 3, of axis 3a is offset, offset from the axis 5. It follows that the first wall 7 in the form of a truncated pyramid has a face (or a part) 7a less inclined on the axis 3a, 5 than the opposite face (or part) 7b. The handle 12 is then located on the part 7b. In this situation, the base 3 (and the plug 4) are located on one side of the packaging and the handle 12 on the opposite side.

The packaging which has just been described has a general plane of symmetry P from which the bottom 6 is substantially perpendicular. This plane P is placed vertically and frontally when the packaging is normally stored. In this situation, the stopper 4 as well as the handle 12 are placed in the upper position while the bottom 6 is placed in the lower position, the second wall 8 being vertical, the convergence of the trunk of the pyramid or cone being made upwards. .

The pocket 1 has two end parts: the end base part 28 opposite the base 3 and the end top part 29 adjacent to the base 3. These end parts are located respectively on the bottom side 6 and on the flap side it in the first variant considered. The pocket 1 is secured to or towards its two end parts to or towards the bottom 6 and the flaps 11, so as to be substantially stretched whatever the degree of filling. This arrangement prevents the pocket does not form folds trapping the contents to be packaged. In the more specifically envisaged embodiment, the base end portion is secured directly to the bottom 6. In another possible embodiment, the base end portion is associated with the second wall in the vicinity of the bottom 6. These two embodiments can be combined. one with the other.

As regards the end part of the crown, it can be secured by means of the base 3 or directly to the flaps 11 or to the first wall 7 in the vicinity of the flaps 11 (first variant).

The means for securing the outer envelope 2 on itself and of the pocket 1 on the envelope 2 are removable so as to cease to be effective under the action of sufficient manual constraints to destroy the packaging. This characteristic makes it possible to dissociate the packaging into two distinct parts, namely the bag 1 and the envelope 2. This dissociation is carried out when the user has consumed the entire contents of the bag 1. It allows an ecological treatment of the empty packaging made unnecessary. To this end, the securing means in question are a destructible adhesive. By this is meant that the adhesive is sufficiently powerful for the joining to be effective in the absence of destruction constraints but that, conversely, the implementation of these destruction constraints makes it possible to dissociate the joined parts despite the presence of the 'adhesive. The adhesive is applied to only one side of the external envelope of the pocket. The base 3 comprises, at its base and in the first variant, a groove 14 in which the edges of the cutouts of the flaps 11 cooperate.

The axis 3a of the base 3 which corresponds to the axis of pouring of the contents of the bag 1, is located substantially in the plane P and it is parallel to the axis 5 but preferably spaced from it.

According to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 9, it is expected that the casing 2 has one or more holes, cutouts, lines of weakness 15 on the bottom 6 and / or the wall 7, 8 to facilitate the destruction and dissociation of packaging. These weakening lines 15 are situated for example axially and in the plane P on the walls 7, 8. In addition, a weakening line 15 is provided diagonally on the bottom 6.

The packaging also comprises, in the first variant, a support plate 16 having a certain rigidity (when flexed). This plate is interposed between the base 3 and the flaps 11 and / or the first wall 7. It is placed transversely to the right of the small base 10 and, optionally over at least part of the first wall 7 from the small base 10 (see figure 8). This plate 16 is made for example of rigid plastic. It is either an integral part of the base 3 (case), or separate and attached.

This plate 16 forms a support on the small base 10 or the part of the trunk of the pyramid or cone adjoining the small base 10. Thanks to this structure, the plate 16 transmits the axial crushing forces between the top and the bottom of the packaging.

As is apparent from the drawings, it is therefore possible to provide, at the level of the plug, a ring which is clipped over.

The stopper 4 is located projecting from the top of the packaging, that is to say to the right of the small base 10.

The external envelope 2 comprises, in the considered embodiment, holes 17 regularly distributed over the walls 7 and / or 8 so as to be able to see the bag 1 and its filling state. Preferably, these holes 17 are located on the side opposite to the handle 12.

The method for producing such packaging according to the invention has two variants:

Either we start from an empty pocket 1 that we fill and seal and we then place the envelope 2 around. Either we constitute the envelope 2 and there is placed the pocket 1 which we then fill.

Reference is now made to FIG. 10 which illustrates a second alternative embodiment. Compared to the first variant (Figures 1 to 3, 6, 8), this last variant has the following characteristics:

- Instead of the flaps 11, the packaging has an opening 18 limited by the edge of the lateral peripheral wall 7 crossed by the base 3 while trapping it, forming the small base 10 of the pyramid or cone trunk and the top of the packaging.

- Instead of the support plate 16, there is provided a base 3 having a portion 70 of external shape allowing an annular recess 19 and a transverse stop 20 located on the side of the association neck of the plug 4, this base 3 being forced into the opening 18 through it and thus thus held on the lateral peripheral wall 7 which on the one hand is applied surface against the part 21 of the base 3 adjoining the recess 19 opposite the stop 20 and on the other hand is blocked by the edge of its free edge against the stop 20.

According to another characteristic, the packaging has a filiform peripheral clamping member 22 or equivalent applied to the lateral peripheral wall 7 around the opening 18 to reinforce the connection of the wall.

The sleeve 3 comprises, when it is manufactured or added, a flange 23 spaced from the part 70 to which the pocket 1 is secured.

In the case where the part 70 is attached, it is mounted, for example, snapped onto the neck of the base 3.

According to an embodiment not shown, the part 70 has a peripherally crenellated shape on the side of the part

21 in order on the one hand to constitute a sufficient bearing surface for the wall 7 and on the other hand to have the minimum material quantity. FIG. 11 represents another alternative form of flat cutting which can be substituted for that of FIG. 9.

A method of producing a packaging according to this second variant comprises the following successive steps:

- It constitutes the outer envelope 2 open towards the bottom 6;

- Is introduced into the envelope 2 through the open bottom 6 the base 3 and it is forced into the opening 18 until the base 3 is held in said opening 18 by the wall 7;

- And once the pocket 1 is filled, associated with the base 3 and housed in the envelope 2, the bottom 6 of the latter is closed.

To form the envelope 2 towards the small base, a male mandrel introduced into the envelope 2 and a complementary female mandrel placed around the wall 7 around the opening 28 can be used.

Is introduced into the envelope 2 the base 3 rigidly associated with the pocket 1 by welding on the flange 23. This pocket 1 is either empty or already filled.

We now refer to Figures 12 to 21.

The outer casing 2 is then in the form of a tubular sheath jacket having at least one and - in this case - two end openings 24. This dust jacket 2 essentially comprises a bottom 6 on which the packaging can rest and, adjoining on either side of the bottom 6, two side walls 8a, 8b. The two walls 8a, 8b are placed opposite one another, are spaced from each other on either side of the plane P to leave between them a space 25 in which is housed the pocket 1 This space 25 is open towards the outside through the two openings 24. The two side walls 8a, 8b are, in their zone 26 opposite the bottom 6, applied one on the other and secured to each other. other.

The zone 26 is cut out and, combined with the joining of the two walls 8a, 8b in this zone 26, this results in the formation on the one hand of a handle 12 and, on the other hand, the imprisonment of the base 3 .

The two side walls 8a, 8b are arranged parallel to each other in whole or at least in the vicinity of the bottom 6. They move towards each other towards the zone 26. According to another embodiment, the two walls 8a, 8b define a space 25 which in cross section perpendicular to the plane P has a general shape resembling that of a drop of water.

The handle 12 is located on one side of the package while the base 3 is located on the other side. By this is meant that the handle 12 is adjoining or located towards one of the openings 24 while the base 3 and the closure 4 are adjoining or adjacent to the other opening 24.

At its upper part (relative to its normal storage position) where the base 3 is located, the closure

4 and the handle 12, the packaging forms a recess 27. The handle 12 is protruding and the base 3 and the closure 4 are set back. By this is meant that the base 3 is located relative to the bottom 6 closer than the handle 12. This handle 12 can be arranged in a foldable manner. For this purpose, it can be provided on at least one of the side walls 8a, 8b (and preferably on both), symmetrically with respect to the plane P, a groove allowing, in the storage position, to fold the handle 12 towards the bottom 6 to fold it over one of the side walls 8a, 8b.

In the embodiment described here and shown in the drawings, the base end portion 28 is secured directly to the bottom 6. In another possible embodiment, not shown, the base end portion 28 is associated with the side walls 8a, 8b in the vicinity of the background 6. These two realizations can be combined with each other.

As regards the end part of the top 29, it can be trapped between the two walls 8a, 8b in the zone 26. According to another embodiment possibly combinable with the previous one, the pocket 1 is associated, in the end part of the top 29 to the two side walls 8a, 8b in locations where these two walls are spaced from one another, therefore away from the handle 12.

Although the external envelope 2 is open due to the openings 24, the bag 1, although weighed down by the presence of the content, cannot escape since it is associated with its two end parts 28, 29.

The base 3 comprises, at its base, a groove 14 in which the cut edge of the external envelope 2 cooperates. The contours of the groove 14 and of this edge are such that the untimely pivoting of the base 3 relative to the envelope 2 is prevented. For this purpose, the contours in question have for example a non-circular shape.

In a third embodiment (FIGS. 12 to 15), the external envelope comprises at least one notch 30 - and for example two notches - on at least one of two substantially coplanar end parts of the envelope 2, these parts being part of the zone 26 and coming to take the base 3 on either side while being housed in the groove 14.

In another embodiment, the outer casing 2 comprises a hole whose limit forms the cut edge of association with the base 3. In the latter case, the base 3 is associated with the outer casing 2 by force pressing . In the third embodiment shown in the drawings, the axis 3a of the base which corresponds to the axis of pouring of the contents of the bag 1, is located substantially in the plane P. In the fourth alternative embodiment (FIGS. 16, 17), the axis 3a is inclined relative to the plane P as well as relative to the axis 5.

In either case, the axis 3a is inclined relative to the axis 5, being directed from the inside towards the outside of the packaging, going from the bottom 6 towards the base 3 or the handle. 12. This orientation is that which aims to pay the contents of the packaging to the outside thereof.

According to a possible variant (FIG. 20) one or more flaps 39 are provided, attached to the shape or coming from manufacturing with it by folding and joining, closing all or part of one or both openings 24.

In the variants shown, the side walls 8a, 8b are limited by straight edges 31. But, according to other embodiments, (figure

20), these edges are curved, in particular curved in the manner of a container.

The invention also relates to the case of a pocket 1 of large capacity in which case there is a risk of ovalization of the walls 8a, 8b. To this end, the pocket 1 can be arranged to leave free, at least one transverse passage for at least one spacer secured at its two ends to the two walls 8a, 8b.

In the case of the alternative embodiment of FIGS. 12 to 15, the axis 3a of the base is located in the plane P. In zone 26, and on the side of the base 3, the two walls 8a, 8b are folded around lines 32, the notches 30 cooperating with the groove 14 allowing the base 3 to be trapped. The fold lines 32 are inclined from the handle 12 towards the bottom 6 going from the handle 12 towards the opening 24 which is most adjacent to the base 3.

It follows that in elevation, as shown in Figure 13, the packaging has a general shape reminiscent of that of a container. In this embodiment, the pouring is obtained by pivoting the packaging around an axis perpendicular to the plane P. In the fourth embodiment, object of Figures 16 and 17, the axis 3a of the base 3 is inclined relative to the plane P so that the base 3 protrudes from the side wall 8a, 8b in the vicinity of the handle 12. In this alternative embodiment, one of the two walls 8a, 8b has a tab 33 provided with a hole with which the groove 14 cooperates, this tab 33 being folded around a fold line 34 located in the plane P parallel at the bottom 6 and rigidly associated with the other side wall 8a, 8b. In this embodiment, the contents of the packaging are poured by pivoting the packaging around an axis located in the plane P and substantially parallel to the bottom 6.

In the fifth embodiment, object of Figure 18, there is also a tab 35 adjoining one of the side walls 8a, 8b doubly folded around fold lines 36, 37 until it comes against the other side wall 8a, 8b. The tab 35 forms a double square having a first part 35a substantially parallel to the bottom 6 and a second part 35b against the other side wall 8a, 8b. In this embodiment, the base 3 can be associated with the part 35a of the lug 35 by forced insertion. The axis 3a can be located in the plane P, either parallel to the axis 5, that is to say perpendicular to the part 35a, or possibly inclined. For this purpose, one can use a base 3 whose groove 14 is itself located in an inclined plane relative to the axis 3a or, alternatively, a base 3 having an elbow shape. In this same embodiment, the side wall 8a, 8b on which the tab 35 is located is also folded, in line with the handle 12 along the line 36. In this embodiment, the payment is made as in the third. In this embodiment, also, the envelope 2 forms a kind of beam reinforcing the rigidity of the assembly.

The sixth embodiment considered (Figure 19) is derived from the third. Instead of the legs 38 bent along line 32 having a generally triangular shape as in the third variant, they have a generally rectangular or trapezoidal shape.

In the case of FIG. 20, the free edges 31 are curved and there are provided flaps 39 in the openings 24. These flaps 39 form a spacer and avoid or reduce the ovalization of the envelope 1.

In the case of FIG. 21, provision is made internally for an additional corrugated cardboard 40 in the form of a U, the core 41 of which comes against the bottom 6 and the branches 42 against the walls 8a, 8b.

The invention also relates to a method for producing a package as just described.

In this production method, one starts from a flat cardboard form and on the other hand from an empty pocket 1 and the following successive steps are carried out:

First, the bag 1 is filled with the desired content and it is closed, that is to say that the closure 4 is implemented on the base 3.

Then, place the pocket 1 on the form and it is secured at least partially to it. Simultaneously or later, as the case may be, the shape is folded and secured to make the envelope 2.

The joining involves depositing an adhesive and, if necessary, wedging the end portion of the crown 29 between the two walls 8a, 8b.

Referring now to Figures 22 to 32 in which the outer casing 2 provides a space 25 open to and visible from the outside through the opening 24 formed on the small rear side face 43. The two walls 8a, 8b define two small lateral faces respectively rear 43 and front 44.

The envelope 2 also includes a plurality of first successive reinforcing flaps 45, 46 adjoining the two walls 8a, 8b, transversely, on the side of the small open rear side face 43. The flaps 46, 46 are folded back to form two pillars of axial direction reinforcement on either side of the opening 24.

The envelope 2 also comprises two or two sets of handle panels 47 adjoining the two large side walls 8a, 8b, axially, on the side opposite the bottom 6 and towards the small open rear side face 43. These panels 47 are separated from the walls 8a, 8b, by transverse fold lines 48. These panels 47 are secured, one to or on the other. They form (Figures 22 to 28) or support (Figures 29 to 32) a handle 12. Alternatively the handle can be replaced by window openings on the dome of the container.

The envelope 2 comprises two or two sets of shutters 49 for confining the base 3, adjoining the two walls 8a, 8b, axially, on the side opposite the bottom 6

(therefore on the same side as the panels 47), on the side of the small front side face 44. These flaps 49 are separated from the walls 8a, 8b, by fold lines 50 inclined on the axis 18 of the order of 30 ° to 60 °, more particularly of the order of 45 °. These flaps 49 at least substantially adjoin the handle panels 47. They are joined, one to or on the other and they have cutouts 30 which can be crossed by the base 3 while trapping it.

The handle 12 is located on the side of the rear face 43 of the packaging while the base 3 is located on the side of the front face 44.

In the ninth variant, the handle 12 is produced in the form of a flexible, less inextensible strip, located more perpendicular to the plane P. The handle 12 then extends from one wall 8a, 8b to the other. It is located between the two faces 43, 44. The strip 12 is terminated by its bulges 58 held under the panels 11 then located perpendicular to the plane P, by holes 59 with which these are provided.

In the embodiment envisaged in the drawings, the base end portion 28 is secured directly to the bottom 6. In another possible embodiment, not shown, the base end portion 28 is associated with the side walls 8a, 8b in the vicinity of the bottom 6. These two embodiments can be combined with one another.

Regarding the end portion of the top 29, it can be secured to at least one of the two handle panels 47. According to another possible embodiment combinable with the previous one, the pocket 1 is associated, in the end part of the crown 29 with at least one of the two side walls 8a, 8b.

The axis 3a is located substantially in the plane P and it is inclined relative to the axis 5 while being directed from the inside towards the outside of the packaging, going from the bottom 6 towards the base 3 or the handle. 12. The angle between axes 3a and 5 is between 30 ° and 60 °, in particular equal to or around 45 °. Furthermore, the base 3 is close to the front face 44, so as to facilitate the pouring of the contents of the bag 1.

The envelope 2 also includes two pluralities of second successive reinforcing or closing flaps, 60, 61, adjoining the two walls 8a, 8b, transversely, on the side of the small front face 44. the flaps 60, 61 are folded back to form either two pillars of axial direction reinforcement located on either side of an opening 24a which they provide (seventh and eighth variants), or a small solid front side wall 62 (ninth variant). Thus, in the first two variants considered, the two faces 43, 44 have substantially the same configuration with an opening 24a, 24. In the ninth variant, only the small rear face 43 is open, the front face 44 being, on the contrary, full.

It is also provided that the casing 2 comprises gripping means close to the small rear side face 43 and facilitating gripping by the user, who, moreover, grasps the handle 12. In the seventh variant, these means are cutouts or depressions 63 of the large side walls 8a, 8b, in the vicinity of the face 43. Such a cutout or such depression 63 is obtained by flap of a cut and foldable tongue 64. In the eighth and ninth variants, these means are a gripping tongue 65 adjoining the bottom 6, located in the small open rear side face 43. According to one characteristic, the pocket 1 is secured to the external envelope 2 only on one half thereof, which makes it possible to eliminate the "glou-glou" effect.

Claims

1. Package of the type comprising:

- an internal pocket (l) flexible and deformable intended to receive a content to be packaged and provided at the location of an opening of a base (3) forming a neck and with which is associated a plug (4) for removable closure or movable,

and

- an outer casing (2) of main axis (5), having a certain rigidity surrounding and holding the pocket (1), made from a cardboard shape or equivalent, cut, folded and secured on itself characterized by the fact

1 / that the external envelope (2) comprises, towards its top, opposite a bottom (6) situated transversely with respect to the main axis (5) of the envelope (2), one or more cutouts, or indentations (30) for confining the base (3) and, in the vicinity of these, a handling handle (12);

2 / that the pocket (1) is secured to the outer envelope (2) at or towards the bottom (6) and at the top so as to be substantially stretched; and

3 / that the means for securing the external envelope (2) on itself and the pocket (1) on the external envelope (2) are removable or destructible so as to cease to be effective under the action sufficient manual constraints to destroy the packaging thus allowing its dissociation into two distinct parts, namely the pocket (1) and the envelope (2).

a) The outer envelope (2) includes:

- A lateral peripheral wall (7) adjoining directly or indirectly to the bottom (6) having a general shape of a trunk of a pyramid or of a cone, the large base (9) of which is situated towards the bottom (6); - An opening (18) bounded by the edge of the lateral peripheral wall (7) traversed by the base (3) by imprisoning it, forming the small base (10) of the trunk of the pyramid or cone and the top of the 'packaging ;

b) The base (3) having a part (70) of external shape allowing an annular recess (19) and a transverse stop (20) located on the side of the neck of association of the plug (4), this base (3 ) being forced into the opening (18) while passing through it and therefore thus held on the lateral peripheral wall (7) which on the one hand is applied surface against the part (21) of the base (3) adjoining the hollow (19) opposite the stop (20) and on the other hand is blocked by the song of its free edge against the stop (20);

9. Packaging according to any one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that the outer envelope (2) further comprises a second wall lateral device (8) adjoining the bottom and the opposite edge of which forms the large base (9).

10. Packaging according to any one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that the handle (12) is a cutout constituting a hole in the lateral peripheral wall (7).

11. Packaging according to any one of claims 6 to 7, characterized in that the axis (3a) of the base (3) is parallel to the main axis (5).

12. Packaging according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that a thread-like peripheral clamping member (22) or equivalent applied to the lateral peripheral wall (7) around the opening (18) to reinforce the connection of the wall ( 7) and the base (3).

13. Packaging according to claim 7, characterized in that the base (3) comprises, when made or added, a flange (23) spaced from the part (70) to which the pocket (1) is secured.
