Description

The invention relates to a depositing device for sacks provided with glued bottoms, with at least one double belt conveyor which compresses the bottom regions of the sacks with its endless press belts, with at least two press cylinders with S-shaped conveyors, which lie one above the other in vertical planes and the overlapping sacks between conveying, endless press belts or partially wraps around more than two press cylinders with multiple S-shaped conveying paths.

The glued bottoms of sacks must be pressed together immediately after they have been manufactured in order to prevent the bottom folds from erecting while loosening the bonds and to achieve well-glued bottoms by pressing the bottom areas.

In a depositing device known from DE-C-12 98 873, the double belt conveyors consisting of press belts are provided for sack stacks formed from the sacks just produced, in which the press belts compress the stacks in the region of the bottoms. Since the pressing must be maintained for a sufficiently long time, the double belt conveyors which compress the stack must have a considerable length, which leads to an undesirably long construction of the systems for the production of the bags.

Da die außen liegenden Abschnitte der Fördertrume mit größerer Geschwindigkeit als die inneren umlaufen, kommt es zu Relativverschiebungen zwischen den beiden Rändern des Doppelbandförderers während des Laufes über die Preßzylinder, die zu einer unerwünschten Verzerrung der geschuppt übereinanderliegenden Gegenstände führen.DE-C-313 866 discloses a device of the type specified at the outset, which, however, does not serve to put down bags provided with glued bottoms, but rather to dry the flap edges of envelopes provided with adhesive. In this known device, all the press belts are wrapped in the strands of a single double belt conveyor, with successive press cylinders being wrapped in an S-shape. These S-shaped wrap has the result that the two strands of the double belt conveyor are alternately inside and outside. Since the outer sections of the conveying strands revolve at a higher speed than the inner ones, there are relative displacements between the two edges of the double belt conveyor during the run over the press cylinders, which lead to an undesirable distortion of the scaled objects one above the other.

The object of the invention is therefore to ensure a distortion-free conveyance of the overlapping sacks during their conveyance from the feed station to the discharge station.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1.

Advantageously, two pairs of press cylinders wrapped with endless press belts, each with an S-shaped conveying path, are provided. This arrangement allows sections of the press section to be arranged in several planes, which leads to an additional reduction in the overall length.

The pairs of press cylinders are expediently arranged approximately symmetrically to a vertical plane parallel to the press cylinder axes. Two press cylinders of the two pairs of press cylinders can each be arranged closer and further away from the plane of symmetry.

The conveyance of shingled sacks one above the other by a double belt conveyor with endless upper and lower runs, which run over two spaced-apart deflection cylinders, is known per se from DE-PS 530 526. Between the two deflecting cylinders, the two strands of the double belt conveyor form a straight conveyor section on which the strands run at different speeds because the outer strands are given a higher speed when circulating via the deflecting cylinders. Due to the relative speed between the two conveying strands of the double belt conveyor, the bag scale is pulled apart, so that the distances and the position of the individual bags in the stream of shingles change in an indefinable manner.

In the storage device according to the invention, it is desirable that the sacked sacks conveyed one above the other are pulled apart within the pressing section with an increasing scale distance in order to release any sticking of the sacks lying one above the other by adhesive torn out or squeezed out of the adhesive seams by appropriate tearing. According to an inventive development, it is therefore provided that the press belts of the double belt conveyors rotate at least one downstream press cylinder at a higher speed than they correspond to a previous press cylinder. Due to this higher speed, the scales overlapping sacks are pulled apart with an evenly increasing scale distance, so that any The sacks should not be stuck together. Since the sacks conveyed by the preceding double belt conveyor with their edges in the conveying direction run individually into the belt mouth of the double belt conveyor rotating at a higher speed, the individual sacks are removed from the conveyed scale with an increasing scale distance without experiencing any further displacements, so that a scale with only increased scale spacing results.

Advantageously, the press cylinder rotating at higher speed is preceded by a double belt conveyor consisting of press belts with a straight conveying path. In this case, the press belt forming the lower run of the straight conveyor section expediently wraps around the following press cylinder as the inside belt, the upper or outer press belts of the straight conveyor section and the following press cylinder being separated from one another. This prevents the press belts of the double belt conveyor from rotating in the area of the straight conveyor section at different speeds relative to one another.

In the case of two pairs of press cylinders, the last pair of press cylinders expediently rotate at a higher speed.

Since pressing of the serrated sacks lying one above the other is only necessary in the area of their bottoms, the press belts are expediently arranged only in the area of the two bottoms of the bags. The sacks are conveyed transversely in the scale, so that the bottom areas are on the outside, ie on the sides of the sack scale.

According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that in the bottom regions of the sacks two outer ones each separate press belts are provided, each of which is assigned to the bottom parts with a different number of layers. This configuration takes into account the fact that the outer parts of each bottom have fewer layers, for example only two layers, while the bottom part overlapping a sack wall is thicker around the layers of the two sack walls.

In the rear wall 1 of a frame, the front wall of which is not shown, four press cylinders 2, 3, 4, 5 are freely rotatable. The first cylinder 2 is for the most part wrapped in a drivable pair of belts 6, which is extended to an infeed belt 6 '. In the area in which the pair of belts 6 acts as a pair of infeed belts 6 ', the latter is another drivable pair of belts 7 assigned so that the shingled stream entering in the direction of arrow A passes between the pairs of belts 6 'and 7. At the discharge-side end of the pair of belts 7 there is another non-driven pair of belts 8, which wraps around the cylinder 2 as well as the pair of belts 6 to a large extent. The pair of belts 8 is guided by the guide rollers 9, of which the roller can be shifted in the direction of arrow B in 9 'to change the web tension. After the shingled stream has circulated around the cylinder 2, the stream passes between the two pairs of belts 10 and 11 which largely surround the cylinder 3, the pair of belts 11 being driven and resting directly on the cylinder 3. From the guide rollers 12 of the pair of belts 10, the guide roller 12 'can be moved in the direction of arrow C to change the non-driven pair of belts 10. For this purpose, the pin 13 of the guide roller 12 'is held in a longitudinal groove 14, so that the position of the guide roller 12' can be changed via a piston-cylinder unit 15. At the outlet end of the pairs of belts 10 and 11 there are further pairs of belts 16 and 17, both of which are driven and of which the pair of belts 16 wraps around the press cylinder 4 to a large extent. In the area of the looping, a non-driven pair of belts 18 rests on the pair of belts 16, the pins 20 of a guide roller 19 being mounted in elongated holes 21 and being adjustable via piston-cylinder units 22 to change the web tension. Just like the cylinder 4, the further press cylinder 5 adjoining it is wrapped by a pair of belts 23 lying directly on it and an outer pair of belts 24 on the part which is effective in conveying. Just as with the press cylinders 2, 3 and 4, the belt pair 23 directly surrounding the cylinder 5 is also driven, while the outer belt pair 24 runs freely. The guide roller 25 can be displaced in the direction of arrow D from the guide rollers of this outer pair of bands 24 in order to change the tension of the outer pair of bands 24. The press cylinder 5 outgoing scale stream is then discharged via further belts 26.

In the illustrated embodiment, the belt pairs 6 and 11 wrapping around the cylinders 2 and 3 are driven at the same speed, while the inner belt pairs 16 and 23 directly wrapping around the cylinders 4 and 5 are driven at a slightly higher speed than the belt pairs 6 and 11. This measure has the effect that the scale spacing of the scale flow running off from the cylinder 3 is increased in a precisely defined manner as soon as the scale flow enters the belt pairs 16 and 17.

It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the pair of belts 18 consists of two belts, while according to one embodiment according to FIG. 3 the outer non-driven belt pair partially wrapping around the cylinder 4 consists of four individual belts 18 'to 18' '' '. The embodiment according to FIG. 3 has the advantage that the web tensions of the belts 18 'to 18' '' 'can be set individually, depending on the thickness of the floor. This is because it consists of four layers in the area of the belts 18 '' and 18 '' ', while it consists of only two layers in the area of the belts 18' and 18 '' ''. In the case of very thin material, this difference is not very serious, so that an embodiment according to FIG. 2 can be chosen. However, if a sack is made from a very thick material, the embodiment according to FIG. 3 is recommended. Of course, in the embodiment according to FIG. 3 it is necessary to provide several piston-cylinder units 22. Even if FIGS. 2 and 3 relate only to the press cylinder 4, it is of course also conceivable to design the outer belt pairs of the cylinders 2, 3 and 5 accordingly.

In the embodiment of FIG. 4 are based on the wider tapes of the pair of tapes 18 each from even narrower tapes 30, which are located only in the area of the outer floor parts with a smaller number of layers, so that this floor area is also subjected to a pressure which corresponds approximately to that of the inner floor area, which is due to the covered Sack walls have a larger number of layers.

The additional pair of bands 30 can be provided for all cylinders 2 to 5, or even only for individual cylinders.

In order to be able to adapt the tension of the press belts to the respective circumstances, this can be set independently for each cylinder.

If no press belts of higher tension or additional press belts are provided for the outer floor areas, these are subjected to a lower pressure because of the smaller number of layers. It is therefore possible to choose press belts which have such a great elasticity that, despite the different number of layers of the two floor parts, they apply approximately the same pressure to the entire floor area.
