Description

The invention relates to a striking gag for a scaffold support, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Ein derartiger Schlaghebel ist aus der GB-A-746083 bekannt.Such a striking lever is known from GB-A-746083.

Knock gags of this type are used to quickly lower a scaffold support that is under load when the concrete formwork that is held by this support is to be removed. For this purpose, the adjusting nut has radially projecting flanges, so that the required hammer blow can be attached. Large forces are transmitted in particular to the adjusting nut, which in the long term lead to deformation or even destruction of the adjusting nut. The handle bar is mainly used to adjust the adjusting nut at low Support load, i.e. to set up for further loosening. For this purpose, it is swiveled out of its position parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support in the idle state and thus forms a lever that simplifies operation.

The invention has for its object to provide a simple and effective impact lever that is inexpensive to manufacture and easy to use and that can absorb the forces to be applied in a longitudinal adjustment of a scaffold support without damage.

This object is achieved by a striking gag according to the invention with the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements are the subject of the dependent claims.

In the striking gag according to the invention, the handle bar can be fixed in a horizontal position perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support. Thus, the blow required to loosen the nut on the handle can be applied precisely at a precisely defined angle, so that the deformation work on the adjusting nut is reduced by the more favorable torque application compared to conventional knobs.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the adjusting nut has at least one radially projecting flange with an essentially circular opening, at least one lateral recess being provided in the opening, into which the handle bar guided through the opening can be latched. The lateral recess or the lateral recesses define a stable position of the handle bar perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support.

In order to ensure that the handlebar can be snapped into the opening, it is advantageous if the handlebar has an intermediate piece which can be inserted into the opening of the flange, the cross section of which continuously changes in the axial direction from an elliptical cross section to a circular cross section, the radius of the circular cross section is smaller than the first semiaxis and larger than the second semiaxis of the elliptical cross section.

The handle bracket further advantageously has a lever, the longitudinal axis of the lever being essentially perpendicular to the axis of the intermediate piece.

The lever of the handle can connect to the adapter via a right-angled connector.

The handlebar is prevented from sliding out of the opening of the adjusting nut if the intermediate piece is preceded by a guide section. It is particularly advantageous if the guide section is provided with a collar. The handle is therefore captively attached to the adjusting nut.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, a two-part flange is provided on the adjusting nut, the flange sections of which each have an elongated hole. For this purpose, two axle pins are attached to the handle bracket, each of which engages in one of the elongated holes, the head piece of the handle bracket being able to be latched into a recess formed between the flange sections in the adjusting nut.

For all embodiments, it is advantageous to design the lever of the handle bar flat. This increases the resilience in the direction of stress.

The impact resistance of the adjusting nut is increased if a steep or multi-start thread is used for it.

The advantages of the toggle according to the present invention do not require any additional manufacturing outlay or use of materials compared to the known solutions.

An das gekrümmte Anschlußstück 11 schließt sich ein Hebel 10 an, der von der Einstellmutter 2 wegweist.1 consists of an adjusting nut 2, which is provided with a steep or multi-start internal thread 23 and has three flanges 3, 21, 22, which are arranged at equal angular intervals on their outer circumference. One of the flanges 3 is provided with an opening 30 through which a handle 1 is guided. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the handle bar 1 is fixed in its horizontal position, that is to say when the striker is attached to a scaffold support in a position perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support. The region of a curved connecting piece 11 adjoining an intermediate piece 12 lies in the opening 30. The introduction of the handle 1 into the opening 30 is facilitated by a guide section 13 upstream of the intermediate piece 12. A lever 10, which points away from the adjusting nut 2, adjoins the curved connecting piece 11.

Partial illustration (a) shows a side view (with respect to the rest position of the handlebar parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support) or a top view (with respect to the horizontal position perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support) of the handlebar 1. A right-angled connector 11 connects a lever 10 and an intermediate piece 12 at a guide section 13. At the end facing the curved connecting piece 11, the intermediate piece 12 has an elliptical cross section, at which the guide section 13 facing end a circular. The intermediate piece 12 is designed so that the transition between these different cross sections is continuous. The curved connecting piece 11 and also the lever 10 have the same elliptical cross section as the corresponding end of the intermediate piece 12. In this illustration of the handle 1, the intermediate piece tapers in the direction of the guide section 13. Partial illustration (b) shows a view of the handle from below. Because of the elliptical cross section of the lever 10 and the connecting piece 11, the intermediate piece 12 extends in this illustration to the guide section 13. Due to the special selection of the cross-sectional areas, the effective cross-section of the intermediate piece and its outer contour change from the connecting piece 11 in the direction of its longitudinal axis towards the guide section 13. This special design of the intermediate piece makes a defined transition between two different stable positions of the handlebar possible by the transition from one cross-sectional shape to another. Since the lever 10 also has an elliptical cross section, that is to say is of flat design, it can absorb large forces, such as those which occur with the required hammer blow, without any deformation occurring. The direction of stress lies in the direction of the large semi-axis of the ellipse. Partial illustration (c) shows a top view of the intermediate piece 12 as seen from the line AA from partial illustration (a). The radius 131 of the circular cross section 130 is larger than the length of the small semiaxis 112 of the elliptical cross section 110, but smaller than the length of the large semiaxis 111 of the elliptical cross section.

Ansonsten entspricht diese Ausführungsform des Griffbügels derjenigen der Fig. 2.Fig. 3 shows a preferred embodiment of the handle 1, in which a collar 14 is in front of the guide portion 13, which holds the handle captively in the opening of the adjusting screw, once it is attached. Otherwise, this embodiment of the handle bracket corresponds to that of FIG. 2.

Fig. 4 shows a sectional view of the adjusting nut as used in connection with the invention. An opening 30 is provided in one of the flanges 3, which is essentially circular and is provided with two recesses 31, 32 in the lateral direction. The dimensions of this opening 30 are chosen so that the recesses 31, 32 define a longitudinal extent which corresponds to that of the large semiaxis of the elliptical cross section of the guide piece 12 or of the connecting piece 11. When the handle inserted into the opening 30 is pivoted in the horizontal direction, the intermediate piece 12 slides through the opening until the connecting piece 11 comes to rest supported in the recesses 31, 32. In this way, the handle 1 is fixed in the adjusting nut 2.

Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of the opening 30, in which opposing notches 37, 38 are provided which are intended to define the stable horizontal position of the handle. 5a is expedient if flat steel is used as the material for the handle bar. The recesses 37 ', 38' are designed in accordance with the cross section of the flat steel, that is to say they face each other again and, together with the region of the opening 30 between them, define a rectangular, effective cross section. 6 is in a third embodiment only a recess 39 is provided in the opening 30, which should also hold the handle. The cross-sectional design of the intermediate piece 12 or the connecting piece 11 of the handle must be selected accordingly, so that it is ensured that the connector 11 comes to lie at least partially in the recesses when the handle has reached the desired horizontal position.
