Abstract

The invention relates to a control system for the electrical supply circuit of a microwave oven with three operating modes (microwave or grill or grill and microwave combined) comprising a movable knob placed on the external front face of the case of the said microwave oven and which, when activated, enables one of the three operating modes to be chosen. According to the invention, the control system includes two micro-switches (A-B), on the one hand, each including a control key (3-4) actuating a movable contact (21-24) located between two fixed contacts (22, 23-25, 26) controlled by actuating means carried by the said movable knob so as selectively to obtain one of the three operating modes chosen by positioning the movable knob and, on the other hand, positioned inside the said oven in a regulation and supply device allowing the microwave oven to operate.
