Description

The invention relates to a wall which is composed of prefabricated wall elements which have closed rectangular frames.

Zuschnitten. The previously known designs of assemblable buildings with prefabricated elements have diagonal struts in the individual structural elements to stiffen the building, which absorb lateral wind in the assembled assembly. These diagonal braces are a hindrance to the arrangement of windows and doors and require correspondingly designed elements. The introduction of insulating material into the elements is also made more difficult by the bracing. The acute-angled corners formed by the bracing are difficult or time-consuming to fill with insulating material, so that cold bridges are often formed at these points. Eberso is later very difficult to move a window or door. The manufacture of the elements is also significantly more expensive due to these diagonal struts with the many diagonal cuts and, as a result of the differently designed windows and door elements, leads to very different struts or cuts.

From DE-OS 21 43 579 wall elements and ceiling elements made of wood are known, which are stiffened on the inside by strips crossing at right angles and are clad on the outside by plates. Corner elements have the same structure. This design has the disadvantages just described.

Diese Konstruktion ist durch ihren Aufbau und die verwendeten Baustoffe sehr aufwendig und unwirtschaftlich.DE-OS 26 27 261 describes a wall structure made up of interconnected profiles, in particular Metal is composed, the spaces between are filled with concrete. This construction is very complex and uneconomical due to its structure and the building materials used.

Dadurch ist ein großer Materialaufwand bedingt.WO 88/05485 shows wall and corner elements consisting of beams as known, the strength of which can only be achieved by dimensioning the individual components. This requires a large amount of material.

The invention aims at eliminating the disadvantages described and it is based on the object to be able to produce walls with a high degree of rigidity by a new design of corner elements with simply constructed wall elements, but for the attachment of doors, windows and. Like. Have no restrictions.

The essence of the invention for a wall of the type described in the introduction is that the corner elements have braced or stiffened, angularly arranged frames.

With such corner elements, the invention has the advantage that the wall elements can be designed as simple, rectangular frames. The corner and wall elements can be given any shape of exterior and interior cladding.

  • Fig. 2 und 3 zwei Ausführungsformen im Grundriß,
Details of the invention can be found in the subclaims and the description with reference to the drawing, which illustrates the construction according to the invention schematically and for example. It shows:
  • Fig. 1 shows a building in perspective with a roof indicated in dashed lines, the
  • 2 and 3 two embodiments in plan,
  • Fig. 4 in an oblique view and Fig. 5 in plan of prefabricated components made of wood according to the invention.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wall elements 2 can be laid flush with the outer sides of the corner elements 1, or offset inwards as in FIG. 3, in order to particularly emphasize the corners of the building. This construction method results in a wide range of design options and great adaptation to the intended use of the building.

For example, buildings for commercial purposes can be clad on the outer walls with profiled aluminum sheets and the corner elements 1 with enamelled sheets in any color. For residential purposes, mixed forms can be designed with flush and inwardly offset wall elements (Fig. 3).

Likewise, concrete corner elements 1 or corner elements 1 clad with enamelled sheets in conjunction with wall elements 2 clad with wood provide a further design option.

Bei einem Verhältnis Breite zur Höhe der Rahmen 3 1:2 und einer in Höhenmitte angeordneten Querstrebe 5 ergeben sich dabei je zwei quadratische Teilrahmen und die Verstrebungen 4 verlaufen unter 45°.4, that the corner elements 1 consist of angularly arranged frames 3, the struts 4 of which are inclined downwards against the apex of the frame 3 enclosed by the frame Angle. These struts divert the thrust to the ground. Each of the two frames 3 is divided by a cross strut 5. With a ratio of the width to the height of the frames 3 1: 2 and a cross strut 5 arranged in the middle of the height, this results in two square partial frames and the struts 4 run at 45 °.

When a corner element 1 is made of wood, the two frames 3 are connected to one another by a corner beam 6, preferably by screw connections. Wall elements 2 also consist of wooden frames and are screwed to the frame 3. The frame 3 and the wall elements 2 have a uniform width e.g. from 110 cm. All elements are with the floor, e.g. a concrete floor, screwed.

Corner elements 1, which are made of steel or reinforced concrete, have the same structure as can be seen in FIG. 4 for a wooden structure. The only difference is that the frames 3 are directly connected to one another at the apex, that is to say without a corner profile.
