Claims (8)

  1. Utilisation d'un dispositif
    - comportant une tête de pulvérisation (5) pourvue d'un injecteur à trou (7),
    - une entrée pour des systèmes en dispersion,
    - un dispositif d'accouplement (9) servant à la liaison avec un organe d'alimentation (12, 13), et
    - un piston (1) mobile pouvant coulisser devant l'ouverture de l'injecteur à trou (7) à l'intérieur de la tête de pulvérisation (5), lequel piston (1) est pourvu d'un ou de plusieurs canaux (3, 4, 6) pour le système en dispersion, lesquels partent depuis le côté du dispositif d'accouplement du piston (1), traversent ce dernier (1) et débouchent dans l'espace creux (2) de la tête de pulvérisation (5),
    ce dispositif servant à asperger des cylindres lors du formage à chaud de tôles, de profilés creux et de profilés, avec des dispersions qraphitiques contenant du graphite dont les grains ont une grosseur comprise entre 25 et 150 »m.
  2. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le piston (1) est pourvu, du côté de l'accouplement, d'un canal d'entrée (3) orienté axialement pour le système en dispersion, à partir duquel un ou plusieurs canaux de sortie (4) bifurquent vers le côté de l'injecteur.
  3. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le canal de sortie (4) ou les canaux de sortie (4) sont agencés, soit suivant une déviation formant un angle par rapport au canal d'entrée (3), de manière à ce que le système en dispersion atteigne la paroi intérieure de la tête de pulvérisation (5), qui forme un espace creux (2), suivant une direction radiale jusqu'à tangentielle par rapport à celle-ci, soit de manière parallèle à l'axe et décalée par rapport au canal d'entrée (3), de manière à ce que le système en dispersion atteigne la paroi intérieure de la tête de pulvérisation (5), qui forme un espace creux (2), suivant une direction axiale.
  4. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le piston (1) est pourvu d'un ou de plusieurs canaux (6) qui, partant depuis le côté du dispositif d'accouplement du piston (1), s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe par rapport auquel ils sont décalés et, traversant le piston (1), débouchent sur le côté du sommet du piston dans l'espace creux (2) de la tête de pulvérisation (5).
  5. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'extrémité du piston (1) située du côté de l'injecteur a la forme d'un cône dont l'angle situé au sommet est compris entre 15° et 90° , dans lequel la face interne de l'injecteur à trou (7) est adaptée au sommet du piston et le piston (1) a, dans le sens longitudinal, une mobilité telle, par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort (8), qu'il est repoussé hors de la tête de pulvérisation (5) sous l'effet de la pression de pulvérisation pendant le processus de pulvérisation et, dès que la pression de pulvérisation retombe à un niveau non souhaitable, il est poussé en permanence devant l'ouverture de l'injecteur à trou (7).
  6. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le dispositif d'accouplement (9) constitue un support pour le dispositif de pulvérisation.
  7. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif d'accouplement (9) est pourvu d'un canal d'admission (10) orienté axialement pour le système en dispersion et est relié, de manière soit axiale, soit radiale, à un boîtier (11) du dispositif de pulvérisation.
  8. Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, dans lequel le dispositif d'accouplement (9) a la forme d'un accouplement à visser ou à emboîter.
