Claims (5)
- Polierscheibe (1) aus faserigem Material zum Polieren von metallischen Stücken, insbesondere von Uhrgehäusestücken, welche schmale Schlitze (2,9) enthält, die an jedem Punkt ihrer Länge eine schräge Richtung hinsichtlich der radialen Richtung haben, und die an der Peripherie vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein massives Stück aus besagtem Material gebildet ist, und dass seine Peripherie durch schmale Schlitze in aneinanderstossende Lamellen geschnitten sind, die sich derart auf unterschiedliche Tiefen erstrecken, dass die Lamellen, deren Dicke näherungsweise in Funktion der Tiefe konstant bleibt, festgelegt sind.
- Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verlauf der Schlitze leicht gekrümmt ist, wobei der Winkel hinsichtlich der radialen Richtung progressiv in dem Masse zunimmt, wie man sich dem Zentrum nähert.
- Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verlauf der Schlitze geradlinig ist.
- Polierscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das faserige Material ein relativ harter Filz ist.
- Verfahren zum Polieren eines metallischen Stückes, insbesondere eines Uhrengehäusestückes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Scheibe aus Filz gemäss Anspruch 1 verwendet wird, dessen Peripherie in aneinanderliegende Lamellen geschnitten ist, die durch schmale Schlitze getrennt sind, wobei die Schlitze an jedem Punkt ihrer Länge eine schräge Richtung hinsichtlich der radialen Richtung haben, und dass diese Scheibe mit einer ausreichenden Geschwindigkeit rotiert, so dass unter dem Einfluss der Zentrifugalkraft an der Peripherie der Scheibe eine Lamelle gegen die andere gedrückt wird.
