Abstract

Description

Bei einer bekannten Kassette dieser Art (EP-A 01 58 963) werden die Transporteinrichtungen über eine beim Einlegen der Kassette in Eingriff gebrachte Kupplung mit dem Unter­setzungsgetriebe eines im Drucker angeordneten Elektro­motors gekuppelt. Untersetzungsgetriebe und Motor müssen dauerfest für die gesamte Lebensdauer des Druckers ausgelegt sein. Claims (5)

1. Drucker mit einer austauschbar einlegbaren Farbbandkassette, welche einen Speicherraum für ein Farbband und eine über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe durch einen Elektromotor antreibbare Transporteinrichtung für das Farbband aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (12) und das Untersetzungsgetriebe (15,16) in einem an das Gehäuse der Farbbandkassette fest integrierten Antriebsgehäuse (6) angeordnet und daß Mittel (7 bis 10) zur Herstellung einer Stromverbindung vom Motor (12) zum Drucker mittels einer lösbaren Kontaktverbindung vorgesehen sind.
